In the cabin, Aiden tries to assure Hope he is happy she joined him. It has been hard forgetting the history of this house, how his wife died right before his eyes. Her presence has made it less painful. He kisses her and excuses himself to get some groceries after suggesting she search in the drawers for a charger to charge her dying cell phone. Hope gets to it but soon finds herself interrupted by an unwanted visitor ...In their hotel room a blue light cascades around Brady and Mel, who have just made love. They decide to do it again. Brady hopes for an all nighter but Mel does not want to distress Dan. Brady lets her know he is falling in LOVE ...Theresa the terrible is making yet another terrible decision to catch up with creepy Clint when her phone call is cut short by the appearance of Eve, who demands to know what she told her daughter, who has not been the same since ... At the hospital, JJ leaves a message for conference Jen, to let her know Sonny is out of the woods,as per his doctors. After the call,he runs into Paige,who pouts she came by for her internship papers. She is sorry to learn about Sonny and shares JJ's relief. He lets her know he is busy. Paige is bothered by the thought of him going to see his new girlfriend again and mentions not knowing her name. JJ would rather not go down that road again ... In sleeping Sonny's room, Will makes a heartfelt promise to do right by Sonny and not let anything ever come between them. Unsuspecting Paul starts to open the door but Adrienne angrily shuts it. She knows exactly who he is and introduces herself as Sonny's mother, dragging him to the lounge to clear up a few things! As Will speaks of the future with the Salem patient, Paul assures Adrienne he only wanted to check that Sonny was alright. She knows who he is and says so! Paul is somewhat surprised she even knows about the proposal in their past. He sighs he wishes he could go back and change the outcome. Adrienne realizes he still loves Sonny. Paul now discovers that Sonny was near death and his blood was what saved him. When Adrienne discovers he was the one, she throws herself into his arms and thanks him for saving Sonny. Paul is overwhelmed ... Paige works herself into a state, since she feels JJ hates her. Her loyal pal pulls her away from he who is not worthy and they end up at the club, discussing Paige's mysterious plan ... At Theresa's apartment, she has an answer for aghast Eve, explaining she enlightened Paige. True love is but a lie ... Theresa's new lover - creepy Clint - now has a call with Kristen's Dr. Mandrake, whom he assures Theresa does not remember a thing but he will keep his evilness updated as ordered ... Eve is exasperated. Theresa taunts Paige is actually right cos her taking her to California was indeed the ruin of her romance with JJ the cheater. When Clint shows up. Eve tries to warn her that one spells trouble and she should know but Theresa is not listening and shows her the door ... Things get suspenseful at the cabin when someone comes to the door and starts to rattle the doorknob. Tis Bree, who saw Aiden go and tries to use her key from Meredith, the wife she believes Aiden murdered! Hope orders her to go and threatens to call the cops. Bree blurts out Meredith told her she was leaving a video in case something happened to her. Something about a secret compartment in some drawer. Hope is not interested and gets on the phone with Aiden, to inform him of the intruder. The reception is poor and his muffled voice claims he cannot hear her. Hope now threatens to arrest Bree herself. Bree begs her to try and find the secret video and goes. She accuses Aiden of changing the locks to keep her away ... Hope starts to search, not for any such thing, but for a charger for her cell phone ... Clint starts to probe Theresa about her nightmares. She teases she has other dreams now and they head out for some fun ... Lucas joins Will in Sonny's room and wonders where oh where Adrienne could be. When Will suggests she is speaking with Justin, he frowns, refusing to accept it ... Lucas laments Justin is flying home. Will thinks that is a good thing ... Paul promises Adrienne he loves Sonny and has no intention of causing him any harm. He hands her his telephone number, to call him about the Salem patient when he wakes up, for he is leaving town soon ... JJ is now in Sonny's room with Will and wonders when his cousin will wake up. Not until the morning, as per the doctors ... Will makes small talk with JJ and gulps when the young man moans over losing the girl of his dreams cos he cheated. Sonny sleeps on ... At the square, sweet Mel and Brady have coffee, basking in one another's company. The billionaire heir steps away for a couple of refills. Mel spies Theresa kissing Clint nearby and the smile fades from her face. She flashes back to his very strange comment to the mysterious Mandrake,whom he was updating about Theresa, who was not supposed to remember something. Theresa excuses herself for a moment to taunt Mel for being lonely. She feels terrible when she finds out Sonny was stabbed and is relieved to hear he is going to make it. She hears the barista telling Brady not to forget his credit card and gathers Theresa is not alone after all. Nancy Drew Mel has other matters on her mind and asks who Mandrake is. Theresa's eyes appear haunted ... Will is alone with Sonny again and unhappily holds his hand. When papa Roman comes in to reassure him, he sighs they even stole his wedding ring! Roman is sympathetic. Meanwhile, Lucas finds Adrienne alone now in the lounge. Together they return to Sonny's room ... Theresa gets her guard up again and sarcastically suggests Mel go online to find Mandrake cos she knows no such person. She returns to creepy Clint and Brady is bewildered, wondering what that was about. Mel makes light of it, keeping the mystery to herself ... As Lucas and Adrienne enter, Will makes an emotional plea to Sonny to wake up so he can give him the Valentine's Day of his dreams ... Paige has summoned Eve to the club, who assumes this is a good thing. She is assuming too much ... JJ comes across Paige's pal at the park and shares his worries about Paige, who seems to be an emotional mess. The pal has harsh words ... JJ now heads to Horton house and texts Eve to meet him. They need to talk. He has a feeling of doom and gloom and it concerns Paige. He is home alone ... Paige lets loose her accusations against Eve. She wanted to break up her and JJ and has been celebrating ever since she did. Therefore, she is moving out tonight ... Detective Hope does not find the charger. Instead, inside a drawer she stumbles upon a secret compartment containing a video. Attached is a handwritten note from Aiden's late wife to please play in the event of her untimely demise. Hope is horrified ... Back in his hospital room, Will emotionally tells Sonny he loves him. The head moves slightly. Sonny's stressed brown eyes fly open. He looks deeply into Will's eyes and hyperventilates as the machine goes crazy. Beep beep superbeep ...Will cries out his name. Adrienne watches helplessly, also making eye contact ... THE END Ahead on Days: Cole claims to know the other woman's name! Hope hears Meredith's accusation. Victor cannot believe it ... |
