BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! At the square Hattie is joined by Angelica asking if she got to Bonnie. Hattie boasts she and bonbon are old pals and she is ready to play, to get revenge on the dame that stole her man. Angelica wants to know whether she will actually agree to the plan to replace Adrienne. She will. Now what about her plan for Marlena? ... Meanwhile at the pub Roman is happy to see Marlena and happier when she hands him something from Sami - a recent picture of Johnny and Ali. He grins he is gonna frame it. They are missed. Marlena asks how Roman is. Of course he is concerned about Kayla's situation. Marlena also thinks it is unfair ... Kayla comes out with her box of office belongings. Steve lets her know they will find the fiend. Tripp stands nervously and gets more tense when Steve insists he is not giving up until he gets answers. Before they can walk away together, Tripp tells them to stop ... Joey does not realize that Claire is home as he woefully tells Ava's pretty picture how sorry he is. She asks what he is doing with the photos ... Chad tells Dario and anxious Abigail that Gabi told him Dario and Abigail were leaving together ... Tripp offers to help. Steve and Kayla are touched ... Back at the Brady pub Roman and Marlena agree that Steve will solve the case. The talk turns to saving Sonny. Roman senses something when Marlena says she is sure John will be home soon ... Dario demands Chad back away from his wife. Abigail disagrees and takes Chad aside. She implores him not to make things worse. Chad only gives a damn about their son and accuses her of abandonment ... Roman reasons a long distance relationship is not easy. Marlena realize they do seem long distance and she feels lonely at times. Roman calls them the perfect couple who can weather any storm. Marlena asks if he has any lucky lady in his life ... Steve, Kayla and Tripp corner nurse Shelley. Steve announces someone in the room knows something ... Purple candystriper Claire can understand why Tripp's pictures of Ava would make Joey feel guilty as soap sin. He hangs his head in shame ... Abigail begs Chad to stop. Dario fumes the FBI is waiting. He pushes Chad and they insult each other. Chad grabs him by the neck and Dario leers he acts like someone who could commit murder if someone stood in his way. A typical DiMera. Both bucks ignore Abigail's frantic protests ... Drums play. Shelley lets Steve know she is willing to listen. They explain the entries. She does not deny it sounds like malice. Steve claims they have a witness to her mistakes. And she did not tell Burns that Tripp stopped her from administering the wrong dosage to Hope. Shelley is shocked and sarcastically asks Tripp if he really believes his version ... Claire is already aware of what Joey did and tries to make him feel better. Joey leaves when Theo arrives wanting to talk to his friend. Claire waits. Theo gasps he is unable to save someone from something they did ... Abigail breaks up the fight and snaps what is Dario doing! He laughs like a loon and she sends him to the car with the bags, warning him he will lose his leverage against both if he does anything. Then she turns back and informs Chad it must be so. She walks out and he fights back the tears ... Roman is fine being on his own. Marlena tells him the right lady could come through that door any second ... Angelica wants Hattie to stick with the plan and dangles the keys to Marlena and John's townhouse ... Roman and Marlena share a friendly hug and she walks out. Angela's yes man calls to let her know this is the all clear. And so she sends Hattie to do her job ... Tripp stammers he only glanced at the chart and then noticed Shelley was about to administer the wrong dosage to Hope. She denies that was the case and assures Kayla she would not hurt her career or harm a patient. If this was a setup she certainly hopes they get the bastard. She storms out and Steve asks Tripp what he thinks. Could she have been the one who set his wife up? Tripp freezes ... Claire asks Theo to confide in her. It is about Chad. He could be in trouble. She wants Theo to tell her more ... Chad runs after upset Abigail, upset that she is leaving their son. Why why? Because it is the best for their son. Chad knows there is more and implores the woman he loves to tell him the real reason. Her voice shaking, Abigail admits she is actually doing this for HIM. ... Back at the hospital Tripp starts to stammer about Shelley being the only likely suspect. Steve mentions the shifts. Kayla suspects someone might have hacked into her tablet. Steve intends to investigate that angle. Tripp wants in on it. Steve kisses sweetness, who still has to turn in her badge and keys today unless ... Joey has been cleaning the same pub table long enough for Roman to see he is stressed. Joey claims it is about Kayla but the former commissioner is no fool. He sits him down and tells him to start talking ... Theo is about to tell Claire the Chad secret - but visitor Abe interrupts by asking for a private talk with his son. She tells him they can talk later and takes her leave. Abe wants answers about the laptop he is holding and what exactly Theo was involved in for the DiMeras ... Chad wants to know what Abigail means. She weeps she knows he will take care of Thomas. Chad blocks her path and reminds her the family needs her. He poignantly promises they can fix this mysterious problem together. Abigail looks up at him ... Marlena sits on the bed in her pink and red robe eating strawberries. The door is heard and she tells honey she is upstairs. Then she waits with a smile ... Joey admits to Roman it hurts to know that Tripp will never know his mother and he is to blame. Roman advises him to make peace with what happened. Joey, however, feels worse by the day as he is getting close to his brother ... Back at the hospital, Steve asks candystriper Claire for the schedule. She lets him look and steps away to ask Tripp why he looks so worried. He pretends he suspects Kayla. Claire calls Kayla amazing and smart. Tripp loses his cool and counters Kayla is not nearly as smart as people think. Steve’s eyes narrow as he now notices the real suspect ... Abe has more knowledge and experience with the DiMeras but Theo thinks he can make his own judgment calls. Abe sighs he did not look on his laptop and is sorry he snatched it. Theo loves his father but the DiMeras are also family so he wants to help them. Father and son hug. Abe asks him to take care. He will. Once alone, Theo sits down to take care of the damning picture of Chad that still floats on the cloud ... Abigail cries not to make it harder as she pauses at the Marton house sign. Chad calls her selfish for leaving. He knows she knows it is wrong. He tells her not to run away from her loved ones just cos it is the easy way out. She denies it. He warns he will tell Thomas she abandoned him when he gets older. Abigail weeps and he wishes she would not put them through this torment again! Violins play as he alludes to their great love story and shows her the ring that Gabi found. If she goes away again then nothing meant anything. He bitterly cries she can go ahead and stay dead this time! Abigail's heart is breaking ... Marlena has two glasses of champagne ready and says surprise as the door opens. But this is not John, it is Hattie who leers surprise right back. Marlena’s eyes widen in horror ... Joey wants to get back to work cos nothing will make him feel better about making Tripp lose his mother but he thanks Roman for trying to help. Roman agrees not to tell Kayla they spoke but looks worried ...Steve asks Tripp to cross reference the non medical personnel schedules and Tripp steps away. The P.I. now poses a few questions to cooperative Claire, only to find out Tripp is always at the nurse's station in his free time. He gives his son who is nearby reading the schedules a strange look ... Abigail informs Chad she is doing this for them. Dario leaps out from the shadows and growls at Chad to get lost. Abigail gets a call from Theo. The damning picture of Chad has been eradicated. Forever. Abigail gasps to herself she does not have to go. Chad sarcastically tells Dario to go away and take the girl with him. A car speeds toward the two men. Dario darts of the way. Chad turns around. Abigail lets out a bloodcurdling scream. CHAAAAAAAAD!
