There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - Jen repeats to JJ that she and Eve will duke out their differences in court. JJ wishes they would work it out. Angry Abigail appears and blames herself for making things worse. Jen wonders how her chat with that someone went. Abigail tries to cover up her discomfort by changing the subject ... - Long haired Jordan repeats to Ben at the club that Rafe has been busy with his case. Ben drawls at least they will know his reaction to her truth today. - Kate catches up with Clyde at the pub. The crafty crook is grateful to her for getting him close to his keeeeeds. Kate pleasantly points out they are done. She is about to take her leave when Clyde brings up a certain Rafe Hernandez. Kate freezes. - EJ is eating yogurt with Johnny at the square when Johnny jumps up to hug Rafe. Rafe is glad to see his little buddy, who boasts he has camp. EJ sits his lad down to finish his treat on the bench, then approaches Rafe. He sighs he can let him have it if he wonts. He gathers he already knows what happened. Rafe pauses. He admits he is happy Sami kicked him out. EJ denies it he is gone from Samantha’s life. Rafe thinks that is a mistake. He could wind up in prison. EJ stands firm. He is staying in Salem with Samantha and their family. He is NEVA leaving! - At DiMera mansion, Caroline assures Sami she is on her side but Sami exclaims she wants EJ dead! Caroline suspects she still loves him. Sami screams she hates him. Caroline notes he hurt her deep because she loves him deep. Sami starts to wail like a lost child and grandma Caroline hugs her. Sami cries he ripped her heart out of her body. And yet she is unable to stop LOVING him. She laments they put one another through hell yet she never imagined he would ... She cannot even bring herself to say the word CHEAT. When that photo of him with Abigail came, she could only hear her heart pounding. She wipes away her tears and insists her heart has stopped altogether. Caroline tells her sniffling granddaughter she has been bottling up her feelings. Sami admits he wedding joy was purely plastic. She could perceive the relief in EJ’s eyes that she knew not what he had done and played along. But the horrible image of him with Abigail has haunted her all this time! Caroline agrees she could scream and kick him out but disagrees with the vendetta. Sami screams she will break him the way he broke their happy little family and then sobs on her grandmother’s wise shoulder. - At the hospital, bubbly blonde Dr. Kayla notes brunette Hope seems tired after all the gala work. She praises the stunning gala and wonders whether she too enjoyed it. Hope gets hot and bothered as she once more remembers slow dancing with Aiden. All of a sudden, Aiden appears! Kayla smiles a coy smile. She compliments him on the gala caterer. He drawls Hope recommended them. Matter of fact, he would like a word with Hope so Kayla steps away, still smiling. - Abigail wants to learn more details about the lawsuit. Jen complains Eve even started making moves on Daniel, her usual MO. JJ thinks that is just plain wrong. Abigail exclaims their mom has to stop evil Eve! - Kate explains Rafe is seeing Jordan. Clyde points out he used to be seeing Kate and suggests that is why she tracked him down. Kate acts like she has no idea what he means. Clyde clarifies. He means he also thinks like she does that Rafe does not belong with his Tammy Sue ... - Caroline considers revenge unwise. Sami's face reddens. She suddenly screams she will not be weak. She rages about nekid Abigail with EJ in the shower. They played her for a fool! Caroline thinks EJ and Abigail only made fools of themselves and EJ realized he royally messed up. He still knows it too. Sami wonders who she is siding with. Caroline cries she too has been there. She reminds Sami she once cheated on her own husband with Victor! But Shawn forgave her and she still thanks God. Sami now realizes she is suggesting she give EJ yet another chance. - Aiden assures Hope this will not take long. He is closing the books and requires her receipts. She whips them out of her pocket and they flutter to the floor. They both reach down at the same time and their hands touch, their eyes lock in longing. Aiden offers to help. Hope turns him down and shoves the receipts at him, all flustered. He grins thanks and goes on his suited way. Kayla wonders what just happened. Did they fight? Hope gasps no and walks away. - Clyde claims he wants a chance to get close to his kids without anyone getting in the way. He sure hopes Kate can help. She smiles she has no idea how. He suggests she come up with something. In his casual country manner, he craftily implies he could tell his daughter that Kate ratted her out to him regarding her whereabouts. Kate whispers she would rather she not know. Clyde wants to work something out, drawls he will be in touch, and departs. - EJ is spending time by the town gate with Johnny, who proudly plays with his remote toy helicopter. EJ asks whether his motha has told him anything. Just to eat his vegetables. The helicopter crashes and Johnny races to fix it, refusing his father’s help. Just then Jen is walking by. She stops in her tracks and glares daggers at EJ. - Back at the mansion, Caroline warns stormy Sami her revenge will only come back and hurt her more, Sami’s face turns a brighter shade of red as she starts to cry again. How to overcome? Caroline shows her the photo of her family with EJ and the children. She must get past this for their sake! She kisses her head and sighs she has been through worse. Sami sniffles she loves her grandma. Caroline invites her to bring the kids to the pub for dinner and goes. So ends the pep talk. Sami stares at the framed family photo now in her hands ... - Rafe has asked Kate to meet him at the pub. She is pleasantly surprised. He informs her that Jordan plans to tell him of her past today. However, he feels he should share something about his recent past. Namely that he and Kate had a one night stand ... - Clyde meets his suspicious son and daughter at the club. He would rather they talk at the park. Working boy Ben is against it. Jordan thinks it will be safe in the public place so stepfather and daughter depart. Ben stares after them with worry. Abigail has arrived and stares at Ben staring after Jordan. - Pigtail Ali is at the mansion, where Sami has returned. She explains to her mother that Johnny went to the square with EJ for some yogurt. Sami says oh. Ali stayed behind to finish an important project. Tis a beautiful homemade book she made of her perfect day, with all the pretty pictures she took of EJ and Sami’s wedding. Sami is much moved when her innocent daughter declares they are finally a family ... - Jen waves at Johnny as he fixes his helicopter nearby. EJ murmurs he did not set out to hurt her daughta. Jen fumes. He stammers he does care about Abigail ... that is, as a person ... Jen cuts him off and blasts him for his behavior. There was nothing innocent or incidental about it! What was he thinking! He sheepishly admits he was impulsive and immediately regretted his actions. Jen, however, insists he knew exactly what he was doing. He preyed on her daughter for his own satisfaction. That makes him a disgusting pig! EJ does not react and lets the mad mother have her say. She concludes she is content her daughter finally saw the light. EJ agrees with that. Jen now remembers the wrath of Sami, who already lashed out at Abigail. Why she would pay to witness the hell she has in store for him! She flounces off in her fury. EJ soap stares. - Kayla follows Hope to the lounge to find out what is troubling her. She could not help but notice the tension between her and Aiden. Hope denies having any issues with the attorney and gets a strange look in her eye. Kayla now thinks she gets it. - Aiden appears at Horton house, ready for a status report on JJ. JJ hands him the report of his community service hours. He admits things are on shaky ground with his girlfriend, whose mom is now being sued by his mom! - Abigail anxiously approaches Ben. She sadly states she knows he is angry, given how he took off the other day. He tenderly tells her his feelings for her have not changed! It was an emergency he would rather not discuss. Abigail wonders whether it was related to that fellow Jordan just walked out with. - Sami is sitting and admiring Ali’s book. She finds a paper crane EJ helped her daughter make. He is helping her create 1000 for good luck. Sami sighs and asks when they started the project. Just after Ali’s cousin Nick died. And EJ said they could work on it together forever. Sami thanks her for the wonderful wedding gift and sends her to the kitchen to ask maid Mary for a snack. The paper crane seems to have gotten to Sami ... - At the park, Jordan wants Clyde to cut to the chase. What does he want?! He drawls he wants a chance to make things up to her and her brother, to take care of them the way he promised her dearly departed mama. Jordan calls that a crazy idea after what he went and did! He growls not to go down that road and suggests Tammy Sue too played a part in the drama ... - Rafe reasons that Jordan could find out about his and Kate’s night of passion like people found out about EJ’s affair. Kate disagrees. Rafe’s mind is already made up. He just thought he should forewarn her. - JJ sighs he is seeing the daughter of the woman who is suing his mom. He thinks Paige’s mother is bitter about her marriage to Jack being annulled. The book is her way of hanging on. Aiden thinks he gets it and warns the teen never to rush into marriage the way some fools do. It could be the biggest mistake of his entire life! - Hope is still smarting about being deserted by Bo. Kayla is sympathetic. Hope assures her she did not betray Bo. Kayla thinks it is understandable if she harbors feelings ... Hope denies she has any for Aiden and walks off. Kayla is no longer smiling. - JJ walks attorney Aiden to the door. Aiden excuses his overreaction to marriage and alludes to being against the institution. Outside the door he sighs. - Hope heads to the square with Ciara and announces they are going away for a much needed vacation and they take off today! - Ben decides there is nothing better than the truth. He informs Abigail that he too is someone with a secret. That guy was his father and Jordan happens to be his sister! Abigail is speechless. - Jordan bitterly accuses Clyde of having a good cover story about his family back home in the country. She tells him to go home and live like a decent man if it is possible. She urges him to leave her and Ollie to their better lives here in Salem. Clyde refuses to go until he gets what he came for. Jordan worries he is out for revenge. Clyde claims he may have made mistakes but they went and broke his heart when they ran off. He is not going to let it happen again! - Kate assumes their conversation is over. Not quite. Rafe asks his ex why she helped Sami with her power play at DiMera. Kate approves of operation destroy EJ and Stefano. Rafe points out Stefano was already in her past so what gives? He questions her motives. She talks money. He drawls she has her own money. In 6 months godfather Stefano the great and powerful will be gunning for her. Why risk all that danger?? Kate emotionally confesses she is doing this for Rafe, because of what Stefano tried to do to him! Rafe blinks. - EJ arrives home to the mansion with Johnny, who races upstairs to put away his toy helicopter. EJ heads for the living room. There stands Samantha, her back turned to him, as she faces the garden where their wedding took place. She pretends to be busy with her ipad. He asks about her conversation with Caroline, how it went She will only say she is fine. EJ thinks that is good and stammers he will go upstairs. Sami speaks his name and turns around.
