The dastardly DiMeras have done so much to their family! She lists those who have been harmed. Will quips his mom had it coming. Abigail walks past and compliments Will on his hot new sports car. When she is gone, Marlena seriously hopes EJ did not buy him a new car! Will retorts so what and points out EJ as a mayoral candidate has an image to uphold. Marlena argues he is trying to buy and corrupt him. She declares she will not allow it! He argues it is only for a few months. Marlena suspects he is trying to punish his mother for sleeping with EJ. Will denies it. He just wants a decent internship. Marlena reminds him John and Brady would love to have him at Basic Black. Will laments he cannot quit and becomes rather stressed. Marlena offers to help. Will now plays along and agrees a part of him wants to punish his mother. He does minor things like fetching coffee for EJ anyway. Marlena begs him to get out of the trap while he can! Will woefully acknowledges she is the only one he can confide in, but this time she should not get involved. Nothing bad will happen. She worries he is under pressure, not thinking clearly. Will sadly states he loves her and does not want anything to come between them. Marlena cries nothing will ever come between them and hugs him. He thanks her, then mutters he must go. He will call her later. She assures him he can call her anytime for any reason and forces a smile. - At the mansion, EJ is looking through papers as Nicole repeats she wants to know why he really hired Will Horton. He refuses to share. She wonders what the intrigue is all about. He claims there is none. The lad is technically savvy and besides his little brother Johnny wanted him to work for him. Nicole wonders what if Johnny found out he asked Will to lie, cheat, and steal. EJ gets himself coffee and assures her he did nothing of the sort. But Nicole has deduced he had Will steal Mayor Abe's jobs plan. Why can he not trust her! He informs sweetheart he is not lying, but wishes to protect her. She exclaims she wants him to be honest. He attempts to distract her with a kiss to the neck. She will not relent and tells him to stop. They have work to do. And he has a phone interview in 5 minutes. He sneaks a kiss and drawls time flies when you are kissing the woman you love. She sends him to the den for the phone interview and then quietly calls her contact. "What did you find out?" She learns a car was purchased in Will Horton's name and states that is all she needs to know. EJ return and is curious what she was discussing. She makes light of it. He wants to see what she was up to. She craftily conceals the iphone and tablet, then gets closer. He responds and they kiss on the sofa. Afterwards, they lie together nekid on the sofa and he is surprised. He now wants to get her in the shower. She will be there in 5 minutes. Shirtless EJ gets a head start. Nicole now gets her tablet from under the cushion, checks something, then dials a number. Will Horton promptly answers his phone. She asks him to meet with her, just to discuss the campaign. - Outside the pub, Victor warns Dan that his decision may not have a good affect on his newly found family ... - At the spa, Maggie enters. Mel wants them to go for coffee. The redhead smiles she knows what she is up to. She knows she realized it is Mickey's birthday and wanted to occupy her. Mel just did not want her to be alone. Maggie explains she remembers him though she is no longer so sad. Now she feels grateful for all the years they spent together. She was lucky. Mel adds now she has Victor. Indeed and Mel and Daniel. They embrace. Dan soon calls and arranges to meet Mel and Maggie the pub, to discuss something important ... - Austin races up to Abigail at the town square and announces he just realized he cannot live without doing this - and proceeds to kiss her passionately! She gushes she must be dreaming. He kisses her again and tells her she is not dreaming. He can no longer deny his feelings and announces he loves her. She loves him too and kisses him again. Abigail now blinks back to reality as Austin casually whistles to get her attention. He remarks she was spaced out. She admits she was daydreaming. He would like to wait with her for their lunch order. She agrees and stares strangely. He wonders if everything is alright. She pretends she is just a tad frazzled. Her talk with Madison James for an internship took some of her time. Austin reminds her she already has a full course load and a job. Is an internship not too much? If so, he can get another assistant. She says NO and insists she will be fine. She wants to keep her job. Austin is relieved. They sit and he praises her for not being lazy. He would take off the day now if he could! Abigail points out he would have all he needs - coffee, wifi, and her! What else would he possibly need? "Nothing!" chuckles Austin. - Dan confers with Maggie, Mel, and Victor at the pub. He thanks the ladies for their support. He then drops a bombshell.
