There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - Aiden and Hope come close to a kiss of bliss as the Strauss waltz plays. It stops, then continues but they do not. The kids come back and notice. Ciara asks why she is no longer waltzing. Hope symbolically states alas she forgot the steps! Aiden gives her a smoldering look. - At the Wilson apartment, Sami has just dropped the bombshell of wanting EJ to rot in jail. Sonny innocently assumes she is troubled by his arrest. Will, however, is no stranger to the drama of the Sami wedding and immediately senses something. Both guys are aghast when she announces EJ had an affair with cousin Abigail. Sonny's big brown eyes get even bigger. Perplexed Will peers. - Abigail cries on the Horton couch as Jen comforts her. She moans Sami spoke the truth and she is a sl*t for sleeping with both the DiMera boys! How to forgive herself? Jen is sympathetic. - Man in plaid John Black is relieved to run into Eric at the pub and urges him to help Brady the addict, who has been boozing it up and then some. Eric sympathetically explains he simply cannot help as Brady still blames him for the Kristen fiasco. John complains Theresa is terrible for his son. Eric agrees that is one train wreck. John suggests Eric at least try talking to Theresa. Eric believes it is best to back off but John refuses to watch his son ruin his life. Eric repeats one must let go and let God. John is exasperated. - The train wreck couple are back in Salem and Theresa sits drunken Brady down on the Kiriakis sofa. Victor and Maggie are at the gala and she wants to celebrate. Brady slurs whaaaaaaat? She proudly pours the bubbly into Kiriakis crystal glasses and teases he does not remember. He slurs he hopes it was something goooood. She drinks up and muses very good. Brady grins like a drunken fool. - JJ walks through the prettily lit town square and ponders his unusual truce with Eve, mother of the girl of his dreams. They both want the best for her! He now calls his mom and wonders why she does not pick up. - Abigail sniffles. Jen explains it was indeed a terrible mistake but it is time to pick up the pieces and forge on like a trooper. Abigail gasps she is ashamed and feels her mom is too. She wants her to tell it like it is Jen sighs she just wishes she had confided in her. - Will and Sonny cannot believe there was an affair between Abigail and EJ. Sonny insists Abigail loathes EJ and would not have hidden such a thing from them. Will pauses, remembering Abigail's admission that she was involved with a man, though she refused to reveal his name. Sami now accuses Will of already knowing! - Ciara is confused about mommy forgetting her steps. Hope whispers she has to work on the auction and it will be time soon. Aiden smoothly suggests he and Chase get going but Chase urges him to stay and help Ciara's mother. The parents smile down at their wise children. - Brady boasts he won at the casino and rests his inebriated head on Theresa's lap. She purrs they had purrfect fun in Vegas, which is also a perfect place to say I do as many do. Belligerent Brady jumps up with his drink, staggers and knocks over a poker, then insists he will never make such a mistake again. How he hates marriage, courtesy of Kristen. He drinks to being single until ... splat! Down goes Brady. Theresa tries to wake him up. - John is feeling let down about Eric the pacifist's inaction. He now gets a call from Theresa and tries to blow her off. But she implores him to come to the house of Kiriakis. It is about Brady. John is not sure what to make of it ... - Marlena appears in the art room and Hope calls her routine perfect. The blonde is bemused. Roman appears with Giselle and grins she was great. Giselle pouts like a petulant princess. Aiden asks her for the history of a painting. The socialite smiles and steps away to oblige. Hopes teases Roman about the jealousy of Giselle. He drawls after tonight they are done. Hope teases he has his eye on another. Roman admires Marlena and Ciara admiring a blue antique cloisonne clock from China. Nearby Father Luis congratulates Aiden for being half of the dream team that made the gala a success ... - Will insists he had no idea that Abigail's mystery man was EJ! She just admitted she was involved with someone and it was ... inappropriate. Sami gets sarcastic. Eric now arrives bearing a gift for the baby. The once priest perceives the long faces and wonders. Sami casually explains that her husband is a LYING CHEATING BASTARD. - Flower bearing JJ leaves his mother a message. He is sorry stuff has been rough lately and hopes for a better tomorrow. He seems to be counting on it ... - Jen recalls how Abigail claimed she was troubled about Chad after the cabin. Abigail gasps she could not stop herself but it was over sooner than it began. Jen talks coercion on EJ’s part. Abigail insists she knew what she was doing. Jen is momentarily mortified. She loved him???! The daughter denies it. However, he was nice and listened to her. Jen gets glum. Abigail now confesses the changing room tale Sami told was also true. She could not stop herself again! Jen cries that is enough! Abigail begs for her forgiveness. Jen blinks. They both do. Jen woefully blames herself for not knowing. Abigail woefully blames herself for not stopping. They both discuss the wrath of the Sami. Jen thinks EJ is the one who should be blamed! Abigail vows not to let that man in her life again. Jen whispers they will weather this storm together. JJ asks what they mean. There he stands, holding some flowers for Jen ... - Sami explains to Will, Sonny, and Eric that Nick did one good deed before he died. He arranged for her to get the photo of EJ the cheater. Eric is sympathetic she saw the photos after her wedding. Sami smugly explains she actually got the photos weeks ago and smiles ... - Hope is wrapping. Father Luis wants all to toast Hope and Aiden, the gala dream team. Marlena notices Hope looks suddenly unwell. She claims it is exhaustion and asks Father Luis if she and Ciara can leave. Aiden assures the padre they have things under control and wishes her well. Exit Hope. Marlena wonders. Aiden flashes back to their close encounter as they waltzed among the antiques. - Brady's head is throbbing when Theresa drags him into a chair. Ding dong! John calling! He demands to see his son, who is presently passed out in the expensive chair. John tenderly tries to wake up his boy, who now bears a scrape on his forehead from the tumble he took. Brady opens his eyes, is drunkenly belligerent and wants him gone. John wants him to see a doctor to check out that head cut. Theresa is not fussed about it and pours some champagne. John demands to know why the hell she called him. She sips her champagne, holds out a glass for him, and coos she will have to tell him their good news without Brady, who has once more succumbed to his drunken stupor .... - At Horton House, JJ has just heard the whole sordid story. Abigail hopes he can forgive her. JJ wants to make EJ pay. Jen points out Sami will see to that ... - Will and Sonny and Eric wonder why Sami went ahead and wed EJ. Eric is appalled when she announces she intends to make both EJ and Abigail's life a living hell. Eric explains this is not Will or Sonny's problem and ushers her away to talk privately. Will is sorry. Mother and son hug before she departs with her twin. Will gasps it is a nightmare. Sonny has no idea why she forged ahead with the wedding. But Will thinks he knows. REVENGE! - Marlena joins Aiden and mentions Hope's abrupt departure. She hopes she is alright and gives him a knowing look. At that very moment Hope is dreamily staring into space at the pub. Ciara comes back for her hot chocolate and notes Caroline likes her art present. She teases she knows her mommy was upset and she knows why too. Pause. Hope wonders. Ciara suspects she misses papa Bo. Hope confirms she does, as does her daughter. Ciara now shows her a picture of Bo she has on her phone. It makes her feel daddy is always with her. Hope smiles. Ciara wants to go back to the gala now but Hope stops her. - Father Luis is pleased the proceeds were higher than expected. Chase wants to call Ciara but Aiden stops him. - JJ trash talks Sami, then becomes surprised when Abigail explains mama Jen already kicked Sami out. Abigail is feeling anxious about the whole town knowing, and appreciates her family. They hug her and assure her they are on her side. Abigail gasps what is to come will not be easy. Then she heads upstairs. Jen echoes her sentiment. It will not be easy to have to deal with the wrath of the Sami ... - Eric escorts Sami to the park for the whole sordid story. She boasts she helped herself to the company, becoming co-CEO of DiMera Enterprises with Kate. It was quite a coup and she will take great delight in the demise of EJ and Stefano! - Will laments to Sonny that his mom loved EJ so much and this will tear apart their family, the kids. Sonny realizes it is tearing him apart as well and embraces him in support. Will suddenly realizes his mother must have had EJ arrested. Sonny also suspects Abigail's involvement in the wedding was some kind of torture. He suggests they reach out to poor Abigail but Will wants to stay out of the drama. - Theresa flashes her ring and boasts she and Brady eloped in Vegas. She proudly shows the doubting dad the certificate. He reads it with a scoff as Brady sleeps on and accuses her of pouring booze down his son's throat. He believes he will give her the boot by the time the sun comes up! - Abigail washes her face in the washroom and looks at the woman in the mirror. She washes her face again. Downstairs, Jen has just listened to JJ's message. She points out he also presented her with flowers so what gives? JJ explains that contrary to her advice, he did have a conversation with Paige’s mother and ... Jumpy Jen exclaims she warned him not to go near that woman! - Eric is stunned Sami actually believes EJ and Stefano will step down from the company. Sami boasts she and her partner-in-crime Kate will have control of the company for the next 6 months. Eric is exasperated. Sami talks wealth and power but the fallen father warns she will only be hurting herself ... - John tends to his sleeping scuffed-up son. Theresa the terrible starts to panic. She flashes back to Brady’s claim he would never marry again. She now proposes to John that if he pays her a million dollars, she will end their marriage in Nevada. Brady will never have to know. But he will have to write her a check right here right now. John stares coldly. He then holds up his phone and replays her scheming words as they were just recorded. He informs her IT'S OVER. Dangerous drums play. Theresa flails for that phone but John moves his hand away with the speed and stealth of a former spy. Game over. As soon as Brady wakes up, he will play him the revealing recording. Then he will despise her for the selfish scheming little HO she really is! - Sonny reasons suffering Abigail could use their support. Will agrees but notes now is not the time. Abigail has JJ and her mom. Sonny assures unhappy Will that he has him. Will is utterly torn, convinced that EJ loves Sami still so how could he have done such a thing! - Sami gets sarcastic about poor little Abigail. Eric urges her not to storm over and scream vulgarities at Horton house, then realizes he was too late. Sami dramatically declares she is going to make her pay too! - Abigail overhears Jen lecturing JJ the dreamer for daring to speak with evil Eve. They must stand as a united front! Abigail asks what she means. - Aiden tries to focus on wrapping the auction items as Marlena sits with Chase. Not an easy task for the attorney, who gets hot and bothered by his memories of holding Hope in his arms ... - Back at the pub, Hope too is in a trance as Ciara scampers off for a cookie. She cannot forget the feeling of dancing in Aiden’s arms and her eyes fill with tears of torment ... - Theresa screams John does not even know her! He drawls he knows she embarrassed her father, his faithful friend, and her family and brushes her off like a flea as she tries to stop him. He does not see when Theresa stumbles and catches sight of the poker, nor does he see, as he crouches down to try and rouse his son, when the felonista grabs the poker, swings it, and slugs him in the back of the head.
