In Greece John and Paul check the footage for the time frame requested so as to clear Sonny. John calls Marlena to check in ... Meanwhile Hattie hates the outfit she has to wear and lets Angelica know. Angelica warns exposure would send her to the slammer ... At the station Hope is sorry to tell Rafe about Dario ... At the club Dario assures his phone contact that Myron did not spill when the cops called him in but he wants to speed up the operation. Slick Chad comes in demanding he give back what he stole from him! Dario smirks ... At DiMera mansion Kate and Andre are after details. Abigail announces she has reason to believe Chad was the one who murdered Deimos ... Claire is curt with Theo when he tries to be a friend. He is waiting for lunch with Val at the hospital. She wonders why he will not give her a chance ... Kate humors Abigail, who tells the tale of the photo that Dario showed her ... Dario drawls Abigail was not stolen but Chad is here about his money and he has proof! The clock is ticking before he goes to the cops. Dario leers not to threaten him and toys with the iphone in his hand. The two bucks lock eyes ... Angelica gives Hattie a hard time about needing to become Marlena. That is the only way she will be able to dump John, get Roman, and sock it to Andre. The end game is the men they love ... Rafe is horrified to hear that Myron made a deal with the D.A. to throw Dario under the bus for his bad deeds. Rafe curses he did not change and he should have known after that stunt he pulled with Abigail. Hope wants to hear all about it ... Kate learns that Dario is blackmailing Abigail with the photo of Chad. Abigail admits she did not share with Chad. Kate insists she tell him. She then wonders whether he was covering for Sonny by wiping the knife. Andre advises them to act fast. They certainly hope Chad is far away from the loose cannon Hernandez cos if he provokes him ... Chad seems to think Dario is bluffing by acting like he is winning. To Chad it all sounds like empty threats but eerie music plays, warning of what is at stake ... Theo remains rattled about Hope and his father seeing that tape Jade made. Claire is convinced he cares. He laments he is not like other guys and will not risk getting hurt again by someone he loves. Claire cannot stop loving him and cannot be his friend. He leaves as he does not wish to be late. Marlena sees Claire's tears and gives her a sympathetic hug ... Rafe updates Hope on Dario's marriage of convenience to keep him from being deported and targeted by a Mexican drug lord. Hope is upset he did not tell her the truth about Abigail, a relative she cares about and would have warned ... Andre wonders wot kind of marriage Dario thinks his blackmail will get him. Abigail now hears that Andre and Kate also have a business arrangement they call a marriage ... Dario smugly tells Chad that he does not need to say a thing. He continues to vaguely refer to the photo on his cell phone that could ruin Chad's life in a heartbeat but Chad has no idea it even exists ... Angelica checks if Hattie has studied her psychology book. She should speak like a shrink. Hattie has her own way of defining terms. Angelica thinks it is just as well the next phase of her plan is not for her to be Marlena for the good citizens of Salem. Instead she is sending her to Statesville. Hattie is interested ... John sighs all they have seen is Xander in his cot and in his cell staring and working out. Paul points out the footage was not tampered with. Paul deduces Xander did not do it. John declares they are not done yet! The warden returns and John asks to see the prisoner in person. Paul waits with bated breath ... Rafe claims he did not want to cause trouble for Hope with Raines by telling her. Hope wonders why Abigail agreed to the marriage. Rafe calls her kind hearted like Hope. He notes the fake marriage will not last much longer as Dario will certainly be sent to prison. Hope adds or deported ... Dario shows Chad a picture of Gabi and Abigail and warns if he makes him pay as he claimed then both the girls will suffer ... Kate lets Abigail know that Dario is cold and calculating. Andre muses and that is coming from Kate! His wife adds he even admitted to her that he could have handled Immigration on his own. However, he wanted Abigail. Abigail gasps. Claire wonders how Marlena can take her deception in stride. Marlena smiles she raised Sami. Claire cannot get over losing Theo. Marlena suggests she do it his way or break up altogether. Perhaps it was too intense for Theo. She heads to a patient and Theo appears. As it turns out Val had a work emergency. Claire woefully agrees to be friends. Theo is happy to hear it ... Angelica advises Hattie to recruit the prisoner in question as she is crucial to the plan. Hattie shakes her hand with enthusisam ... Dario suggests Chad could have done something for Sonny. Chad warns he will take back all that was stolen from him and departs as drums play. Dario smiles ... Hope ends a call with Eli and confirms to Rafe that the D.A. agreed to all Myron asked for. Rafe wants to pick him up and refuses when Hope suggests he stay out of the arrest ... Abigail sits down and hopes Kate is not lying. She tells her to ask a lawyer. Andre wonders wot else he lied about. Then he calls a contact he knows can eliminate the threat of Dario Hernandez for good. Theo soon arrives and Andre asks him to hack Dario's phone, delete a certain picture and find out if there are copies. Theo can get rid of them all from the cloud. He will do it to help Chad. Abigail wonders what she should do now. Andre tells her to head home to Chad, find his phone, and call if there are any unforeseen obstacles ... At the club Dario pours himself a drink and sits on his leather sofa with a sigh. He greets somber Hope and Rafe when they walk in and invites them to drink to winning in love. No can do. Rafe slaps the cuffs on him. Dario deduces Myron set him up. Rafe recites his rights. Dario reminds him he is his brother. Rafe already knows ... John and Paul meet with Xander, who laughs upon learning that dear Uncle Deimos is dead. He admits he already heard and would love to dance on his grave. John has questions. Xander smugly states he heard it was Sonny who committed the crime, cackling he did not think he was man enough. Paul shoves him against the wall, growling to admit it was really him ... Angelica addresses a picture of Justin, the object of her obsession, and hopes Hattie will be able to succeed in her assignment. In Statesville, Hattie meets a prisoner. Tis Bonnie Lockhart, a soul sister from the slammer. They giggle with glee ... John pulls Paul off and points out he is not worth it. Now he suggests Xander start talking. Xander slyly suggests only Houdini could have pulled off what they have described - or Victor Kiriakis! Paul wonders what he is getting at ... Back at DiMera mansion, Andre and Kate thank Theo. He will wait for the phone. Andre tells him he will see how serious it is. He goes and Andre calls Kate of today selfless. She agrees they have in common they would do anything for Chad. Chad arrives and senses something. But Kate claims today is business as usual so he goes on his way ... Abigail arrives as Hope and Rafe stand at the club with handcuffed Dario. He assures his honey he will be home for dinner and tells the cops he can give them an even bigger fish. As he is led out Abigail starts to panic ... END! |
