BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! At the square Rafe tries to reach Hope on her phone but alas has no luck. He lets bewildered brother Dario know he has no time for coffee and anxiously adds Aiden is the new D.A. Dario cannot believe the criminal slipped through the cracks. Neither can Rafe ... Meanwhile suited Aiden is acting all D.A. with Roman at the station about working back with cases. Moments later Hope sweeps in with a murderous look in her eye ... At the townhouse Theresa does not want Brady to see her surprise bride and groom stylish sketches and hides them. However, Brady is more troubled by the fact that his grandfather is locked up ... Legal eagle Justin has managed to get Victor home, out on bond. Victor is enraged about Deimos but breaks into a smile when darling emerges in her wheelchair with a smile. She tells him she has tingling in her toes. He coos he can make her tea and they blush at each other in their usual magical manner ... Nicole and Deimos kiss at his front door. He comes on strong about wanting the woman he loves to move in. It would be better if she was by his side when the sun came up ... Elsewhere it is closing day! Phone Doug and Julie are selling the bed and breakfast they made Marton house into. The buyer is none other than diva Kate, who coos she needed a new home. Julie and Doug just need to focus on family, meaning Jen. Kate ends the call at her club table. Phil and Chloe stand before her like a happy couple and he drops a bombshell. They are having a baby! Kate has her doubts. She suspects her son is once again Chloe's latest victim and alludes to her past paternity lies. Besides they barely saw each other for ages. Phillip acts indignant. Kate leaves the club and pauses outside. Her eyes narrow as she does the Deimos math and she gets a wicked idea. She calls Deimos' number and pretends to be the obstetrician calling about Chloe's prenatal appointment. Deimos is dumbfounded. Kate claims Chloe left this number, then concludes she will call her cell phone and smugly ends the call. Deimos stands at the mansion stunned. He hastily excuses himself and Nicole notes she has errands as well. He kisses her and urges her to consider moving in before solemnly stepping away ... Hope angrily asks Aiden to resign. He refuses. She warns him them being co-workers is not going to work. Furthermore she will never forget what he did! Enter the Rafe ... Adrienne and Justin have a sweet accidental meet up at the square and sit together to catch up. She sighs she is helping Jen plan Abigail's memorial. Justin was so sorry to hear what happened. She is surprised to learn he is Victor's lawyer and he lets her know he resigned as D.A. Adrienne suspects Victor had him do something that cost him his job ... Victor insists to Maggie that Deimos set him up. Is he certain? He will know when he looks him in the eye, but HE is innocent! He stops short of begging the woman he loves to believe in him ... Theresa and Brady kiss, happy to have Tate home where he belongs. She suggests they go see Maggie since Victor is still locked up. Brady nervously steps away for the stroller. Theresa stares into space ... Chloe and Phillip sit and discuss the long list of friends and family they will have to lie to. Phillip steps away to take a conference call. Chloe has told him how grateful she is. Her doe eyes now look down at her ipad until she notices the shadow of a man standing at her table. Tis DEIMOS! Aiden sarcastically assures Hope and Rafe they are on the same side since they all want to put the bad guys behind bars! With that he leaves. Rafe worriedly warns Hope to proceed with caution cos Aiden is a threat now more than ever given his position of power ... At Marton mansion Kate elegantly gets the keys from Julie and Doug. She agrees all permanent residents may stay in her new home but the minute Doug and Julie go, she dials them up and orders them out IMMEDIATELY. Kate has big renovation plans and she needs her space, not to mention to make a splash on the Salem scene ... Nicole summons faithful friend Dario to the park and lets him know she has decided to be with Deimos. She toys with her engagement ring and he sighs but agrees to support her ... Deimos drawls he heard a rumor - that Chloe is with child! Chloe replies it is not his business but Deimos begs to differ. Is the baby his? Chloe lies that Phillip is the father but Deimos notes they were not together long enough. He does not believe her story. Phillip returns and hovers over Chloe, scoffing it has nothing to do with Deimos. He ignores the suspicious Greek, who continues to stare darkly ... Brady and Theresa take Tate to visit with Maggie. Theresa steps in the kitchen for the drinks. Maggie states Victor was released but Brady would rather avoid the topic. His head is swimming since he does not want to believe he did it ... Deimos gets sarcastic and Phillip orders him to leave them alone. Deimos warns the couple this is far from over and storms off ... Justin hopes engaged Adrienne is happy and smiles at her with a twinkle in his eye. He alludes to regrets over the mistakes he has made ... Hope rages at Roman for the police department demanding the impossible - that she actually work with the new D.A. Roman admits there was nothing else Abe could have done. She tosses her badge on the table, quits, and takes off. Roman curses. Rafe goes after her to change her mind ... Andre drops by to visit the new mistress of Marton House - Kate - and coos not to forget their plans. Revenge as a means to an end ... Rafe follows Hope home and reasons she cannot resign. Cos then Aiden wins. She must be on the inside to defeat him at his game! Hopes wishes they knew more about Justin's resignation. Rafe summons him to the house ... Bending down to pick up Tate's fallen toy, Brady has found a telling clue on the floor of Victor's home. He later shows Theresa and checks online, explaining this is the same kind of pill that was used to knock Theresa out when Tate was taken. Theresa thinks this is the proof the police have been waiting for. Brady drops it in a bag and frowns ... Victor comes over to see Deimos about the set up. Deimos drawls he does lie but he is not gloating while they are alone so someone must have set them both up ... Justin comes clean to Hope and Rafe about doing something for the greater good which backfired. Aiden took the evidence against his wrongdoing to Abe and Roman so he was forced to resign. That is all he can say. However, he wants the new criminal D.A. deposed as much as they do ... Chloe gets to thinking and gasps Kate was the one who told Deimos she was pregnant. Phillip wonders ... Champagne Andre and Kate toast to their world domination starting in Salem and he offers her assistance with some minor irritants. She coos she can take care of them and he casts her a sly glance. Andre has big plans for their partnership. He just hasn't told Kate what they all are yet. All in good time ... Nicole comes over as happy as a clam and Deimos kisses her. He anxiously apologizes and admits he got a call about Chloe so he went to confront her. She is pregnant with his baby but is denying it. He will be demanding a test and wanted Nicole to know. Nicole's face falls and she feels her happily ever after slip away. Deimos wants to go out and discuss the drama but Nicole sadly states she needs some time alone to take it all in. He will be waiting. Exit Nicole, to get to the bottom of the baby story herself ... Rafe has a dire warning for Hope. Aiden is gonna re-investigate Stefano's murder so he needs her at his side. They can win if they work together. She agrees to stay and they leave for the station. Hope feels more empowered than before ... Victor is distracted with a drink as he stares out the window. Maggie notices. He admits he went to confront Deimos. However he agrees the whole set up was too tidy. Maggie thinks that is the best news since his brother is not against him. The Greek grimaces they still know not who did this ... Dario shows up at Deimos' front door and talks tough. He warns him not to hurt Nicole or else! Deimos notes he has his nerve and shuts the door. Devoted Dario stomps off ... Chloe is home alone in her hotel room. Nicole arrives and demands she tell the truth for she will know if she is lying.
