JJ gets Paige wants to tell him off again but he has to get changed. He starts to put his shirt on ... Kate is unpleasantly surprised to find Adrienne at Will and Sonny's apartment. Adrienne the sitter states Lucas is not here but Kate bears a cute flotation present for Princess Ari. Adrienne admires it ... Suited Lucas steps into Justin's office to present him with an unfair trade complaint lodged against Mad World. Justin is amused, attorney that he is ... Sonny smiles when Paul asks his pal at the club for a triple espresso to help him deal with diva Kate, who has called a meeting. Better yet, he could use some dirt on her. Sonny laughs but for now spills nothing. The mood is light. Enter the Will. Paul explains the reason he is here is to have a meeting with Kate, who chose the venue. Will has a rather surprising reaction ... Nicole draws back from Daniel. She just got an eerie feeling she cannot shake ...Eric confesses to Father Louis in the confessional. Things got hot and heavy when they were trapped together. He and Nicole felt the love and started to make love ... Serena squeezes her recorder in her room and looks ready to scream ... Dan makes light of Nicole's superstitions. The medicine man feels she is his destiny. At least today ... Back in the confessional, Eric continues. He hits his seat in frustration and Serena's bug goes dead. She assumes they went all the way and storms out in her black dress ... Back at the apartment, Parker is so pumped about Nicole being around that he makes more art. Dan and Nicole admire. Maggie arrives ... Justin muses he does not have much to worry about being a lawyer, whereas Lucas is what exactly? Lucas quips he creates things that are real. Justin gets ruder, then realizes as much. He sighs anything to do with Adrienne is no longer his call. Lucas questions whether he really felt it was too late to fight for his marriage. He certainly has his regrets about not fighting enough for his marriage in the old days ... Will is pleasant toward Paul and goes so far as to ask him to join him and Sonny on their date tonight. It would be fun! Sonny does a double take ... As JJ buttons his shirt, Paige points out there is no reason to worry about her getting hurt by Kyle. She considers herself too cold-hearted now to love the way she did with JJ ever again ... Nicole takes Parker in his room to play. Meanwhile Dan updates mama Maggie on his marriage plans - with Nicole, who said yes. The redhead makes a stressed little sound, then states it is soon. Dan does not think so ... Serena is sulking at the pub. Zander slides in the seat across her and sneers about Eric, then the fact that he is not the only one to blame for SWEETHOT making a mess of her life in Salem. Serena agrees and slithers off to exact revenge on the other one who done her wrong .... Eric updates Father Louis on his feelings, the fact that Nicole found happiness with another, who is also his friend. The tormented one tells the priest he loves and wants Nicole so what now? He wishes they had not stopped! Father Luis encourages him to keep praying for guidance. The love will remain but God will show him the right path. Eric now goes for a soul-searching walk in the beautiful park ... Kate brings up Justin but Adrienne refuses to discuss her divorce. Kate thinks she was a fool to let Justin go and alludes to his lingering feelings. Then she leaves ... Paul is perplexed by the unexpected invitation. Will points out two people have told him that he and Sonny have no gay friends so why not? And he can bring a friend. As though on cue, Derek enters on a coffee run. Will asks him if he would, then withdraws ... JJ and Paige get closer to a conversation but Bev barges in ... Maggie must accept Dan's declaration that he and Nicole are in true love ... After hearing the whole story, delighted Derek agrees to the get together. Paul looks pleased, Will is even more pleased and promises to text all soon with the arrangements. Sonny smiles it should be fun. Paul smiles and seconds the notion ... Adrienne is now with Justin, smiling she saw Ari and has more pictures. Justin updates her on the visit from Lucas. Lucas had wanted to know whether he thought they were making a mistake. Adrienne appears disappointed when he deduces it was not a mistake ... Dan departs with Parker for an ice cream run so Nicole and Maggie can talk ... Realizing JJ has plans with another, Paige further withdraws and woefully leaves. Having seen the longing looks, Bev decides she is done with JJ, despite the fact that she came here in good faith with festival tickets. She now knows he would never be over Paige and sadly says goodbye, opting to join her parents in Europe ... Eric the tormented wonders when God is going to give him a sign. He now spies Dan and Parker on a park bench enjoying their ice creams. Both babble excitedly about Nicole moving in. Eric pauses and does not show himself but he makes a decision ... Paul now has his club meeting with Kate, who gives him as tough a time as ever. Sonny the server makes a snide remark about her being able to VANQUISH the competition. Kate smells a leak. Paul laughs he did let it slip. Sonny suggests she listen to the name Paul wanted to suggest. She teases to tell her. And so Paul does. NORITA BY MAD WORLD. She gets sarcastic about him using his own name until he admits it was from Will. Then she gets a knowing glint in her eye ... Suited Lucas is at the square. He looks serious when he spies Will ushering Derek to the park to talk privately. Lucas follows them but remains in the background, far enough not to be noticed, near enough to eavesdrop ... Will is smug that all went according to plan! Derek was glad he texted him. He has not yet read all the personal info files Will has sent him on his subject - Paul. Will insists he do so before the double date ... Nicole assures anxious mother Maggie that she loves bff Dan ... Dan and Parker come home. Maggie puts on a brave face and offers to plan an engagement party. Then she takes Parker to his game. Nicole gets a text from Eric, urging her to meet him as soon as possible. Dan assumes she has to take care of a work thing. She does not disagree and takes off. He will tend to dinner tonight ... Paige sulks at the square. Daphne cannot help but notice how down in the dumps her distracted friend is. Paige pouts about JJ spying on her with Kyle. She is just trying to forget the past ...Kate takes it all in when Paul pleasantly updates her on him and his pal planning a night out with Will and Sonny ... Derek thought Paul was hot at first sight but the sports star saw him as a friend only. Will gives him a pep talk and Derek returns to work wearing a happy smile. Lucas emerges and gives his son the evil eye. Will wants no lecture. Nevertheless, Lucas questions Will scheming up a storm to keep Paul away from Sonny. This is his wise take on the situation ... Lucas Knows Best! Paige is depressed and numbly walks off after texting about looking forward to tonight ... Nicole enters Eric's apartment. A large cross hangs on the wall. Eric has had an epiphany. Nicole assumes the worst and wants him to stop. He emotionally states he now knows what to do. He loves her and always will but will never say anything to Dan about his deep feelings or their near death closeness ... Dan the happy homemaker is somewhat surprised to see Serena at his door. The bloodthirsty one blurts out she has something he simply must hear ... THE END! Ahead on Days: Serena claims that Eric and Nicole made love! Chad gets Will on his side. Theresa could have a new flunky. Aiden makes Clyde see red! |
