Wednesday, July 20, 2016 Episode 12,886 Length:1300 descriptive words Beware of copycats. These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS Rafe walks through the fog amid the rubble and sighs. He tugs at a locked door and hits it, now waking on the floor. He gets up and sits near Hope, but she is pallid and cold as death. He cries NO, but she has lost too much blood and a bell tolls. He holds her and sobs she was supposed to stay with him! Dream Aiden comes in clapping and takes off his black mask. He cruelly thanks Rafe for killing her and laughs like a loon. Rafe tries to strangle him but Aiden will not die. Dream Andre the devil arrives and smoothly suggests Rafe can only kill the woman he looooooves ... In reality Rafe is on lying on the floor, dreaming. He dreams of pushing the locked door again He is delirious in his injured state, having strange unsettled dreams. The scene changes from the locked door to the dastardly duo of Andre and Aiden again. Rafe cannot strangle Aiden and calls him and Andre sick bastards, monsters. Andre taunts Hope is no betta as she killed fatha in cold blood! Aiden boasts at least HE has courage. Andre taunts if Rafe had courage he might have saved Hope. Aiden blames Rafe for her death. Rafe reasons he did the right thing by telling Hope the truth but Aiden leers it got her killed in the end. They had been enjoying their romance at the mountains until he ruined it. Rafe rages it was a lie! Aiden accuses him of being selfish and getting Hope killed. Andre cackles Rafe could be just as bad as them. Dream Rafe sadly stares at dead Hope and tells her he is sorry. He breaks down and dream Eduardo appears, urging his sad son to stay strong ... Ed the sage suggests the two evil men killed Hope not him but Rafe cries she was trying to save him so he is therefore to blame. He laments the loved ones he tries to protect end up dead just like sister Arianna. Ed suggests REVENGE and gives him a gun. Andre calls that interesting. Rafe rejects the gun. Eduardo argues the enemies must pay with their lives and warns him not to let them win. Rafe takes that gun and then gives it back for he is no natural born killer. Ed reminds him that Hope knew sometimes it was the only way. She shot Stefano dead and then he made sure things got cleaned up, covered up. Rafe accuses Ed of making them pay the price for his assassin ways. The guilt of blood is on his stained hands! He knows for a fact that Hope regretted killing Stefano and was haunted by her actions. He blasts Ed for creating widows and orphans with his killing ways. He, however, will do the right thing by mourning Hope in death and honoring her in life. Aiden and Andre discuss the fact that he cannot do it. Rafe holds Hope's hand and she vanishes but he hears her voice in his dream. Her voice confirms she is dead. It is because Rafe did not fight hard enough as he did not love her enough. Rafe finds himself in a fog again. He arrives at the locked door and comes across a rock to break the lock. Then he wakes up from his dream and sees Hope not moving. He leans over and asks her to come back to him. Tired Rafe dreams again ... Shawn and Ciara show up. Shawn shouts he promised Bo he would look after her but he failed! Ciara cries her beloved mother is gone and now they are taking her. Rafe wants another chance. Shawn bellows he blew his chance and shoves him. Dream Dario appears, announcing he is here to help. He advises him to push the pain aside and move on. Rafe cannot and is dismayed. Forget about Hooooope? Dario warns him about deep despair and pulls him to his feet. Rafe blasts him for always turning his back and not caring. Has he ever been in LOVE? Dario replies no. Rafe refuses to bottle his emotions and forget Hope. Dario states he has to be strong for their family Rafe frowns, feeling a burden he does not really want. Dario exclaims then what the hell does he want. For Hope to come back alright and for Aiden to have never come back ... Rafe is now alone. He begs Hope to come back to him, finds her locket on the floor and cries like a baby. He remembers once upon a romantic time when he gave it to her and she smiled it was perfect as they kissed in bliss. Back to his foggy reality. Delirious Rafe weeps ... He hangs onto the locket and flashes back to more sweet moments with Hope. Dream Mama Adriana appears and apologizes. She admits she was jealous and wanted to feel needed. Rafe wishes she had given the amazing Hope a chance but now she is gone, he was unable to save her. Mama snaps how do you know! Gabi appears and agrees Hope's fate is still in his hands. He should not believe what he thinks he sees. Mama tells him to ignore the two madmen. Andre and Aiden appear and arrogantly order her out of Rafe's head. Doug appears and tells off Rafe for taking too long, letting Aiden gain a foothold, after which everything went to HELL! Andre is smug as a bug ... Doug suggests he should have acted sooner and calls him a fool for hesitating. Rafe snaps and demands the gun to make things right. Ed says not now but raging Rafe insists. Ed agrees cos revenge is sweet and Rafe shoots laughing Aiden dead. BANG BANG BANG! Andre applauds. BRAVO! He leers he is just like him now and how does it feel to be a mudera ... Rafe shoots him as well and he falls down dead. The other dream people stare ... Doug takes the gun from Rafe and tells him to go to Hope, who is waiting. Hope is standing up smiling and says don't leave me. Does he love her, she wonders. More than anyone ever. They kiss and she falls back down on the bed. He begs her not to leave him. Hope is back on the bed unconscious ... Rafe finally wakes up for real and crawls to Hope, who is lying in the bed, eye closed. He feels for a pulse and thanks God. She gasps Rafe ... He tenderly tells her he is here and assures her she will be alright. He is gonna go get that door open. She feels badly about everything and he teases to thank him later. She whispers it is a deal. Rafe can see clearly now as he approaches the locked door. Drums play. He bangs and yanks at it with no luck. Then he recalls what he saw in his dream state. He gets the rock off the floor and breaks the lock ... Meanwhile Hope is dreaming of kissing him. She had said she needed no one to take care of her but was grateful Bo asked him to cos Rafe was the right guy. They had romantically kissed. Hope now dreams of the bomb and wakes up with a start. Rafe? She hears him break the door open and shout HEEEEELP! WE NEED HELP DOWN HERE! And so it comes to pass that Rafe's dramatic dream leads to an open door. An escape in the making, though they are not out of the woods yet ... THE END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Brady interrogates Victor! Hope takes a terrible turn ... |
