These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! At the Kiriakis mansion slick Sonny is on his phone discussing Titan like a true CEO, about his present and future employees. Justin has high praise and Sonny thanks him. He feel unstoppable with Deimos gone ... At the pub Rafe and Gabi discuss dead Deimos. Gabi refuses to believe JJ did it. Meanwhile mad Jen meets with JJ at the station as does Abigail. Jen believes in her son, who sighs he could have done it given how much he hated Deimos ... At DiMera mansion Chad reads a text from Abigail asking him to have Thomas a while longer as she and Jen are with JJ. He flashes back to their kiss and wonders why he cannot forget ... Rafe doubts Trask could make enough of a case against JJ. But if he did do it - he had been drugged! Gabi gets even more agitated and Rafe suspects she harbors feelings for JJ. Still ... JJ complains he wanted to be able to bring down Deimos but now he is going down. Enter Dario about something important enough to justify his interruption. So he says. Jen is not pleased. Abigail promises to come back fast. Jen sits with her son and states they are similar as she would do anything to keep her loved ones safe. JJ can see she is very worried about Abigail. Meanwhile Dario insists Abigail come with him immediately and it is important ... Dario confers with Abigail at the club. He heard immigration will be checking on him with the new aggressive laws. He could be arrested and deported on the spot, after which his Mexican kingpin will have him killed when he crosses the border. He is in a panic and wants to wed fast. Abigail feels badly for her family and their own hell. She reminds Romeo this would not be a real marriage for her. Dario has suggestions on how to spin it to her family. She begs to differ but he senses she has cold feet. He gets it though he needs to know now. Is she willing to wed him today?! At the pub Gabi comes clean to Rafe about dancing with JJ while drugged. Rafe thinks that sounds innocent. She gasps how he got to her cos she felt like a girl in love ... Jen tries to be upbeat about JJ's situation and steps out to make some calls. She sighs outside the door and is soon relieved to see Hope. She and Rafe were exonerated after the security footage was examined. Hope is still feeling tired from the rough night but is determined to do what she can to get JJ off ... As Justin informs Sonny he will defend JJ to the fullest Sonny agrees. He then has a flashback to his last run-in with Deimos. He worriedly wonders and Paul, who arrived as Justin left, wants to know more. He wants to know what is bothering his Sonny so. Sonny replies it was about work no more no less. Paul is relieved and teases he seemed obsessed before but not now. The amulet had made him power hungry. Sonny credits him for helping him keep the ambition in check and hugs him. Paul wonders what is really bothering him. Sonny whispers he remembers a run-in with Deimos in the hall. The argued and Deimos ripped away his amulet. Paul points out it does not mean he killed him and hopes Sonny has told no one. He has not. Paul believes JJ might be released anyway and advises Sonny to keep this secret between them ... Back at the pub Gabi assures Rafe she is with Chad now ... Chad arrives at the station and asks Jen how he can help. She asks him to convince Abigail not to marry Dario! Despite the divorce she knows her daughter still loves him. Chad replies he is with Gabi at the moment. Mama Jen insists he save Abigail from her bad decision. She sighs she already went somewhere with Dario. Chad hugs her with thanks and heads out ... Abigail asks if Dario is testing her. He begs her to marry him today and wonders what happened with Chad to change her mind. She denies there was anything. He panics he will be deported and fibs this is not about romantic feelings. He now finds out the courthouse is booked and spies Abe, who wants to place an order. He asks the mayor to marry him and Abigail while he is waiting ... Abe is somewhat surprised. Dario declares they are madly in love. Abe wants a word alone with Abigail. He asks her to meet his stare and reply if she really wants this. She glances back at desperate Dario ... Rafe admits to Gabi that he and Hope also got romantic last night. He even asked her to marry him! She replied she would need closure in Bo's death first, which meant dealing with Deimos but now he is dead. He asks Gabi to help him pick out the perfect ring ... Sonny and Chad run into one another at the square. Chad thinks the Ramses curse is responsible for the bad luck that befell them and sternly reminds Sonny that JJ is being unfairly accused ... Justin argues against what the cops have and Hope leaves, hoping for the best from the department. There seems to be no concrete case against JJ. Justin is pleased. JJ pouts one of the people at the party is still guilty. However, he does not mention a name ... Gabi thinks Hope is lucky to have found her Mr. Right and they march off to the jeweller together ... Sonny states Justin is defending JJ and notes they might never know who did it! Especially if their memories never return. Chad is relieved the amulet is gone. Even Stefano seemed wary of the Ramses curse. Perhaps a person cannot control their destiny after all. Sonny nods and bites his lip... Abigail assures Abe she has moved on. He wants to call Jen about the wedding first! He steps away despite Abigail insisting she is an adult. Dario waits ... Gabi and engagement ring shopping Rafe run into Chad and Sonny. Sonny asks to reschedule his next play date with Arianna. Gabi agrees and Sonny leaves, promising to check his corporate schedule. After ring shopping, Gabi wants to meet Chad for a coffee. He has to see Abigail first and fibs it is about their son's schedule but agrees to meet up after. Gabi goes on her way with Rafe ... Abe announces that Jen agreed so he will perform the wedding as asked. First groom Dario wants to praise his bride for her beauty and dedication to the people she cares about. He vows to prove that he is worthy and gets a tear in his eye. Abigail clears her throat. She reminds Dario how he helped her. No words were necessary and he accepted her the way she was. It meant a great deal when she felt like a lost girl ... Back at the station JJ expects to be released. Alas Hope sadly states some new information has come to light. This file contains the evidence against him. She hands it to him and he takes a horrified look. His DNA was found under the fingernails of Deimos so there really was a fight as Lani believed she saw. They hope the judge will consider the circumstance that he had been drugged. Hope hates having to charge him with murder and reads him his rights. They are both close to tears. Tis a travesty ... At his Kiriakis desk Sonny flashes back to Deimos lying before him stabbed to death. He had knelt to the floor and looked down at him, having lost the amulet around his neck. Sonny gasps in horror and shivers at the implications ... Rafe has his glittery ring ready and shuts the box. He is on his way to propose to the women he loves ... Meanwhile at the club Dario promises to love cherish and honor Abigail all the days of his life. Now it is her turn but before she can begin ... Chad walks in. BOOM! |
