He informs her he wants her all gone. She pretends he bores her. He warns her not to cross him and bids her a cold goodbye. Exit Kate for the last time ... At the square Shawn and Belle discuss the Hope drama and then talk about the Tatenapping. Meanwhile, John, Paul and Brady are on the case. John has a client call and quips he will get rid of them fast. They are all focused on finding Tate. Paul assures Brady that Summer is asleep in the next room and there is a guard posted. Brady is frustrated. Steve waltzes in with something to say about the Chopin Group. Victor - aka a suspect - sweeps in asking what they have on Summer. Meanwhile Marlena is about to hypnotize Theresa. Theresa is anxious to jog her recent memories of that fateful day when Tate was taken ... At the club woman in red Nicole shows Dario a list of designers. Enter Deimos. He desperately wants to speak with her alooooone. Kate is now in her new suite at the Salem Inn, wistfully remembering Deimos and his big grand ... piano. Tears idle tears from the depths of diva despair ... Shawn and Belle get cozy on a bench and keep talking about the latest. Andre lurks and overhears Shawn annouce that Hope is expected to recover. Andre shows himself and sarcastically suggests he get her flowers for Hope has 9 lives unlike Shawn's fatha. Shawn says the same back to him! ... It is not easy to dismiss a tycoon. Steve solemnly asks Victor whether he has anything that would help ... Victor claims he can get Summer to crack with his own men and methods ... Meanwhile tired little Hypno Theresa lies on the couch remembering the day she had a protein drink and took Tate to the park. Marlena encourages her to go on. She sat down with the stroller and was ever so tired ... Anne came and went. Theresa sees someone at the hedges and Marlena says to look and describe said lurker ... Deimos coyly asks to talk in private so Nicole suggests a walk with him. Dario sighs as they step outside together. Phillip and Chloe see them and do a double take ... Once they arrive at the pretty park, woman in red Nicole tries to play it cool. She tells him to make it fast. Deimos announces Kate is totally out of his house and his life. Nicole gets sarcastic. Deimos stops her from departing when she claims to care not and he gushes they have got to start over ... Unhappy Kate leaves Marlena the friend and emotional healer a message to call her. She needs someone to talk to ... Marlena wonders what the shadow person is wearing. Theresa says dark clothes perhaps a hat and they are approaching her and Tate! However, there is a dark fog. Marlena suggests she see only the person not the fog and describe every detail ... Theresa tells her the lurker is slow moving and sits up with an agitated NO ... Nicole says NO to Deimos but he is in denial and thinks she is in denial. They talk trust and she bitterly reminds him he played her. He was in hiding and she found him by accident so why should she believe him! Deimos insists he is all about actions now ... Theresa wakes up, upset she could not see the kidnapper clearly. Marlena the emotional healer feels they can find out more in the next session. Theresa wants to get started again. Marlena wants her to relax for a couple of hours first. Theresa will call when ready. Marlena reminds her she and Brady should be kind to each other. She should talk about her feelings with him too in this tough time. Theresa breaks down in tears, wondering how their love could ever survive through this ... Victor offers a reward. John drawls it was already a bust with Theresa. The Greek grandiosely offers a bigger reward and goes on his way. Brady does not trust him. Steve solemnly suggests this was no simple abduction, with the questionable corporate Chopin Group caught in the middle ... Phillip has his arm around Chloe at the square and makes light of her seeing Deimos. One runs into others unexpectedly in a small town. They now find themselves face to face with Shawn and Belle. Phillip starts to sweat. Belle and Chloe both force a smile ... Kate meets Marlena at the pub to talk about her usual wrong man problem. Marlena believes Kate chooses bad relationships as she does not believe she deserves a good one! ... Deimos insists he caaaares about Nicole. She suspects he only cares for Helena from all those years ago. Deimos drawls about the real woman he now wants and praises Nicole. He has changed! Nicole notes talk is cheap. He seductively states he will prove it to her and kisses her hand like Rudolph Valentino. Then he walks away to let her think about it. Dario emerges dismayed ... Marlena explains choosing men who hurt Kate leads to doom and gloom and problems with her children. Kate confesses she likes complicated men. Marlena adds criminals and they laugh. Kate is drawn to power and danger and wonders why. Marlena advises her to break the cycle. They talk and laugh the way good friends do until Marlena gets a call and must excuse herself. Kate thanks her for the advice and insists on picking up the tab this time ... Nicole does not wish to discuss Deimos. Dario probes. Why does Deimos get to her?? He looks her straight in the eye. Andre glides into the pub moments after Marlena is gone. He asks Kate about Dr, Evans and hears how she was asking for advice. He cackles he can offer his betta advice for free! ... Dario wants to stay at the park with Nicole and asks about Deimos, what he told her. Nicole notes he was full of lies like always. She claims not to care about the man but Dario disagrees, but he wishes she would move on with HIM ... Steve is in touch with a messenger for the Chopin group. The messenger has agreed to speak with Brady for a price. They will record and try for a trace. All of a sudden Theresa bursts in babbling about her session. But Brady has another matter on his mind ... Phloe face Shelle and Phil says Chloe is back and he will make her a star! Shawn is smug. Belle is soap staring ... Andre does not want Kate to change cos she is purrfect and the world needs them togetha as two of a kind. He knows she feels judged by others and complains about townsfolk ruining his own picnic. He calls Deimos a little ex con and reminds her of her thirst for revenge. In fact, they are presently in a position to teach the whole town a lesson He dangles the notion and Kate takes it all in, her eyes narrowed. She has no money for him. Andre coos he wants a partner in crime ... Deimos visits Victor, who tries to shut the door in his face and fumes to go back to hell ... Deimos suggests peace. Victor scoffs ... Shawn disagrees with Belle that Phillip only has a business relationship with Chloe. He saw a spark. Belle is not smiling ...Theresa is out of control as she shouts about being able to ID he who took Tate if all proceeds according to plan. That is when Brady gets the call from the Chopin group messenger. The guy hears her and hangs up. Paul gets the number from his computer that was tracing and Brady is ready to call the guy back. He wishes Theresa would stop talking. Alas there is no answer. The source seems to have been spooked away ... Paul updates Theresa and she has a meltdown over messing things up. Brady tenderly assures her she is not to blame ... THE END! |
