ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Link Only! PRELUDE TO SHOCK WAVES! Monday, February 16, 2015 Episode 12,527 Beware of copycats. These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Serena is in a snit over her elephant switch scheme being thwarted. She gets a call in her room from Eric, who regrets the lack of gas and wishes they had been able to spend some time together. She assures him he will get those omelets and he excuses himself to answer his door ... Will surprises Sonny in his room with sweet Arianna. Sonny smiles she is his sugar and gives her a hug. His only regret is that he still cannot remember what happened ...Meanwhile at the Salem Inn, dutiful Derek has just noticed the headline about Sonny being stabbed. He flashes back to telling him he saw Paul with another and gets grim ... Paul is waiting for Dr. Marlena Evans in her office. She enters with a smile, surprised to see him. Paul gets straight to the point. He came to tell her she was right! He suspects she could see through the lie that was his life. Marlena refuses to guess and gets him to say what is on his mind. Paul states he is gay. Marlena senses he came to her to talk and questions how his family reacted. Paul gets testy upon mention of his family and takes off ... John approaches Dr. Dan at the nurse's station. Dan assumes it is about Mel and Brady. The man in black was actually interested in Sonny's status, for Marlena's sake,and cannot conceal his surprise that Brady and Mel are an item. Dan suggests he discuss it directly with his son. Exit John. Dan leaves Brady a voice mail to call him before he talks to John please but Brady does not hear it ... At her computer, Mel stares at the fuzzy photo of what appears to be creepy Clint conversing with one Dr. Mandrake. But how does she know that is really Mandrake? She decides to get some answers and knows exactly where to go ... Meanwhile Clint is giving his last update to Mandrake, confirming Theresa seems not to remember and is striving not to think of anything unpleasant. He considers her a loose canon. Mandrake murmurs there can be no chances, Ms. DiMera does not like chances of any kind. Clint knows what he has to do next ...At the square, Theresa taunts Brady about how happy she is that she was not pregnant with his child. He would be a lousy father and she would have to give up drinking! Brady tries to walk away. Theresa starts to scream. Brady threatens to get a restraining order ... Hope is spooked when she finds herself face to face with Aiden at his house of horrors ... Serena gets a call from her partner in crime and loses her cool ... Aiden wonders why Hope was so interested in the locked closet. She smiles she was cold and seeking a sweater or blanket. He wickedly explains there is nothing warm in that closet and gives her his jacket. She cringes and glances back at the letter opener on the table. She cannot get her mind off Meredith's words. Aiden is equally stressed over the video he is not saying he saw and sighs he needs a drink ... Will wonders what was the very last thing Sonny remembers about that night. Sonny remembers his last conversation with Paul, who made one last plea, but does not share that with Will ... Brady wishes Theresa would get busy with her new boyfriend, suggesting she is jealous. She denies it and praises creepy Clint, who presents her with a margarita. Brady walks away. Theresa seeks to drown her sorrows and invites Clint back to her place for some afternoon delight. He grins an eerie grin ... Hope would prefer something warm to alcohol. Aiden offers to make cocoa and goes into the kitchen. She now discovers that the video of Meredith accusing him of murder is GONE ... Before Will can wonder about Sonny's last memory, editor Zoe calls with news. Hope is about to make her great escape when Aiden appears bearing cocoa and a benevolent smile. She remembers Meredith's dire warning about his drugging ways. Hope suddenly states she has a stomach ache and would prefer tea. Aiden plays along ... Serena has an unexpected visitor. Tis Nancy Drew Mel needing verification that the villain in the picture with Clint is indeed Dr. Mandrake. Serena the medical journalist sits at her computer and finds what her friend needs and then some. Mandrake is a fertility specialist! ... Hope assumes Aiden is back in the kitchen and darts toward the door. But Aiden has doubled back and stops her. Still flashing the smile Meredith had called a monster smile, he smoothly asks where she thought she was going. For a walk, gasps Hope. He offers to come with. No, she would rather go ... alone ... Clint gets it on with Theresa and promptly dumps her. He refuses to give her his last name, calling himself Clint Eastwood. Theresa is furious and drowns her sorrows in a bottle of wine, still raging about the one that got away - Brady Black ... Cool John comes to see Brady at the house of Kiriakis. He came not to lecture him but to let him know he approves of his blossoming romance with Mel. Brady gushes his new girlfriend is fun and funny, unlike the others. He now shows his da the adoption letter that made him remember Kristen and is mighty relieved she is out of his life for good ... Will informs Sonny that his article is coming out on schedule. Sonny cannot wait to read the mysterious report that had Will working night and day, away from home. Marlena enters, happy to see Sonny awake. She assumes he is also happy his father is headed home. Indeed. Arianna is sleepy in Will's arms so he suggests he should take her home to nap. Marlena offers to take her when she realizes Sonny wishes to be with Will when his article is released. The guys are grateful and Will goes downstairs with her to pass over the car seat. Once alone in his room, Sonny sighs about his lost memories of that fateful night ... Eric is delighted when Dan drops by bearing cupcakes for the guy who has no gas. They get to talking about Nicole's apology tour and Eric's real thing with Serena. Dan cannot help but admire Eric's art around them, the elephant to be exact. Eric explains saint Serena also has one. He remembers it well ...Will brings up Sonny striving to remember as he takes the elevator with Marlena but she feels nothing he finds out would necessarily help him with his emotional recovery. The elevator closes ... Derek stops Paul outside his room and shows him the article about Sonny being stabbed. This is not news to Paul, who tells him Sonny is alright, no worries. But Derek does worry and blurts out he believes he is to blame. Sonny took off after he told him that Paul was with someone else. This also must mean that Sonny is still in love with Paul. Pause ... Aiden lunges and struggles with Hope, insisting Meredith was lying in her video. Hope humors him and agrees to talk. He releases his hold on her and heads for the sofa. She spies the letter opener and grabs it, threatening him not to come any closer ... Will is back in sleeping Sonny's room. His phone rings. Sonny opens his eyes and wants Will to tell him about his text. Will announces the article is online! Sonny insists he let him see for himself and waits with bated breath for Will to hand him his tablet ... Clint calls Mandrake one last time before leaving Salem. He hopes Ms. DiMera will like his work, he did exactly as promised ...Back at the beach house from hell, Hope accuses Aiden of being the one who was lying. He wrestles the letter opener out of her hand and admits she is right. Damn it he did lie. Hope gets even more panicked ...! THE END! Ahead on Days: Hope hears Aiden's side of the story.
