Will shows him the threatening note ... At the park Ted tells Ben not to leave town. Ben insists he is innocent. Ted suggests the someone who set that arson could only have been him ... Ciara wants to hobble home on her own. But Rafe and Hope worry Ben will get in touch with her. Hope asks her to be careful ... Abigail leaves Chad an anxious message and hears a car. Then she flashes back to how happy he was until she shared it was Stefan’s baby ... Knock knock! She assumes he forgot his keys. Wrong. Tis Gabi, who just saw Stefan. Abigail wonders what he told her. She confirms he knows it is his baby all because of Gabi ... Chad sulks at the club. Stefan suggests Chloe put his drink on his tab and announces to the whole place he will soon be a daddy. Chad takes another drink, his face stony. Stefan smirks in his direction ... Gabi fibs Stefan found out cos she had mixed up papers and handed him the wrong one. Abigail has more questions. Gabi complains about Stefan threatening her. Abigail cannot fathom why she never warned her when Stefan was on his way to the clinic ... Chloe congratulates Stefan, who cannot wait for fatherhood. Chloe asks who the mother is. Stefan laughs it is his brother’s wife and then proceeds to taunt Uncle and stepdad Chad! Now he too has a child connection with Abigail. Chad punches him in the face. Stefan goes down! Gabi fibs her phone had died. But now it rings. Abigail knows she was against her abortion and questions whether she wanted Stefan to stop her. Perhaps. Gabi adds she was worried she had rushed into it. She thinks she was right as Stefan changed her mind. Abigail laments Chad left after she told him everything and now runs to the bathroom with a bout of morning sickness ... At the station Hope is appalled by Ciara’s situation. Rafe thinks she is very vulnerable but tough and smart like her mother. He suspects she is now questioning whether it was wise to believe Ben ... Ted hears how Ben smashed his cell when he did not have his meds. He needs them though they cost a lot. How to sleep tonight? Ted urges him to be on his best behavior and gives him his card. Then he goes. Ben is grateful and dutifully downs his meds with water. Ciara arrives on her crutches and soap stares ... Sonny panics. Will suspects someone might have seen them move Leo. Sonny needs a name. Will looks worried. But he wants to be involved. Will wonders whether this is also the person who made Leo’s body vanish. Sonny sighs they could be bluffing. Will thinks the most likely scenario is that this is the same person who stole the car and found Leo. Sonny is even more nervous about the fact that they have not stated what they want ... Kate greets Ted with enthusiasm, until she hears he defended Ben. The she slaps his face ... Ben swears to Ciara he had nothing to do with the fire despite the report. He wonders whether she will ever trust him again ... Hope paces, anxious to find a clue against Ben ... Stefan gives Chad as good as he got. Chloe kicks the battling brothers outside ... Gabi tells Abigail stress makes the morning sickness worse. The best way to overcome is eat. She just happens to have crackers and Abigail crunches in gratitude. Gabi makes it clear she is anti-Stefan and slyly asks Abigail how she feels about him now that she knows he is the father of her baby ... Rafe reminds Hope they would need more to put Ben away. She knows. He suggests he get them Thai food to have while they work and look through the files … Ben asks Ciara to sit with him. She asks who set that fire if not him. And is he positive he remembers everything? Ben reasons the wiring at the cabin was bad but Ciara has been burnt by boyfriends before. He swears he would never harm her ... Abigail is disgusted by Stefan and admits what Chad said before he stormed off. Her alters have wreaked havoc and now Chad fears she will be drawn to Stefan. Gabi asks her response. To reveal she hated Stefan more than ever ... Stefan sarcastically apologizes to Chad, who gasps he took advantage of Abigail! Stefan smugly states nothing will change the fact that he and Chad’s wife are having a baby ... Kate gets upset as she tells Ted about what Ben the monster did to her Will. Ted wonders whether this means they are through. Kate warns him Will is blood and she will do battle with those who try to harm her family ... Sonny and Will discuss the strange note. Will sighs someone wants to torture them. Sonny suddenly realizes who might have left it. LEO! Will reminds him he expired. Sonny states Will was not really dead and maybe the same was true of Leo. They are not doctors. Leo might be trying to mess with them. Will suggests they have the note checked for prints. Sonny starts to suggest Paul but Will is dead set against it ... Ted is sorry for what happened to Kate’s loved one. However, Ben deserves representation. But he will understand if Kate is done with him. She stops him and adds if he hurts Will ... he implies he will not and condescendingly kisses her ... Gabi assures Abigail that Chad loves her. Of course he will overcome and accept her child ... Outside the club Chad with the bloodied lip suggests Stefan only wants a souvenir since Gabby was not real. But his wife is. Stefan vows to be the father he was missing in his life. He feels Gabby lives on as she is part of that child. He now notes Chad was drinking alone at the bar after Abigail told him she was pregnant. So much for being a loving husband. Chad snaps what happens between Abigail and himself is not his business. Stefan snaps it is as she is the mother of his child. Chad looks ready to rumble again. Stefan decides since he will be a father he is finished with fighting ... Abigail thanks Gabi and sees her to the door ... Ciara has not forgotten that Ben saved her after her motorcycle crash. He thanks her for the hotshot lawyer. She starts to offer him funds but he smiles and stops her. Then she bids him goodnight and goes on her way ... Hope eats the takeout and asks Rafe to hand her a statement. She lets him have the last spring roll. It appears Ben had enough time to fill his prescription and go back to the cabin for the fire. Rafe remembers the pharmacy parking lot has a camera and is on it. Hope thanks him and touches his hand. He drawls she is welcome and she smiles. He seductively lets her have the sticky rice and wants to make the call cos he loves Ciara too. She thanks him and hands him the phone ... Ciara sits alone at the loft and reads about Ben the serial killer being free online. Meanwhile Ben lies down on a park bench, his home for the night ... Feeling mighty, Stefan informs Stefano’s portrait he is gonna be a grandfather again and his branch of the DiMeras will make him proud ... Blue light shines on Abigail as she looks out the window ... Chad reads her text to come home and ignores it. Gabi slinks up to him and sweetly says how sorry she is Then she hugs him ... Sonny agrees to find another way to check the fingerprints on the note and promises Will he will not involve Paul ... Ted lies awake in bed with Kate and remembers sliding the note under Will’s door.
