There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! Claire and Theo bump at their kitchen and he suggests he move out when she shrieks ... Hope is working hard at her desk, hoping to help JJ. Rafe lets it slip Gabi helped him with something. She now excuses herself and he takes another look at the ring in his box, smiling like a man in love ... Kayla, Steve and Tripp arrive at the hospital, where the head administrator wants a word with the good doctor. And Tripp too... Hope returns to Rafe complaining about JJ resigning himself to his fate. Rafe assures her the facts will speak for themselves. Hope wonders whether Raines will let a not guilty verdict stand. Rafe thinks she is stressing too much and has a sweet suggestion. He ushers her out to see, no phone necessary ... Theo muses Claire continues to be mad at him. She fumes she feels frustrated he no longer loves her. Theo eats his breakfast and listens. Claire loves loving her reliable guy and how he makes her a better girl. She wants something steady unlike the stupid boat she was raised on. When she is with him she is real ... Kayla is confused. Hospital admin Seth explains her patient passed this morning. She knows. He notes the nurse noticed as per his chart he was prescribed the wrong meds. Kayla denies it was what she wrote. However, said wrong strong meds came from Kayla's ipad. The nurse present points out she did the same with Hope the other day. Seth gets even more suspicious. Kayla and Steve are stunned ... Theo lets Claire know he loves her as well as her beauty. She gushes he is handsome. He gushes she treats him like everyone else not an autistic guy ... Rafe takes Hope to their town campsite he re-erected and she laughs, thanking him with a kiss. But now is not the right time. Romantic Rafe begs to differ. They sit and she wonders why he has the jitters. Rafe grins he is good. There is much on his mind but first they have a picnic starting with chocolate covered strawberries. She will not touch them until he tells her what is going on. Rafe starts by saying she is incredible and he feels lucky in love ... Julie appears and giggles how romantic ... Seth states Kayla may have made two mistakes. Tripp caught the one with Hope! Tripp steps up to defend Kayla as a devoted doctor. He believes her! Steve solemnly nods. He informs Seth he will set out to prove his wife did nothing wrong. Seth states the autopsy will show them what they need to know. Tripp glances at Kayla, who blinks ... Claire is baffled and bothered that Theo does not want to reconcile. She reminds him after they made love he said they were forever. Theo is sorry he hurt her. She weeps her heart is broken and walks out ... Hope invites Julie to sit and have a strawberry. Julie admits she and Doug feel terrible about what happened at Marton house. Hope goes to get her a beverage. Rafe whispers he wants Julie to go. He plans to propose to Hope! Julie the traditionalist tells him he cannot do it now as he would need to discuss with father Doug first. Rafe soon approaches coffee loving Doug at the outdoor cafe and officially asks him for Hope's hand in marriage. Doug agrees and thanks him for making his princess happy. He hugs him, welcoming him to the clan. But there is one more person he must see - Victor, Bo's father, for his blessing. Romeo Rafe is on his way ... Kayla informs Steve that her patient did have the final stages of cancer but she hopes she did not cost him precious time. Patch points out she is a good doctor. She starts to question herself. Steve states she has saved many lives but Kayla feels their happiness could be cursed again. Steve disagrees and holds his baby close. She weeps as he promises their happiness will last. He plans to prove her innocence if needed. Tripp arrives and announces the autopsy results are ready ... Hope is waiting for Rafe. Julie mysteriously states he had one more thing to do for the perfect romantic interlude. Claire now appears complaining about Theo, crying he promised they were forever. Julie knows he meant it. Claire smiles she will remind him he did fall in love with her once so they can try again ... Hope suggests she give him space. Claire would rather be herself, the girl Theo fell for, and flounces off for battle ... At the Kiriakis mansion Victor receives Rafe, who tells him he will not try and take Bo's place. Victor appreciates it and can relate, having assured Maggie he would not try and replace Mickey when they were wed. Rafe also updates him on his promise to Bo. Victor accepts his wish to wed Hope but advises him to get a blessing from Roman, Bo's trusted big brother ... Theo is looking for a job at the pub. Roman points out he is not hiring. Theo mentions needing to move out of the loft. Roman suggests he live with Abe. Theo would rather not get in the way of his romance with Val ... There is now no doubt that the patient perished from cancer and the right medicine was administered. Kayla wonders where the strange mistake happened. So far no one knows. Seth suspiciously warns her he will still be keeping an eye on her and walks away. Steve and Kayla look unpleasantly surprised .. Roman is caught off guard but knows Rafe loves Hope given all he has done for her. He grins good man Rafe should follow his heart and keep on loving Hope. Done ... Hope realizes Rafe made Julie promise not to reveal anything about his plan. She give her 60 seconds and starts to count down. Much to Julie's relief Rafe returns in time. She wishes him luck and leaves. Rafe confirms to Hope he has an important question to ask. She waits, not suspecting a thing ... Kayla praises Tripp for stepping up in her defense. No thanks necessary and he is relieved everything is alright. Kayla still suspects she made some small mistakes. Steve assures her nothing like it will ever happen again and puts his arm around her. Tripp nods to himself ... Computer job seeking Theo is struggling with his resume when Claire returns to the loft. She takes over and lists all of his important experience. Theo admires the amazing way she put it together. She thinks he is amazing and suspects he will have a great job soon. He tells her his plan to move out. How she wishes he would change his mind .... Rafe stammers about feelings. He mentioned marriage before but was met with a no due to certain reasons. He loved Hope even more for it and compliments her beauty and character. She smiles and melts when he calls her his everything. Then he gets down on a knee, opens the ring box, and emotionally asks her to marry him. The ring sparkles. Teary-eyed Hope smiles and gasps his name, suddenly at a loss for words ... END! |
