There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - Eric stirs in his majestic bed and gets stressed about the late hour. He meets with the cardinal in a few hours! But he is not alone in the grand bed. Nicole is there and starts to seduce him. He cannot resist the temptation until he wakes up to reality, which is he is sleeping in Rome alone, a cross around his neck. His hot perspiration gives away his passion … *** Victor is pleased to see Sonny at the ornate house of Kiriakis. Sonny seeks a favor. He wants Vic to call Will’s editor off regarding the expose. The Greek replies he cannot! Sonny reminds him that he was the one who got him the job. Victor would rather not interfere in Will’s cover story. Sonny snaps he never mentioned that it was a cover story, so how did he know! He accuses Victor of coming up with the idea to cause trouble for Sami and EJ. The Greek grins, a glint in his eye …*** Will has innocently invited EJ over to explain his side of the story. EJ does not suspect a thing and laments he never stopped loving Samantha. Even when he strayed! Will ponders the power play she made. EJ assures him he admires her for it. However, he feels she is not acting in the best interest of the children and therefore hopes William can make her see the folly of her ways … *** Rafe approaches Ben as he polishes a glass at the club. He is desperately seeking Jordan. Ben sighs she is a mess and he wants to know what the hell happened! Perhaps Rafe was hard on her about her past. Negative. Ben now notes Sami spoke to Jordan and then she got upset. Rafe gets it and grimaces. Time to go have a talk with a certain someone! *** Jordan jogs through the town square, sweating, feeling sorry for herself about Rafe cheating. She notices Clyde nearby and keeps running. Clyde has his eye on Abigail, the object of Ollie’s affection, but slinks away when Adrienne appears, screaming bloody murder about Sami. Jordan heads home and remembers the way she and Rafe were, with promises of love and trust. She sighs was it just a lie? Sami works the phone at the mansion, assuring Shin that she and Kate love their work, no bonuses necessary. They will touch base after the next meeting. Diva Kate makes her grand morning entrance clad in a colorful designer robe with dramatic sleeves and purrs the board sounds pleased. Sami has more in store and shows her a file. Kate notes that would be crossing quite a line. Is she really ready?! Sami is. The time has come to steal Stefano’s jet! The co-conspirators serve themselves breakfast. Kate suggests Sami focus on ruining EJ instead. Sami teases so Kate can get busy ruining Jordan. Kate coos she already did it for her. Sami quips she is welcome. Kate enjoys her fruit and giggles about ruining things for Jordan. Sami is sympathetic that poor Kate still has no chance of a future with Rafe. Kate pouts … *** Sleepy Eric opens his door to sexy Nicole. She seductively states she hopes he and the cardinal approve of her dress. A knock on his lavish bedroom wakes Eric up for real. Tis an Italian priest, there to remind him of his holy meeting. Eric gasps and asks about Nicole. She is resting in the guest house of the nuns. Eric thanks him and closes the door for his big day at the Vatican … *** Abigail admits she did do a bad thing by violating employment conditions. She complains about loading the gun for Sami with her actions. Clyde steps away, having eavesdropped enough. Adrienne makes a snide remark about Sami and loaded guns and wonders what comes next. Abigail smiles about the future. It looks bright! She has someone new in her thoughts … *** Rafe first goes to see Jordan at her workplace. He urges her not to throw away what they had. She unhappily questions what they had. He had said he was done with Kate. He begs to explain. She refuses to listen. Rafe is not sure what to do … *** Sami’s views are as black as white as her dress. She suggests Rafe only rebounded from HER first with Kate and then dull Jordan. Kate cackles at her audacity and sips her mimosa. Sami pauses when she refers to her as delusional. Sami declares she was the love of Rafe’s life. Kate laughs harder. He is never coming back so there! The diva in the colorful robe sweeps out. Sami whispers she should not be so sure about that and sips her own mimosa. Victor denies what Sonny has accused him of. Sonny snaps Victor wanted the piece and knew Will would be asked to do it. The Greek now suggests Sonny step back and let Will do his wonderful work. *** EJ fears the fury of Stefano awaits and urges William to help the family. Will wonders whether he really is family. EJ vows to never give up! *** Adrienne storms past harassed Harold at the mansion to confront working girl Sami. She refuses to sit by and … Sami stands up and snaps Abi the slutty niece must pay and she is just getting started! That’s not a threat, it’s a promise. *** Suited Eric looks at his Vatican reflection in the mirror and perceives a priest. Then he perceives Nicole getting her hands all over him. He gasps for God to make the hot hallucinations stop! *** Jordan is upset Rafe did not come to her with his pain. Instead he found comfort with Kate. *** Sonny is bothered that Will is using the story to teach his mom a lesson. It is not good for the family. The Greek growls did he marry Will or adopt him! Sonny insists Sami will consider this betrayal on Will’s part. Victor reminds him he came to him for help getting Will a job at a magazine he quietly owns. He suspects Will would not appreciate how he got him the job and now advises him to back off. Trust in Will. If not, he will regret it. The Greek speaks from experience … *** EJ thanks Will for listening and takes his elegant leave. Wily William listens to the end of their secretly recorded conversation. *** Adrienne brings up Sami’s past. Sami brings up Abigail the slut destroying her family. She agrees when Adrienne calls EJ equally culpable. Adrienne tries to argue about the nature of the crowd Sami is involved with. Sami gets irate and wants to have her say first. One minute. Adrienne sits and listens. Sami now reasons she and Kayla are close. Sami was led to believe Abigail was her friend too. When the girl believed she was pregnant- with EJ’s baby – it was Sami she leaned on. Adrienne is rendered speechless. Sami now sniffles and claims to have a compromising photo of Justin with another woman after he had a fight with Adrienne. EJ was having him followed at the time. Justin and Kayla! Adrienne stammers she cannot believe it but Sami swears the proof is in her envelope. *** Eric prays to the massive cross on the wall. He implores God to get rid of his desire. He yearns to know his will too. Knock knock! It is time … At the park, Ben presents Abigail with some job leads from a contact. She gushes thanks and blushes and notices a pastry chef, pr person, and psychic are all needed. She bats her eyes when Ben tells her how smart and super she is. She will succeed at anything her heart desires! They kiss on the bench, surrounded by flowers. *** Will is working on his computer when Sonny returns. The bouncy baby is asleep. Sonny asks about the article. Will sighs it is slow. EJ spoke with him and it made him wonder whether he was doing the right thing. Perhaps this expose would not do any good for Sami. Perhaps the voice of reason would be more effective. Sonny is visibly relieved. *** Sami explains she found the photos in Stefano’s safe. Adrienne cries it is a lie and then grabs the envelope. Wedding photos?! Sami argues she believed her for a few seconds and now knows how she must feel. Welcome to her lonely livid existence, driven by the pain of deceit. She hopes now she understands. Adrienne has no answer. Sami now adds to stay outta her way! Adrienne is disgusted and decides she was wrong to come. Sami agrees and raises a sneaky eyebrow.*** Rafe explains he was planning to tell Jordan. She doubts he even loves her. He does too, with all his heart. But Jordan now believes what Sami said, that Rafe was feeling no more than gratitude. She gasps not to stop her and walks away. So does Rafe. *** Kate taunts EJ at the club about getting rid of his baby, a certain refinery. He gasps he needs the funds She leers what for? He has no one and nothing to spend it on. Exit Kate. EJ now decides the two women have left him no choice … Sonny suggests Will cancel the story with the editor. Will sighs it is his first big gig. Ring ring! Tis Adrienne, who has something to tell him about Sami’s mission to destroy Abigail. She even used her DiMera power to have Abigail removed from the hospital! Will is horrified. And even more so when he hears how she duped Adrienne. Adrienne feels Sami must be stopped! She will call Sonny later. Will thanks her. Sonny is holding the baby’s little pink bear and frowns when Will announces he is going full steam ahead with the story … *** Organ music plays as Eric straightens his tie, his white collar tight. He notices a painting of the angel Gabriel and knows it is a sign about news coming from God! He is filled with hope. Nicole appears and their eyes lock ,,, *** Abigail thinks Ben’s box was the sweetest thing. He thinks she is the sweetest thing and they kiss in bliss. Abigail suddenly gets spooked. There stands big bad Clyde. *** Jordan confronts Kate at the square. Kate quips she has no one to blame but her sorry self. Jordan accuses her of lies. Kate gets catty about who she really is ... *** At the house of Kiriakis, guest in a chair EJ smoothly suggests he and Victor should team up and work together. The Greek grumbles he did not mean his offer. EJ remains comfortably seated and notes he knows. But if Victor is interested, he can help him make those companies of his he purchased for a song produce big time. *** Sami coyly greets visitor Rafe at the mansion. She whispers hello with stars in her eyes, failing to notice that her former flame does not return her interest. Rafe has another in his heart … THE END!
