There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - Chase does a martial arts move for Aiden at the park and asks him to send the picture to grandma. Aiden peers at his iphone and now sees the scandalous footage his son took of his waltz with Hope at the glamorous gala ... - At the square, Hope herself is distracted. Pigtail princess Ciara wants to know why the sudden vacation. Hope exclaims she cleared her schedule so they can fly to Mount Rushmore in a few hours. Ciara pouts and says no way! - At the club, astounded Abigail asks why Ben and Jordan have failed to mention they were siblings. Ben confesses they were on the run but father found them! It has been 8 long years. Abigail smiles upon learning his name is Ollie not Ben. He hopes she can keep calling him Ben. She agrees and now understands why he did not want his picture taken. How did daddy dearest find them? Ben has no idea how he found out where they were but he sure would like to know! - At the park, Clyde loses his cool with Jordan/Tammy Sue for taking his money. She says it was dirty anyway. He says he would have used it for the family, to build a brand new life for the three of them ... - At the pub, pensive Rafe cannot believe Kate is risking her life with Stefano all for him. She will only say she loathes the phoenix and recalls the Bernardi incident. Her hubby behaved like a sick bastardo! Rafe drawls he is Stefano DiMera. Kate admits she had no idea Stefano would stoop so low cos that razor was not aiming for the throat. Rafe gulps and wonders how long she has known. Long enough and she blames herself for blurting out the truth about their relationship, hence her desire to make it up to him. Rafe peers at her across the table. - Will and Sonny catch up at home. Sonny is surprised Will actually agreed to write the expose on his mother and EJ! As it turns out, the lady editor is clueless when it comes to EJ's cheating, she only knows about Sami’s rise to power and EJ fighting his tax evasion charges. Will reasons he wants to tell the story the right way. Sonny gets it. - At the mansion, Sami would like to talk. EJ nods ever so slightly. They sit and she recalls how she forgave him after the kidnapping of Sydney. He proved himself by being so kind with her kids and it was a wonderful life. Beyond her wildest dreams. EJ murmurs they came far. Sami sadly states and then he broke her heart. She yearns to know why. EJ admits he has no answers. She gasps she loved him so much. He murmurs he still loves her. If only he could take back his mistake and the hurt she is feeling. He implores her to allow him to earn her love and trust once more so that they can face the future together. Pause. - Chase continues to yelp and practice his martial arts moves. Aiden stands staring at the dance video, mesmerized. He wonders why his son made it. Chase calls it cool and teases he could tell he liked that dance with Ciara’s mom. Is he mad at him? Aiden assures the lad he is not angry and ushers him off to his judo class. Chase wants his phone back. Aiden hands it to him and takes a deep breath. - Ciara has no interest in the big boring rocks and suggests New Orleans, the last place Bo and Hope took her. Hope sits and smiles. Ciara loved being in New Orleans with both her parents. Mother and daughter miss Bo and share an embrace. - Jordan accuses Clyde of making their life a living hell. Clyde blames her mama for making her believe she was better than Poplar Bluff. Jordan argues her mom merely wanted better for her kids. Clyde scoffs about her ridiculous life on the run. Jordan vows not to let him destroy her and Ben's brand new lives here in Salem. - Ben confirms to Abigail he has indeed lived in Miami and had to lie to Paige. He is sorry for the secrets. She can relate. Sonny now arrives and Ben urges her to keep his secret until he tells certain people. She agrees and he goes to ask the boss if he can leave early. Sonny hopes all is well and agrees. Then he gets back to fussing Will and the baby stroller. - At the mansion, Sami gives EJ a suspicious look. He tenderly takes her hand and whispers please, one more chance, it will be the last one he needs. Sami whispers his name and brushes away a tear. All of a sudden, Johnny races into the room to tell daddy he needs cupcakes. Can he call Abigail the expert cupcake maker? EJ tries to get him to stop but Johnny insists Abigail is the perfect person for the task. Even daddy said she was awesome. Sami forces a smile, her eyes once more mirroring her fury... - Hope gets off her phone at the square, having changed their flight to destination New Orleans. Ciara is thrilled and wonders whether papa Bo will be sad he is not with them. Hope gushes New Orleans is one of his favorite places in the whole world. Ciara now notices Chase and Aiden and exclaims they are going on vacation today! Aiden is admittedly surprised. Ciara boasts about mommy changing their flight in the last minute. Chase jokes they have that kind of money too. He gets excited about his favorite Xman living in New Orleans. Ciara invites then to come too. Hope and Aiden freeze and both reply with a resounding NO. - Rafe tries to talk Kate out of her dangerous game. She changes the subject to Jordan. Rafe is not sure she will understand that night he and Kate spent together, now that it seems it was not so meaningless after all! Kate denies any emotional involvement. Rafe sips his coffee and soulfully asks if it really meant nothing. She casually claims she feels like a friend. Rafe knows there is something more but Kate reminds him she was the one who ended their affair. She adds she feels it would be a mistake for him to come clean to Jordan about their one night stand ... - Clyde claims to be proud of Jordan’s work as a therapist. But he cannot let his kids go cos he has missed them these past eight years. He reaches out and she snaps not to touch her. Along comes belligerent Ben, who places himself between them and vows to defend his sister. Clyde insists he was just saying how proud he was. Big Ben stares him down ... Dangerous music plays as Clyde gets a call, repeats he is remaining in Salem, and saunters off with his phone. Jordan plops down on a park bench with dread. - At the club, worried Will wonders how Abigail is feeling. She starts to gasp about what she did to his mom. Sonny solemnly notes Sami came to her house, as per his mom. The two guys admit they are concerned about volatile Sami’s next move. Abigail makes light of it. However, when they hear that Sami spilled the beans about EJ to Ben too, they get even more worried. Will takes off before his cousin can stop him. Abigail gasps in distress. - Back at the mansion, Johnny is told by daddy to get ready for a visit to the pub and Caroline, to pick up cupcakes there. Sami sits down and EJ reminds her she was about to ... Sami calls it a mistake. EJ crouches down next to her and shares he feels that she still loves him. Sami coldly claims that is her rage he feels and leers she is taking down his father, him, and his cupcake HO. EJ frowns and advises her to handle her hurt like an adult. She quips he acted like a horny teen and goes to answer the ringing doorbell. Tis Will, who demands they talk. Sami reminds EJ he is on his way out. He snaps they are not done. Sami now invites Will into the living room and offers him tea, scones, whatever his heart desires. She is making the most of her time at the mansion. Will senses she is being torn apart. She talks EJ. But Will has another person on his mind. She simply must leave Abigail alone ... - Chase begs to go on the holiday. Attorney Aiden explains his clients need him close by. He wishes Hope and Ciara a happy holiday and ushers his son away. Ciara thinks her mommy and Mr. Jennings were acting mighty strange. Hope explains the importance of asking her before she invites anyone to go away with them. Ciara gets it. Hope now realizes her purse his missing and turns, only to run into Aiden, who is holding said purse. Their eyes lock the way they did when they slow danced. - Kate is unable to convince Rafe to keep any secret from Jordan and he exits, drawling there shall be no secrets between them ... - Abigail laments to Sonny she just made the situation even worse. Sympathetic Sonny points out she has had a tough time lately, with Chad and then Cameron. Abigail gasps she has to take responsibility. Suave Sonny suggests she go easy on herself. Abigail gasps she has done it before, gone after guys who were taken, and then smiles when Sonny teases he should ask her to leave his club. - Sami snaps Abigail broke her family and her marriage. Wills scoffs his mom and Sami have their usual drama every 6 months. He reminds his mother this whole mess stemmed from the Nick incident. EJ was only following Abigail as a favor, to get her to stay away from Detective Hope when things were tenuous. Sami rages the girl then stalked her fiancé all the way to his shower so she has no sympathy! She sarcastically adds she ain't seen nothing yet. She plans to ruin that girl’s life! Will argues his mom has done way worse than Abigail. Sami sticks out her chin. - Aiden stammers Chase’s judo was cancelled and he saw her purse. He hands it back and wishes her a nice trip again. Hope smiles and departs with her daughter. Chase now asks his dad if they can return to mom’s beach house at Puget Sound. Negative, as his father has rented it out. Chase complains they have not been back there since ... Aiden cuts him off. - Ben sits on the bench with jittery Jordan, who laments Clyde has got the goods on them and there is nothing they can fight back with! - Clyde the country crook is not amused a man has not paid him what he owes and orders his henchman to do what he knows he has to do ... Dangerous music plays. The criminal kind. Clyde ends the call. - EJ has picked up cupcakes at the pub with Johnny, who hopes mommy is not mad at him. Kate appears and coos mommy is just busy with her, running the company! EJ is not in the least bit pleased. - Sami accuses Will of accusing her of deserving her payback. Will denies it. She rages she is the one in pain, not his little cousin and she knows she has no remorse! Will urges her to stop the vendetta. She is hurting herself. Sami scoffs he sounds just like sanctimonious Saint Eric. She paid for her sins in life and now it is little Miss Perfect’s turn! Will argues it is not a perfect life. Sami lists the girl’s transgressions and screams she is a slut. Will thunders once upon a time, he caught her and EJ together on that same sofa when she and Rafe were married, which makes her an even bigger slut! Sami smacks him. Hard. - Hope tells her daughter it will be good to forget about Salem and they head home to pack. - Chase complains to his father he misses the beach house. Aiden mutters he sure doesn’t. - At the park, Rafe approaches, to have that important talk with Jordan. Ben states they are busy with his crisis and he needs his sister. He leads her away by the hand. Rafe plays it cool, pretending not to mind But he knows something is amiss ... - Johnny praises Abigail’s baking ability. Kate coos the girl has many talents and asks if EJ agrees. He snaps RIGHT. Kate now leads the lad home by the hand and tells Elvis to come along. He grimaces and crossly carries the cupcakes behind the two. - Sami gasps she is sorry. Will notes the truth hurts. Sami now gasps she was wrong to cheat on Rafe but that was different. Will accuses her of turning on Abigail for doing the same as her and repeats to leave her alone. Sami bitterly accuses him of taking sides and being insensitive to her suffering. Eerie music plays as she promises to destroy her life. Will sternly states he did warn her ... Sami gets sarcastic so be it, she stands warned and watches her son walk out, feeling very much alone in a world she continues to hate almost as much as the girl in the shower ... THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Things go from bad to worse for JJ and his dream girl. Brady does some soul searching. |
