ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Link Only! BETRAYED! Wednesday, January 21, 2015 Episode 12,509 Beware of copycats. These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Dan is desperate to talk to Nicole and texts her ... Knock knock! He breathes a sigh of relief, assuming it is Nicole in the flesh, only to open his door to prim ponytail Jen wearing a white jacket. She thanks him again for agreeing to help JJ and goes on to update him on the two young lovers - JJ and Paige - being heartbroken over their breakup. Dan points out anything JJ confides to him can only be confidential. Jen sighs she just wants JJ to stop hurting and thanks Dan for being a friend. Always ... At the campus lounge, Paige and her pal confer about who JJ may have slept with. Paige spots JJ with Rory. He gives her a casual greeting. Paige is cold as ice. Rory notices. He wonders what his buddy did. JJ laments she can never know. It is all rather vague to Rory. He would rather focus on the college experience and party party party. JJ is not in the least bit interested. Rory calls him a drag (boring). JJ admits he made the worst mistake of his life as he flashes back to his affair with Eve ... All of a sudden, Paige gets an idea about who JJ's other woman was and takes off to tell her off! Jeremiah the mountain man is jumpy when he meets big boss Clyde in the woods. He gasps Kiriakis hit back down at the docks and he hit them hard ... At the house of Kiriakias Victor the Greek is glad about the great numbers from last night's club opening. Rafe warns him they may not remain as high. Victor feels like he is on a roll. He notes Rafe's ex Jordan was not very happy last night and cackles it must have been due to the DiMera company she she was keeping. Rafe wonders whether his new boss discusses the lives of all his employees. Indeed! Jordan and Chad wake up in bed together, nekid under the sheets. The mood is romantic - that is, until he brings up how upset she was last night. It it was not because of Ben, then it was about Clyde. Jordan becomes uncommunicative ... At the club, Mel and Brady begin their official date to discuss the notion of them dating. He asks her to go first. She stammers about everything under the sun, then concludes she thinks it feels right, they should give this dating thing a try. Brady seconds the notion. He now brings up Theresa the wild card and the smile fades from Mel's face ... Theresa has a night terror about feeling helpless, a creepy injection above and wakes up in horror. Her pick up from the night before wakes up as well. She fibs she feared she had overslept. When he explains he has things to do today, she pouts he is just like the others after they get what they want. He lets her know he remains interested and wants to meet up later on in the day. Theresa gushes at Cliff. He grins and corrects her. His name is Clint. Whatever. Theresa is not looking for anything meaningful at the moment ... Brady believes that Theresa could try to retaliate against him and Melanie for daring to date. She was already sniffing around. Meanwhile Mel is more than ever convinced that Dan deserves to hear their plan to date news from her first. Brady does his darnedest to talk her out of it. No luck. Mel teases him for being scared of her father. Brady offers to go with her to tell him but Mel thinks this is something she should do on her own. Jen appears and an awkward moment ensues, as she is not sure what to say to the seemingly cozy cute couple. After she excuses herself, Mel is off to break the news to Dan, who probably already suspects what she is about to tell him ... Back at the house of Kiriakis, club manager Rafe and boss Victor continue to converse about Clyde. The Greek growls he cannot act like he owns HIS town. He will find out the hard way! Rafe of ex law enforcement fame is somewhat surprised that Victor believes the town is his. He advises him not to do anything illegal, for that would be foolhardy. The Greek grimaces. Rafe offers to get the goods on Clyde legally. He still has his people, he still has his ways ... Jordan flashes back to Clyde's threat to expose her to Ben. She informs Chad that it is best if Ben believes Clyde is a better man than before and slips out of bed to get ready for work ... Jordan heads to her office. Chad ends up at the square on his phone. He spies a cart of flowers for sale and suddenly decides to take the day off. He cancels his meetings and gets off the phone, mesmerized by the flowers and thoughts of the girl he has decided to give them to ... At her desk, Jordan discovers an article about Clyde the champion charity donor and tosses it in the trash. Rafe arrives, having witnessed the act, and wonders what is going on ... He insists Clyde is causing trouble and implores her to help him nail him. Jordan looks ready to cry. Dan catches up with JJ at the campus to talk and invites him to his place ALONE when Rory tries to take part ... Theresa is standing at the nurse's station when Paige approaches. Paige questions whether she has been avoiding her due to what she did! Theresa confesses she did Eve's bidding but at least a good time was had so there was no harm done. Paige is shocked. Theresa keeps talking ... about the fact that she was asked to exaggerated Shane's condition. Paige realizes she was wrong. She asks Theresa the last time she saw JJ ... JJ is now with Dan at his man pad. The medicine man admits Jen did ask him to talk to him and assures him anything he says here will not go any further. He knows things are not good between him and Paige. JJ will only mysteriously say he messed up and she can never know. He regrets hurting her, though. Dan sympathetically suggests he apologize to her for the hurt ... Victor's man calls him with an update on a certain someone's whereabouts. He is on his way! He finds Clyde alone on a park bench, whistling a happy tune. He suggests the fool has nothing to smile about but Clyyyyde begs to differ. There is nothing like some good competition to get the BLOOD flowing. Jordan's office door is open. She informs Rafe she has not heard of Clydedoing anything criminal since he came to Salem. But before? Rafe gets closer, and tenderly tells her how worried he is about her being anywhere near Clyde as well as Chad the cad. Never trust a DiMera ... Theresa quips she and JJ happen to hate each other. Her new man Clint shows up and she decides to take a break despite the fact that she just arrived, annoyed at Paige for the interrogation ... JJ now runs into Rory outside and woefully states he wants to protect Paige. Rory thinks she is strong enough and needs no protecting. JJ thinks he could be right ... Paige is approached by someone from the past who wants a word. Tis Cole the shoplifting drug dealer, now out of rehab. He apologizes for planting the drugs in her purse once upon a time ... Theresa and her new boy toy Clint smooch up a storm at the square. Brady stops and soap stares. Creepy Clint steps away for call and she is left alone. Brady worriedly wonders if everything is alright. He seems concerned about how well she knows that guy. Theresa taunts him she knows nothing about her latest roll in the hay and that's the way she likes it. Sure beats being with a loser like Brady ... Mel nervously drops by for a word with dad Dan, who assumes she heard about the fight between Nicole and Serena and wanted to discuss. Not exactly. Then what is it? Errr she and Brady have decided to date ... JJ catches Cole standing with Paige. He explodes and gives him a shove ... Victor warns Clyde he will not let him take control of his town. Furthermore, he will not let him push his product in places where it does not belong! Clyde counters he is not scared of him one bit and leers his power is a thing of the past. He walks away and the Greek gets a dangerous look in his eye ... In plain view, Rafe murmurs he is sorry for what went down between him and Jordan. He dramatically declares he loves her still and grabs her in a passionate kiss. Romeo Chad appears carrying a bouquet of flowers and gets an eyeful ...! THE END Ahead on DAYS: Dan disagrees with Mel dating Brady! Betrayed Chad hits back! Ben gets busted! |
