At DiMera mansion Andre admires the portrait of papa Stefano and praises his expertise of the game. Power is in the DiMera blood! He knows he rose from the ashes but where could he be now when he needs him? He sometimes feels him watching and wonders whether they will meet again. Kate stands in the doorway ... Rafe finds Hope with Stefano's case file at the station. She admits the murder of Deimos reminded her. Bad memories. Rafe smiles they are still standing. She still believes Xander is the one they seek. She slyly suggests a trip to Greece. Rafe kisses her and alludes to being on her side. FBI Eli arrives asking if Lani is always this late. Meanwhile Lani catches her breath in JJ's bed. He feels lucky and they get frisky again until she gasps about being late for Eli and the case ... At the club co-conspirators Dario and Myron admire the fake money. Dario gets a call from a silent partner he is not pleased to hear from again. He assures them he will deliver and ends his call. Stylish Gabi has entered the club and suspiciously asks what he is up to ... Back in her room, Abigail remembers his blackmail. Now what can she do? Knock knock! Tis Chad demanding she open the door. She bids him good morning. He is waiting to hear how it went with crooked Dario ... Dario quips his sister sounds like a cop and lies it was a vendor. She sighs she stayed up with Arianna, who misses Sonny more by the minute. Dario feels sorry for the little girl. Gabi states Sonny swears he is innocent. Dario solemnly states Sonny did not kill Deimos. She asks how he knows ... Chad reminds Abigail he respectfully refrained from reporting Dario. Did she or did she not confront him? She replies with a yes. He angrily asks what he had to say for himself ... Andre is a tad embarrassed and asks how long Kate was spying. She smiles she now lives in the house as his wife. Andre explains the nanny had errands, hence his babysitting Thomas. Their discussion turns to the hacking of Countess W. Andre feels frustrated. Kate drops a bombshell when she announces Chad knows who stole their money ... Abigail assures Chad that Dario is paying him back the money but needs time as there are offshore accounts. Chad knows they would not be involved and gets fed up with her lack of information. He decides to turn in Dario since he did not make restitution. Abigail warns it would not go over well with Gabi, the "woman you love" ... Dario informs Gabi that someone else with a grudge could have killed Deimos and speaks in circles. He tries to find out her feelings for JJ as well ... Agent Lani is getting dressed. Nekid JJ loves the view and gets another kiss. He sardonically states to say hi to Eli for him ... Rafe will see Hope later and heads to the club for a friendly family breakfast. Eli updates her that they have a hot lead on the Countess W hacking. They traced it to an account attached to a certain Myron. Now the money is gone. Hope knows Myron already and gets intense. The implications for the brother of her fiance are NOT looking good ... Lani arrives with an apology. Eli wonders if he can count on her and exclaims she missed his break in the case. He tells her and she states she found that name but the bureau followed up. Hope joins them and sadly states she suspects it will lead straight to Rafe's little brother ... Gabi claims she is committed to Chad. Dario scoffs.Rafe enters. He is sorry he cannot give great news as the lead on a suspect did not an pan out. Sonny is still in prison but they are working on it ... Chad would do anything to protect his loved ones. Abigail sighs it is something they have in common and they flash back to their wedding vows that were spoken once upon a night. She looks down as she recalls romantically telling him she only wished for his happiness ... Andre wonders why Chad did not share. Kate suspects he is protecting ... Thomas cries so she feeds the fussy eater. Andre hounds her to tell him who stole from the family and calls her WOMAN. Kate rages to treat her with more respect. Andre does not get the name and she feeds the baby. He later cleans his splattered glasses and notes nothing but the best for his nephew. He teases Kate to taste cook's homemade apple sauce. Kate warns him she is wearing a costly blouse and he giggles. The he hits it with some sauce. She hisses he will regret it ... Chad admits he remembers that night but still needs some time. He warns he will have to call Rafe eventually and walks out. Abigail throws the flowers from the vase onto the floor, fuming ... Downstairs at the cafe Chad finds JJ breakfasting. He admits he just had an interesting discussion with his sister. JJ bids him sit down and explain. Pause. Chad expains he and Abigail share Thomas and there are unresolved issues. JJ does not want him to fool his sister with his feelings. Chad insists there are only issues. JJ now warns him not to hurt Gabi. Chad muses JJ has moved on with Lani. In fact they have all moved on. Then he walks away ... Eli and Lani have Myron in a room. Hope watches through the window. Myron denies knowing anything to FBI Eli. Lani tells him Eli is tough and adds he is only IT. It is the big boss who should go down. Eli gives him the evil eye ... At the family club breakfast Rafe tells funny legal stories as Gabi eats and laughs. Dario jokes with his brother and she likes that they have bonded. Rafe loves and hugs both siblings. Gabi will be here for breakfast next week and goes on her way. Rafe asks Dario how things are, as a big brother. Dario sighs. Rafe fears Abigail could break his brother's heart. Dario grimaces ... Kate is about to start a food fight with Andre when Abigail appears and she is not amused. Kate takes Thomas to the kitchen. Andre waves bye bye. Abigail anxiously announces she needs help with Chad. He wonders wot the problem is. She fears Chad was the one who murdered Deimos! Andre suddenly stops smiling ... Chad strolls through the square soulfully remembering his vows with Abigail, their words of love. Gabi interrupts his reverie and he admits he just met with Abi. She wonders why ... Andre states Sonny was already arrested for the crime. Abigail tells him what Dario told her but Andre doubts the liar. Abigail explains she was not with Chad every minute that night and they were drugged so he might not even remember. Andre calls it conjecture. She unhappily pouts there is proof ... Dario has high hopes the bride who will help him with his green card will fall for him for real. Rafe reasons it might not work but he is proud of him regardless. He exits ... Myron walks out of the station. Lani and Eli explain to Hope that Myron has been granted immunity in return for his evidence and testimony about the mastermind. She unhappily mutters Dario. They do not deny it. Hope's face falls. This will destroy Rafe .. She steps away. JJ enters and argues Lani was late because of him but hopes Eli knows how fortunate he is to have her on his team. He does ... Myron the snitch heads back to the club. Dario wants to know about his meeting with the cops. Myron lies the cops do not have a clue about them, they were just contacting IT guys about recent hacks. Dario grins they have got more counterfeit money to manage ... Rafe returns from his breakfast and Hope hates what she has to tell him ... Gabi wonders what was so important with Abigail. Chad declares it was related to Dario. She thinks he is happier than ever but senses something. Chad fibs he and Abi were trying to agree what his role would be with Thomas ... Intelligent Andre questions the proof. Abigail admits it is enough to send Chad to prison forever. Kate approaches, having overheard and cries NO! Andre and Abigail turn around ... END! |
