BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS Nicole is waiting at the club. Dario sits down seeking an update on Deimos. She is convinced he will come through and clear her name ... Kate arrives outside the Kiriakis mansion with a spare key. Phillip calls and asks about Deimos, as Chloe told him the truth that Deimos was alive claiming Kate was the one who pushed him into the raging river. Kate slyly sticks to her story and ends the call. Deimos demands to know how she got in as soon as she walks through the door. They are done. Kate begs to differ ... Belle is with upset Theresa at the townhome. Brady arrives with an update. They discovered a barbiturate residue in her drink. Theresa snaps Summer did it! Brady notes there is no proof. She hits his chest and hisses to stop defending her ... Chloe arrives for breakfast at the pub with Phillip. He had told her it would be life changing and announces he wants to make her a star! Chloe is listening and smiling ... Dario speaks his mind to Nicole. He suspects Deimos screwed her over by disappearing again. Nicole insists he would not ... Dad Eduardo arrives and Dario does the intros. Ed wants to talk to him. Dario agrees to run this place for him. Eduardo is elated. Dario coldly adds it is only for the money until he can find another establishment. Nicole cannot help but notice his icy attitude ... Kate complains Titan has locked her out but she has a contract! Deimos drawls it is now null and void. She threatens to sue. He threatens to expose her to the police for forging a marriage license and attempted MURDER. However, if she gives him back his money from her Cayman Island accounts and stays away from the company, he will completely cover to the cops. Kate accuses him of leading her on and wants to hit him but he stops her saying do not make yet another mistake you will live to regret. Her eyes flash with fire ... Phillip explains he needs singers with a name to sign and Chloe clearly needs gigs soooooo she is label material and he wants a record ... John and Paul are working together on the Tate case. The son is still in training. John ends a call with an ISA contact. Paul is interested in how it works with contacts of contacts. He has notes and asks about Tate. Is there a rule in such situations? John solemnly states the only rule he goes by is to NEVER give up. He hands him more contacts to call for information. They know him and owe him ... Brady does not believe it was Summer who snatched Tate and reasons there was no ransom demand. Theresa the tragic doll declares it was an act of REVENGE. Brady asks what Belle thinks. Theresa blames Brady for not believing her in the first place that Summer was someone to stay away from. The accusations fly ... Ed handles his son's rudeness with grace and grins he is grateful for every day he stays. He steps away. Nicole feels her friend should give his father a break. Dario is still smarting from the past and his dad's shady history. She argues everyone deserves a second chance. The wannabe suitor suspects she is really referring to Deimos ... Deimos and Kate approach amused Roman at the station. Deimos promises the truth and Roman gives him the evil eye ... In a room, Deimos explains the fight between him and Nicole that Kate had taped led Kate to the wrong conclusion. Things happened fast. He insists Nicole did not harm or push him. Then who did? NO ONE. It was an accident. Kate remains silent. Deimos continues. He was drunk and fell and Kate must have misunderstood what went down. She agrees she misunderstood what she thought she saw and is sorry. Roman wonders where he was all this time. Deimos smoothly states he called a friend but gives no name. He smiles they can move forward. The commissioner cannot help but notice she still wears his ring and wonders whether they really married. Yes but they are annulling. Kate smiles it was rash and they were in Vegas after all. Deimos declares they have decided they would both rather be single. Roman concludes the case is closed but is it really? He sarcastically states he has the truth ... Exit Deimos and Kate ... Chloe is flattered by Philip's offer but never considered a career as a touring recording artist. He promises to let her stay in town with Parker. She harbors doubts about her unpracticed singing. He suavely suggests they put her to the test ... Ed brings a bottle of champagne to Dario and Nicole but she stands up, explaining she has somewhere to go. Dario wants her to help redecorate the place. He sings her praises and Ed is impressed. But Nicole has been called away ... Belle believes what happened was not Brady's fault and says so. Theresa screams he defended Summer every time! Belle assures the girl that Brady loves HER. Theresa screams so Summer stole their son. Knock knock! Tis Shawn with no new leads to report. Theresa storms into the other room screaming they are searching in the wrong direction. Brady rubs his temples ... Belle is so sorry for Theresa. Shawn too. They know what it feels like ... Brady comes back after getting Theresa to sleep and admits Summer did con him but the last time he denounced her. However he cannot imagine her being able to break into their home. Forensics Shawn feels a con artist could have gotten in and drugged the drink. Brady excuses himself. Shawn now has much to look into and lets Belle know he will see her later ... Phillip convinces Chloe to sit at the grand Kiriakis piano and play her heart out ... she sings about something stirring in the wind calling her back. Phillip is much moved. She sings I'm always coming back to see you and in walk Kate and Deimos. The Greek melts. The diva gives her a look to kill. The songbird stops. Deimos drawls it was beautiful. Kate demands to know why she is in town. Phillip says be polite. Chloe takes off fast. Phillip had no idea they would be here and wonders about the cops. Deimos had it all covered. Kate complains he threw her under the bus and her marriage and job are over! He son lowers his voice and asks if she is alright. She whispers will land on her feet as always ... heaven help anyone in her path! ... Theresa tragically clutches Tate's teddy bear and cries to Belle, who tells her Claire was also kidnapped long ago, so she understands the fear she feels. They brought their baby home just as she will and it made her and Shawn stronger. Theresa thinks all hope is lost for herself and Brady already ... John and Paul are working their respective phones. John reminds him to write it all down before he forgets ... now to social media. Paul will also look for local adoptions, someone wanting to buy or sell a baby. John is mighty impressed the kid is a natural. All of a sudden Brady bursts in and begs his father to track down Summer. John eyes him and appears to chew on the idea ... Roman has summoned nervous Nicole to the station. He drawls Deimos is alive and said it was an accident so she is off the hook. She asks about Kate. He confirms they did get married. Nicole's face falls. He adds and now it is over. Nicole smiles that is good, then stammers she means that he is alive ... Back at the Kiriakis mansion Kate calls to transfer the funds back to Deimos. She senses there was something between Chloe and Deimos. He suggests she mind her own business and asks for his ring back. Kate knows he wants it for Nicole and calls it a blessing Helena fell off the cliff when she did. He growls she is lucky he does not strangle her. Kate coos this is the real him and drops the ring in a glass, waltzing out, her head held high, dignity intact. Deimos fishes it out ... At the club Brady and John sit with Dario and Eduardo. They need to know where Summer might have gone. Ed promises full cooperation. Brady suspects Dario knows something and urges him to communicate where Summer could be ... Belle tells Theresa to keep the faith but the frantic fashionista decides to take action on her own ... Dario swears he would tell them where Summer was if he knew. Ed reminds him he was her only real friend in town. Dario tells them she had a tendency to disappear. Ed seems to sense his son is hiding something. John takes it all in without a word. Brady now gets a call from Belle to turn on Titan TV. There is Theresa offering a million dollar reward to anyone with a lead on information that brings Tate home to her. She tells the audience to do the right thing. Brady is now even more stressed that the publicity could endanger their son. John places a sympathetic hand on his shoulder ... Far away, Dominique the blonde arrives at Summer's room. She wants what she ordered. Sneaky Summer will give it to her as long as she gives her what she wants as well ... Phillip catches up with Chloe at the square. He is sorry about Deimos and says Chloe was great. She confesses she fell for Deimos' empty promises and feels like a fool. He hugs her and sighs that SOB would do anything to get what he wants ... Roman quips Deimos telling the truth is as likely as him becoming the pope. He advises Nicole to avoid him altogether ... Kate leaves her new henchman Andre an angry message from the park as he was a no show this morning. Andre slithers up behind her and smiles he was busy on anotha project. He is here to help now. Kate rages she needs him to bring Deimos to his knees for good this time! Meanwhile Deimos admires the engagement ring he now intends to slip on the finger of another - unless Kate gets her wicked way! THE END |
