Now without further ado ...

- Paige and JJ have taken a nocturnal dip in the lake. They declare their love for each other and share a romantic kiss under the stars. It gets passionate and JJ pulls away, gentleman that he is. He also has to send a text to Daniel, who is away. At least Dan is away from the craziness of his work. Maybe he is having a good time too. ***** Eve admires Maggie’s lavish home. The invisible background banshee moans ahhhhhhhhhhhh as evil Eve admits she seeks her help in this … crisis! Maggie is highly suspicious. Eve explains Jen wants a summary judgment and this case will drag on and she has a big operation coming up to so… She urges the redhead to help. It is all rather vague. ***** Sami is elated to learn the latest from Kate. They cackle and confer at the pub. Kate laughs about Stefano’s dire messages that do not frighten her one bit! She now notes she made catty comments when she saw Abigail with Ben. She taunted up a storm. Sami smiles but Kate has an agenda. ***** Ben wonders what Abigail is writing at the club. Her official letter of resignation. He is sorry. She is surprised he is speaking to her. He alludes to what Kate implied, that he was nothing but a loser compared to big bad EJ, man of power. Ben cares not what people say about him. Any people. Abigail gets curious, then realizes daddy dearest has been hard on him. Ben claims he cares not. He and Jordan have learned to ignore the venom he spews forth. Abigail suggests he does not mean his mean words. Ben must get to a customer … ***** Rafe finds Jordan at the hospital, her present place of work, with Clyde, who wants an introduction. Rafe stands by his woman and wonders. Jordan admits Clyde is her step daddy. Clyde grins and acts glad to meet the man who stole his girl’s heart! Rafe is cordial, surprised Jordan’s da is in town. Clyde now states her God given name is Tammy Sue. Jordan cringes. Rafe is flabbergasted but covers well. Clyde coos to sweetheart they can catch up later and hopes to see Rafe soon. Rafe casually asks how long he is staying. Clyde laughs he loves the town and his family is here … then laughs again about getting ahead of himself, kisses his stepdaughter, and saunters out. Rafe steps in front of Jordan, stares her in the eye and calls her Tammy Sue in bewilderment. ***** Dan now has Kristen in his powerful grasp and warns her to settle down. She struggles wildly until finally she breaks free but he grabs her again, and puts her in a sleeper hold. Kristen is out cold! He carries her out of the room. Another goon calls out for her. Dan freezes. ***** The co-chair cat women compare notes about all the DiMera items they are getting rid of. Kate loves the father/son toy removal. Sami gasps their worldly goods are a thing of the past! Now to the hospital board business. First Kate needs a favor. Next time she sees Jordan … Sami tells her stop right there.
- Ben returns to the girl who has his heart and asks to read her letter of resignation. When he does, he is dismayed by what she has stated, about the affair. He is utterly disgusted that Sami demanded it and is sorry for the ponytail girl. She thanks him, gives him a mini kiss, and exits. A country twang fills the room and Clyde stares intently from the shadows … ***** Sami certainly hopes Kate is not counting on anything with Rafe. Kate starts to make light of it. Sami knows better and senses she was hoping to have her happily ever after with him. It was not meant to be. Kate blinks unhappily. ***** Rafe assures Jordan he is ready to listen. All of a sudden the station calls! He has to get back in ten minutes but requests he and his lady meet at the pub in an hour. She gasps in agreement. Sensing her worry, he assures her they will get through this together. They exchange I loves yous and a kiss and he walks out with a smile to put her at ease. Once he is gone, Jordan shivers. ***** Maggie reminds Eve it is not easy for JJ and Paige trying to start their budding relationship. Eve blames Jen for not being fair. Maggie reminds her Jack was Jen’s hubby and she knew exactly where he wanted those book proceeds to go. Eve angrily suggests she and Jen would be having a more civil association if not for Dr, Dan! Maggie innocently wonders what the connection is. Eve now explains Jen is bent out of shape as her ex man Dan is interested in her, which has made her mad with jealously. Maggie is surprised as Eve giggles about how attracted men are to her, like Dan. The redhead now drops a bombshell. Dr. Dan happens to be her SON! ***** Dan carries Kristen into the storage room and leaves her on a pillow on the floor He closes the door and gasps as they hide from the goon. He now realizes he forgot the phone! Back in the room, the goon stirs as Dan’s phone buzzes with the message from JJ. Goon number two enters and laments they lost them both! ***** As they sit by the flowers, the lazy water rippling in the background, JJ and Paige discuss Dan. She is curious what he texted him about. Dan gave him good advice concerning her! Sweet music plays. JJ shares that Dan gave him a pep talk about him and Paige. One day at a time, that is the way to go. Paige assumes he meant the lawsuit between their moms. JJ says not exactly.***** Kate pretends Sami has the wrong impression. Sami notes she only risked it all, going against Stefano because she is crazy in love with Rafe! Sami now goes on her way, to continue her revenge plans against EJ. So far she has used one ex against him. So far … ***** Jordan bumps into Abigail at the hospital and Abigail wonders whether she is frazzled about her father being in town. ***** Clyde approaches Ben and compliments his taste in women. The apple does not fall far from the tree. So he says. Ben snaps he is nothing like him and steps away. Clyde smirks. He always knows how to get to his boy. ***** Back in the storage room, Kristen sleeps on … Dan listens at the door but she suddenly wakes up and beats on him with a bucket! Dan groans. The she devil screams as she attacks. Dan goes down! ***** Abigail knows from Ben that Jordan and her stepdad did not have the best relationship. Jordan does not deny it and sighs she has to tell Rafe about her past. Abigail assures her their love will conquer all. Jordan now sees the letter and realizes she is resigning but why? Abigail admits she had an affair with a certain board member that has Sami seeing red. ***** Clyde approaches Ben/Ollie again and agrees he is not like him cos he stayed in one place and built a life. Ben scoffs. Dangerous music plays as Clyde warns him he is still in charge of the family. His sister knows it and he should be the next one to fall in line! ***** JJ has been advised to live for the moment with the girl of his dreams as long as they are together. She gets it. He gasps he will go crazy when she is gone in a month. She promises to come home for the holidays, visit, and he can come visit too. He sighs California is too far. It will kill him! Paige pouts and decides it is time to head home. She has an idea, but keeps it to herself …***** Eve notes Maggie only has daughters. Maggie quips she ran one over. Eve insists she recovered. The redhead retorts she has a son too and his name is Daniel Jonas! Eve taunts her for abandoning him as a baby. Maggie shouts to shut up! She tells her to get out now! Eve still wants to state her case, at least for the Maggie’s favorite niece. She sweetly attempts to extort money from Maggie, in return for dropping the case against Jennifer. The redhead rolls her eyes. ***** Back in the storage room, Dan snatches the dangerous bucket away and grabs Kristen by the waist. But she brutally kicks him away. She scrambles to get the door open. He wrestles her to the floor and announces it is his game now! His hand is clamped on her mouth. Kristen flails and her face turns beat red. ***** Rafe greets Kate as she waltzes toward the pub door. She now learns he is meeting Jordan and they have not yet had the all important chat. He sighs her stepdad came to town. Kate acts like she thinks it is nice. Rafe has his doubts as she seemed uneasy around the man. Kate suggests this might not be the right time then to tell her about their affair. Rafe considers.***** Ben wonders what Clyde is talking about. Clyde proudly presents the cashier’s check from Jordan. Ben gasps. This is tantamount to robbery! Clyde claims she stole from him and therefore owes him, just like Ollie does! Ben – aka Ollie – scoffs. ***** Abigail admits to Jordan that the man with whom she cheated was EJ. Jordan thinks he should be held responsible – more than her! They both know this is Sami’s revenge. Abigail explains leaving the hospital is for the best. If she did not resign HR Anne would make her and mama Jen’s life hell. The time has come to move on. They now spy Sami staring at them nearby.
- Maggie lectures Eve for being the same wicked woman she has always been. Eve wants her fair share. Maggie snaps that is not fair, shoves her blue purse at her, and kicks her out. Eve implies she is insensitive and leers she gave up her own son. Maggie screams to get out and so she goes. The redhead glances at JJ’s graduation photo with Jen and Abigail. Everything seemed to be going so nicely for the happy little family … ***** JJ sees Paige to her door. She kisses him with passion, gasps she will see him, and disappears, closing the door behind herself. Then she sighs and turns on the light. ***** Dan laughs as he has Kristen bound and gagged. A goon calls out for Ms. DiMera. Kristen tries to moan loudly enough. Dan places his hand on her already taped mouth lest she give away their location in that dark and lonely storage space.***** Ben refuses to give Clyde a single sent! Clyde grins at his wild bronco boy but warns he can break him just like the old days. Their eyes meet. Clyde walks out. Ben blinks. ***** Kate reasons Rafe and Jordan are at a sensitive stage in their relationship so why upset the balance? Rafe refuses to keep secrets and wonders where oh where the girl he loves could be.***** Jordan flies at Sami for judging others, given her own sordid past. She thinks she does not even like what Jordan has with Rafe as it reminds her she could not go the distance with Rafe or any other guy! Sami gets sarcastic. Abigail agrees Rafe’s love for Jordan is the real deal. Sami leers then why is he still sleeping with Kate?! ***** Maggie heads to Horton house, to check on JJ. He thinks he and his girl are doing great but Maggie has noticed his nervousness. ***** Eve enters the apartment, mad about Maggie. Paige softly states she has something to say. Something about something else. Ring ring! Eve impatiently takes her business call in the other room and slams the door. Paige woefully wonders how much madder her mom will get once she has made her announcement … ***** Outside, Maggie makes a call, admitting she is miffed about one Eve Larson. The time has come to get something done about that woman!
- The big goon with the black leather jacket stands before the storage room door, draws his gun, and reaches for the handle. Inside, Dan holds his hand over Kristen’s taped mouth. There is no way out. Dangerous music plays …!
