BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS Stunning John and Marlena stroll through the park for fresh air at her suggestion. Like all her suggestions, John likes this one. She wants him to be able to think straight in these tough times. They discuss the fact that Tate has not been found. John growls if he finds the sob Marlena seconds the notion ... At home Victor acts pleased that Summer was caught up with and quips to Maggie she should be made to tell the whole truth. He accuses her and Maggie excuses her unhappy self to take a nap. Someone bangs at the door. Tis Brady, who bellows WHERE IS MY SON! Meanwhile Summer and Theresa are at the Salem police station waiting for Roman to arrive. Summer feels the pressure of her predicament and fears the one who contacted her could tell the cops she killed Clark. Theresa tells her all that counts is Tate. Summer suspects Victor. Theresa still suspects her and will do so until her son is found ... Chad is at the mansion when he hears Rafe and his cries for HELP. He opens the bookcase secret tunnel door and lets Rafe in. He gasps they have to get Hope, who is still down there! Chad is aghast. Rafe insists they return to help Hope so down they go. Hope is sleeping a deep sleep, her face pale, as she has jumbled flashbacks of Aiden's betrayal, then how she saved Rafe when the bomb was about to blow, how Rafe agreed it was probably Andre. Chad and Rafe arrive and Chad carries her to safety, tired Rafe at his side ... Summer insists to Theresa she did not take Tate given she lost her own mother ... Victor suggests Summer is pointing the finger at him to throw them off. Brady snaps he has the resources. The Greek growls the girl is a grifter. He denies having the funds to pull off the scheme. But Brady found out from John he made a massive withdrawal from a Grand Cayman bank account. He concludes he did it against Theresa and Summer and snaps to tell him where his son is, his eyes filled with fury ... At the pretty park, Marlena and John discuss the fact that the contact to Summer seems to have originated in Greece. It sounds like Victor! John would rather discuss another matter at the moment and she gives him good news about a patient, Cubs season starting soon, not to mention their WEDDING. She suggests new and fresh. He grins he hears her and slyly states they have almost done it all. How about they tie the knot at Wrigley Field during the seventh inning stretch? They can have a gigantic kiss on the jumbo screen and he shows her what he means. She smiles after the hot kiss and he thanks sweetheart. It was her pleasure to kiss him. He grins there is still good in the world ... Hope is placed on a DiMera sofa and Chad steps away for water. Rafe tends to her. Jen arrives and gasps in horror. Chad comes back and suggests a hospital. Jen exclaims she will call Kayla ... Meanwhile Aiden is at the hospital with what he believes to be bruised ribs. Kayla happens by, then gets the call from Jen about hurt Hope. Aiden soap stares and stammers Hope? What can he do? Kayla blasts him to get lost cos she knows what he did and what happens to Hope is not his damn business now ... Jen is shocked by Hope's wound and JJ and the ambulance arrive. Rafe explains there was an explosion. They place her on the gurney and she is wheeled out. Chad helps Romeo Rafe limp after her ... Theresa gets shrill with Summer, who denies doing anything to the baby. Theresa accuses her of wanting money. Roman arrives and assures Theresa they are on it. He proceeds to ask Summer questions and wants to see the so-called note she was sent. She replies she threw it out as she had no intention of doing it. He wonders why she was contacted in the first place. She admits to her conning past. He wants to know whether they had something on her and Theresa soap stares ... Victor is indignant and Brady reminds him of his past misdeeds. He suspects he drugged Theresa to make her seem unfit. Victor quips she IS unfit. Brady begs for his son back. Victor sarcastically suggests he take his place apart looking for proof and storms out ... Hope is in a hospital room, barely able to speak. Aiden sneaks in as Kayla asks her to breathe normally. She suspects internal bleeding and surgery is needed. She angrily kicks Aiden out of the room and the patient is taken. Rafe arrives with Jen, watching with worry ... Brady sits with Maggie, who overheard him with Victor. She feels Victor is a changed man but Brady believes he had the most motive. He is a man who is addicted to control. Maggie counters he too wants to find Tate. Brady warns her what Deimos did might have sent him back to his wicked ways. Maggie thinks he is grasping at straws and he tells her Summer was the one who gave him the idea that Victor did it ... Back at the station Summer admits she was blackmailed with having her past revealed but does not say specifics. Roman suddenly gets a call from Rafe about Hope at the hospital. He needs to bring Shawn. Roman is on his way. That is all for the moment. Summer thanks Theresa for her discretion. Theresa cares not about Clark, only Tate. They start to leave, only to come face to face with Victor, who stares coldly ... In the hospital waiting area, Rafe updates Jen and laments Ciara's phone went to voice mail. Jen insists he needs his leg injury looked at. He laments Hope did not listen to him ... Aiden eavesdrops outside the door as Kayla arrives with an update. The perforated spleen was removed and Hope will recover. The lung infection is responding to antibiotics. Rafe wants to see the Salem patient. She will be released in a week and for now is in recovery so Rafe will have to wait. Dr. Kayla praises Rafe for saving her. So does Jen and she grabs him in a hug. Aiden breathes a big sigh of relief ... Maggie suggests Brady should not believe everything Summer says. Brady believes the girl is guilty of much but Victor looks even more guilty this time! Maggie cries he only withdrew that big cash amount for their cruise and exclaims if he had more faith in his grandfather ... She stops and is sorry. Brady is sorry he caused her stress by finding Summer in the first place. Maggie feels her flesh and blood is worthy of her love. She questions what if it was someone else. Brady gets upset as all he knows is his son is nowhere to be found. Tis a nightmare ... Victor feels Summer looks guilty as she even changed her hair color and suggests she get arrested. Summer screams her innocence. Victor threatens her to get his grandson back fast or she will regret being born! He walks out and Summer insists to Theresa he wants two things - to hurt Theresa and destroy her too. That man is deadly ... Rafe has had his stitches and waits with Kayla, who thanks him for looking out for Hope. She gets back to work. Jen comes out and gushes to Rafe she is good. Once she leaves Rafe limps into Hope's room. She is hooked up to a monitor and resting peacefully as a piano plays in the background. She smiles and he smiles back, sitting on her bed. He gushes she looks great and she holds his hand, crediting him with keeping her alive. Rafe downplays his good deed ... Meanwhile Aiden harasses a nurse for news on Hope. Shawn arrives and angrily confronts the sob. He warns him if he can find proof he was responsible for the explosion he will make him spend the rest of his miserable life locked up in prison! At the square on duty JJ ends a call with Jen, wanting her to take care of herself, happy that Hope is alright. Unshaven Chad appears with the baby stroller and agrees. He brings up the search for Abigail and stammers Jen is suing him for custody of his son. He urges JJ to talk some sense into her. JJ snaps that is his sister's son as well and refuses to help. He storms off ... John gets off a call with Brady and updates Marlena on Victor's denial. He drawls he has to get back to the office cos there could be some detail that went overlooked. Marlena wants to come with so they walk off hand in hand to crack the case together ... Victor now returns home to Maggie. She updates him on how she defended him to desperate Brady. She believes Victor would not do what Brady suggested and he kisses her on the head. They hug and she tries to force a smile ... Hope weakly informs Rafe she remembers that he was always at her side trying to save her. He was returning the favor and tells her to rest. She agrees and he places a chaste kiss on her head. Then he exits and she smiles ... Aiden claims innocence but Shawn notes his name was listed as owner of that property. Aiden has no idea how that happened. Rafe now stands between them and rages at Aiden to tell his partner-in-crime Andre he is coming after them BOTH! Exit Aiden. Shawn looks at raging bull Rafe ... Brady, Theresa and Summer convene at the square. Theresa wonders what next. Summer offers to help. Brady is somewhat surprised. She swears she wants to find a way to get Tate home ... Roman joins Shawn and Rafe at the hospital, explaining Ciara was at the library and is en route. He escorts Rafe out for his official statement. Meanwhile Aiden sees his opening. He steals into sleeping Hope's room and gets choked up at the sight of her. He whispers he just wanted to love her. She opens her eyes and whispers to get the hell away from her, leave Salem and never come back. Aiden woefully claims he cannot. She ominously warns him then he will live to regret it. Dangerous music plays ...! THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Steve searches for Tate! Things get bad between Brady and Theresa. Deimos makes his move with Nicole. Kate heads for the Salem Inn. |
