Episode 12,006 - Dan demands to know why Jen has the number of Child Protective Services. He knows Jen knows Chloe was blackmailed into being a ho for hire and questions what she was up to. He assumes she was going to report her. "What?" gasps flabbergasted Jen. Meanwhile Chloe and Anne celebrate their success at the nurse's station. Back in her office, Jen is defensive. That is not her handwriting on the pink note Dan is waving about, not does she have any idea how said note came to be on her desk. Dan is suddenly paged to the OR and storms off. Jen goes after him part of the way. Chloe looks up from the magazine she is reading. Anne smirks from the nurse's station. They assume it is a fait accompli. They are right but have not realized that things change on a dime in the town of Salem ... - Nick greets Rafe at the pub and explains sister Gabi is at church. Rafe wonders about his new job. Nick claims he is helping here until he starts. He now hands Rafe an envelope and Rafe muses he probably does not need that honeymoon but Nick acts like nothing has changed! Rafe acknowledges he was willing to step up for Gabi. However, there is no need to rush anymore as the truth is known. Nick assures him he hears him. Enter Justin. Nick thanks him for coming as Rafe exits. They sit at a table and the genius hands him a dollar for making sure he will keep his legal confidence. He has questions about his and Gabi's parental rights. "What are they?" Would the baby being born after they are wed mean he is the legal father? Justin patiently explains he could face custody action from Will, should Will choose to exercise his parental rights ... the mother might not win. Obsessed Nick now wants to know how to make sure they get full custody of the baby. - At St. Luke's, Gabi prays to the Virgin Mary and apologizes for lying to Father Eric about the baby, all for the sake of her perfect wedding. Nicole steps in and overhears her sorowfully add she promises to put the baby before herself. Nicole clears her throat and is sorry she walked in. Gabi laments she is at a loss. Nicole offers to lend an ear. Gabi complains it all went to hell and everyone knows it is not Nick's baby. Nicole assures her she can still marry him. Rafe listens in the shadows. Gabi laments she screwed up her life. Nicole explains people will eventually forgive her. She encourages her for handling things as best she could and hugs her. "You are going to be alright." She now spies Rafe, who grins gratefully. - EJ elegantly saunters through the town square, having retained the best child custody lawyer for one William Horton! He chuckles to his legal contact on the phone. - Will refuses to talk with Sami until he checks with Gabi. Sami accuses that one of having agendas and lying. She even acted like Will pushed her to have an abortion. She wants Will to have rights to his child and urges him to fight. Will the peace lover blinks. He does not wish to talk to her. It is HIS child and she should listen to him. She would love to. Silence. She adds she is talking as she cares and wants to prevent him from getting hurt. Much to her dismay, it is not sinking in! She explains he has never heard the heartbeat of a baby, seen a sonogram. Only when he does will he understand what he is giving up. She implores him to seek the right advice, how about from one of his grandmas or his pop or his lawyer?? "Anyone who is on your side!" He snaps he does not need her advice and flings opens the door. There stands EJ, who would like a word. - HR bitch Anne innocently asks why Jen is upset. Jen shows her the note and wants to know who placed this on her desk. The new girl, who lies she assumed she asked for it. Jen snaps she did not. The new candy striper explains she is new and made a mistake with the person. Anne dismisses her. Jen walks off. Chloe returns and praises Anne and her candy striping flunky. "Damn, you two are good!" - Nicole excuses herself so Rafe and Gabi may speak. Gabi woefully informs big brother she was just apologizing to God and thinks she needs to apologize to some people too. - Sami decides EJ might be the perfect person to give Will advice and opts to leave to give them their space. Will stammers she does not have to leave. She reminds him she loves him, hugs him, and goes to see Father Eric at the church. Will looks down. He now asks what EJ thinks he should do. EJ sighs he does not know. He assumes he is trying to do the right thing but Will begs to differ. He recounts how when he first came out to Marlena, only she and Gabi and Sonny and EJ knew he was gay. Then he was outed in the paper, at which time he feared his family and friends' reactions. One friend called him vulgar and disgusting. He was in an insecure place when he met up with upset Gabi that fateful night and they comforted each other. Then they had sex, which was a mistake, but at least then he knew who he really was. He started going out with Sonny. Will emotionally declares that being with Sonny is one of the most amazing things he has ever experienced. EJ deduces then Gabi informed him she was pregnant. Will admits he did not want it to be true. He then saw how happy she was with Nick and made the sacrifice for his child. He confesses it was also a way out. Sonny would not have to know and he could still be with him. He concludes he took the easy way out instead of doing the right thing but it did not turn out to be so easy after all! - Justin is stunned Nick would actually go after full custody. He then explains he would have to get Will to petition the court f or giving up his parental rights in order to adopt the baby. He suggests Will might not want to do this and reminds him families are involved. Nick suggests Will does not want to be a father. Justin warns him he could change his mind. Nick now asks what it would take to prove Will was not fit enough to be a father. Justin frowns. That would mean Will could not even go near his child. Justin's keen eyes narrow. "How do you define unfit?" He certainly hopes he does not mean because he is gay! Nick denies it. Justin goes on to say he would need a good reason to call him unfit and fires his almost client on the spot, tossing the retainer dollar on the table. Exit Justin. Nick remembers hearing Lucas complain he had gone to prison for Will and seems to decide that could be his next lead ... - Billie leaves a voice mail for Kate and runs into mad man Dan. He grumbles for Kate to call him. Billie notices his intense anger. Chloe now approaches Daniel and announces they have more to discuss. Dan, however, needs to find Jen. Chloe saw her in the elevator with her coat on and begs him to hear her out. She is worried what she told him will affect Parker. Dan agrees to talk. He admits he is preoccupied. However, he is aware she would never have become a prostitute in her right mind. She points out she also tried to kill herself. Dan decides they were both played about their son and it made them crazy. He praises her for getting her life back together. He knows she is a good mother. She thanks him for his kind words and they embrace. Anne watches. Chloe gushes and he excuses himself. - Jen drops by the Kiriakis mansion and admits to Maggie she is upset. She can only say she was given some intel Daniel needed to know but did not tell him as she felt it was not her place. Then he heard the secret and assumed she was planning to use it behind his back. Maggie knows she would never go behind his back. How could he even think such thing? Jen replies it must have been an accident, then picks up one of Parker's toys. Her blue eyes flicker. 'Maybe it wasn't!" Maggie brings tea and Jen learns that Chloe asked her to take Parker home as she had something to do. Jen now suspects she set her up. The redhead remarks Chloe also wanted to talk to Daniel. She advises Jen to seek her own audience with Dan, the sooner the better. Jen thanks her and takes off. - EJ believes William must have spoken to Sonny about the matter and wonders how it went. He would like to help him and already hired him a top custody lawyer. Will laments he does not need anyone else running the show and sighs about his mom. Besides, why would he want to help anyway? EJ explains he is a great brotha to his kids. As well, he happens to care very much for his motha. He urges him to stop and think about what he wants. Then he shall help him get it! Will glumly notes his mother keeps telling him what he wants. EJ smiles she is passionate. Will asks what he would want if he were him. EJ brings up how important his children are to him. It was sheer hell being forcibly separated from them. Will considers. - Gabi sits in a pew with Rafe and muses he would be justified in hating her for all her lies. Rafe reassures her it was a tough situation she was in. He promises to help her if she is honest with him from now on. They shall overcome together. - Nicole spies Sami at the town square. "How's it going there, granny!" Sami smiles it brings her joy to hear her wicked sense of humor. Nicole explains she just spoke with Gabi. Sami remains mad she lied and reminds Nicole of her own baby daddy lies. Nicole gets sarcastic about Sami's high standards and puts her on notice. She is here for Gabi as she likes her and Rafe. Sami makes a snide remark. Nicole cannot believe New Year's Eve she got EJ away so she could be with Rafe. He wanted to be with her but then she blew it, just like always! Nicole walks away. - Rafe hugs Gabi and she agrees to be in touch when she has an update from the doctor. He now asks God to look out for his confused sister and the baby. Rafe is about to exit the empty church just as Sami enters. "What are you doing here?" She bitterly recalls she was so happy earlier planning his sister's perfect wedding. Rafe reminds her Will signed off on everything, including lying to her. Sami remains suspicious of Gabi but Rafe insists she is a scared young girl. Sami reminds him she almost went to prison before that. She will not let it go. Rafe is losing his patience. A door starts to open. EJ is about to interrupt with a warning ...!
