There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - At the house of Kiriakis, Theresa sees the poker and is haunted by her crime, the fact that she and she alone is responsible for rendering John in his current comatose state. Brady puts a hand on her shoulder and demands to know why she came. She explains she has something and hands him a file. They must file this for their annulment … *** At the pub, Rafe repeats he believes in telling Jordan the truth so he does not lose her the way EJ lost Sami for the same thing. Diva Kate disagrees. She suggests silence is golden. Rafe drinks his coffee and does not share her view. Kate assures him there is no real affair anyway, they only slept together that one inconsequential time. She believes he is blowing the episode out of proportion and there is no need to share. Rafe drawls EJ did that. By God, he will not put Jordan through what Rafe did to Sami! Kate claims no one will know and besides it would destroy Jordan ... *** At the hospital, Jordan and Abigail automatically assume Sami is lying about Rafe sleeping with Kate. Sami smugly states it is true. Rafe continues to bed Kate! Jordan glares at her. Abigail is livid about the lie. Jordan too refuses to believe. Sami coos she found out by accidentally overhearing Rafe and Kate discuss their secret. Jordan blinks. She gasps, excuses herself, and takes off in tears. Abigail blasts Sami for spreading malicious untrue gossip like a monster. Sami gives her an innocent look. Abigail laments she might have ruined the relationship of Rafe and Jordan now. Sami gets herself hospital coffee and advises Abigail to take a moralities class. Abi snaps she is a bitch. Sami snaps better a bitch than a lying slut. She adds insult to injury by hissing the Hortons must be proud of Abigail’s nefarious accomplishments. *** At the club, JJ leaves a heartfelt message on the phone. He then thanks buff baristo Ben for being there for sister Abi. Ben declares the time has come to come clean about his lies. JJ now learns how he lied about Miami and concealed the fact that Jordan is his big sister. Ben was looking out for her. JJ does not approve he lied to Abigail, until Ben tells him the tale of how they went on the run because of Clyde. JJ now understands and assures him they are good, so long as his sis does not get hurt ... *** Sexy glam Nicole asks Eric for the drink menu on the plane to romantic Roma. His former holiness gets hot and bothered. But that was his fantasy. The real passenger sits next to him, and her name happens to be Kristen! Her family name, that is. The friendly passenger excuses herself for a moment. Eric mutters how memorable a name and stares out the window, the lights of the plane blinking. All of a sudden, sexy glam Nicole sits down next to him. Eric is dismayed she is actually on his flight. He instructed the bishop to … put her on another one. Well, that flight was cancelled so here she is! The lady in this seat was sweet enough to switch seats with her. Dour Eric demands she park herself elsewhere. She reasons at least they will be together in Rome so he should get used to it! Eric is aghast at having to fight temptation for so many hours! Nicole suggests they go over what happened. He indignantly implies she wants to coordinate lies. Nicole just wants to make sure they win, to make things up to him. She hopes she does not disgust him. Eric exclaims he is uneasy around Nicole and lies it is because of her betrayal, which was tantamount to what Kristen did. Nicole looks ready to cry. She has no idea the former father is lashing out in an attempt to cover up his deep DESIRE ... *** The thug opens the storage room door and walks in, glancing round. Dan is concealed with Kristen and he makes her be very very quiet. Her eyes dart anxiously around as his hand remains firm over her taped lips. The big burly thug’s partner-in-crime calls out. The goon growls nothing here and goes. Dan now opens the door they were behind and is satisfied they are alone. Kristen cries and moans trough her tape like a woman in pain. The doc removes the tape and warns the prisoner not to make a peep. She gasps and shakes her head, then hisses he is not so smart! They will get him! He drawls if they do, she will be the one who is sorry! The she devil taunts him for screwing up with Jen. He taunts her right back for screwing up everything. Kristen announces she and she alone can save Brady! Dan doubts it. She blames the dvd for sending him on a downward spiral. Dan drawls she assaulted his holy brother. Kristen insists she knows how to help pull Brady back up from his black hole. No one knows him better than her! That is why she has to see him! They have an unspoken connection … Dan has his own idea about what is going to happen next. He intends to drag her all the way to Salem and jail, where she rightfully belongs! Kristen DiMera declares she does not do jail. Dan declares she will pay the price for what she did to Eric! She hisses his dear friend Nicole held back the proof and is therefore just as guilty as she is! Dan murmurs the matter does not concern Nicole. She implies Dan is to blame too. They all have their transgressions! *** Kate gets a text from Sami, sharing that she just told Jordan everything! The diva immediately excuses herself away from Rafe and makes up a story about going upstairs to see Ali. She urges him to think before he acts and sends Sami a text back. Then she purses her lips and steps away. Rafe awaits his lady with bated breath. Kate lurks nearby, also waiting … Jordan slowly and sadly opens the pub door, where Rafe awaits at a table. He stands up to graciously greet his girl and gasps he is glad she came. He then pulls out her chair and she stiffly sits down. Kate waits and watches from the shadows. Rafe wonders what is the matter. Pause. Jordan demands to know if it is true that he had a fling with Kate AFTER they were already together! This is clearly not what Rafe had been expecting... - Abigail joins JJ and Ben at the club, confirming she has resigned. JJ wonders what is going on. Abigail sits and tells the whole sordid story of Sami’s revenge to her bewildered brother. Sami strikes again! JJ now notices his sister is staring at her phone. She is anticipating a text from Jordan, who is in need. JJ thinks she should not have to take care of others at this tough time. They exchange I love yous. Exit JJ. Ben asks what Abigail is doing. Trying to reach Jordan. She wishes she would text her back! Later Abigail seems to be job searching online. Ben teases they could work together at the club and kisses her. Abigail giggles they would get fired for not working ... *** Theresa tells Brady these online forms are all he needs to sign in order to annul their marriage. Brady is about to sign. Pause. Theresa now questions what he really wants. Brady admits he is surprised it is so easy to solve a big mistake with a little paper. If only everything were so simple! Theresa appears hurt but does not let on. Brady gets a work call and steps away. Alone again, the guilty girl gasps at the poker in the corner, glancing furtively around. She flashes back to hitting John, haunted by her actions. Brady reappears and announces he knows she is nervous about going to prison and he knows why! Dangerous music plays. He notes she lied to cover for him and could face perjury. Theresa gets shrill and wishes he would stop. She can say with certainty that he did NOT attack John. Brady agrees not to bother her about it again and busily closes his briefcase. She hopes her annulment papers have helped. They did. She woefully wonders if they can be friends at least and stares at him with her sad eyes ... *** Rafe would rather discuss elsewhere. Jordan laments it is true and insists he confess. Rafe sighs it is true but would rather discuss elsewhere. Jordan cries he tenderly told her he loved her and there is no excuse for this! He promises he does indeed love her. She pouts and cries he betrayed her trust. Rafe sighs, at a loss. Kate approaches and acts like it was all her fault. Rafe replies this is not the right time but Kate is unstoppable. She talks a mile a minute about Rafe being drunk and upset about Gabi so she wanted to help and ended up taking advantage! Jordan runs out in tears. Rafe follows and implores her to give him a chance to explain. Kate is pleased. Mission accomplished! *** JJ is at the hospital seeking Jen when he spies new board member Sami. He accuses her of being out of control. Sami laughs Abigail has apparently sent him to defend her. She gets sarcastic about the world giving Abigail a free pass. She sure won’t! JJ argues Will is her cousin and how is he feeling about all this? Sami concedes he is shocked. JJ snaps he will be ashamed by her revenge. Sami suggests his sister should be ashamed. JJ meets her intense stare. He refuses to judge his sister. Sami argues she violated the moralities clause. He suggests she go after EJ instead. Sami starts to tell him the story of the shower room. He cuts her off and calls her a hypocrite. She is not Saint Sami! Sami scoffs and reminds him that once upon a time he was a drug dealer. He and his sister get off scott free, though this time she is determined to make Abigail pay! She deserves exactly what she gets and what she is going to get …! Just like EJ, it seems. *** Ponytail Abigail jokes with Ben about being fired for kissing on the job. He has a present for her – a beautiful wooden box he carved especially for her. Abigail is much moved and is amazed he is an artisan. Humble Ben gushes he learned back home and Jordan encouraged him to keep at it. She looked out for him. Abigail whispers perhaps now he needs to look out for her. Jordan was supposed to see Rafe but then something happened and now she is MIA. Ben decides to call and check on her ... *** Rafe trails Jordan to the dark park and begs her to give him a chance to state his case. She gives him a tired hurt look. He regrets it all and admits he was drunk. Jordan bitterly suspects Kate is covering for him. Rafe wants to talk about them but she states there is no them and wants to be aloooooooone. Then she walks away. Rafe hangs his head. *** JJ drawls he does not give a damn about EJ. However, Sami will regret it if she continues to hound his sister. He steps away and Sami gets a text of thanks from Kate. Sami knows she did her a big favor today and she has every intention of collecting on it ... *** Eric stares out the plane window and Nicole chides him for likening her to crazy Kristen. Here she is trying to help him! What in the world is going on in his head? Eric gasps and asks God the very same thing ... *** Brady patiently points out to Theresa the terrible that he was the wrong kind of guy when he was with her. Now his da is almost dead. They should not be together at all. But he does wish her the best. He opens the door and tells her to be nice to herself. She nods and fights back the tears when he closes the door. Inside, Brady addresses John’s photograph on his phone. His dad needs to come back and end this nightmare! *** Kristen becomes agitated that her captor has tightly tied her so there is no escape. She promises him safe passage away if only he lets her go. Dan reminds her she is the one who is trapped and this is only the beginning. He crouches down and meets her cat stare. He plans to put her in a cage, where she belongs! But cats do not go to cages without a fight and this one is no exception ... THE END! |
