There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At the mansion, stressed Sami begs EJ for help. Call the board! This situation is outta control! He quietly agrees with her assessment yet makes no move to take action. She starts to hyperventilate and demands an answer. He sits with his drink, drawling it is indeed dire. However, as per the Stefano school of thought, one does not let personal pressure get tangled with biz. That article Will wrote would have been less problematic had she not named the affair girl! Sami snaps he just wants to protect his HO again. EJ is not impressed she let her rage get the better of her in outing Abigail. This will not bode well with the board. WOT the hell was she thinking? She could have ruined the company with her revenge, even though he has had nothing to do with Abigail for months. She snaps much was written about her so … EJ gets smug she needs his help and taunts he always thought he would tell her to go to hell. Sami waits. She doubts he wants to see the company ruined. He drawls only she and Kate would be ruined and he could not give a damn! Personally that is ... Lucas enters the club after calling a contact for intel on True Vista magazine. He finds Sonny and questions why he is not home with Will, offering his support over the scandalous fallout of his big article. Sonny gives him an intense stare. Will was not that bothered and was boasting about interviews. He is surprised Lucas has not even spoken with him. Lucas is sorry he assumed things, then questions how he could have been given the cover story as his first article. Cos he knows the people on the inside. Lucas notes it is not like him to attack his loved ones like that! Sonny gets elusive and claims not to want to gossip about his significant other. However, he can say the mag did put pressure on him. He now shrugs. Lucas suspects Sami was somehow to blame. Sonny suggests he ask Will what she did. Lucas agrees, states Will is lucky to have him, and exits. Sonny seems to doubt that ... At the apartment, Will assures Abi he wanted to forewarn her but then she got that call that interrupted. She gets glib and sarcastic. Is this really what he thought of her?! She demands an answer, her eyes flashing. He is sympathetic. Abi wants to share how she really feels! She is upset about being called a HO and starts to scream and cry she is family and stood up for him at his wedding! But she is no HO cos she did not take money. However, he got paid for services rendered! Was it payment per word? There were so many and even her mom read it! She screams how much was he paid? $3000. She calls him Judas and wonders whether he is getting a TV deal or movie or book deal. Would he get a cut? He stammers a percentage yes. Now he implores her to please hear him out. Too late. Abigail has worked herself into a hysterical state. She screams he is just like Sami and storms out. Will stands alone. Pretty in pink Nicole has come to visit John, surprised Eric already sits there by the sleeping Salem patient . He assumes she came because of him. She denies it. He blows her off and decides to depart. She points out they will have chance meetings sometimes. He gasps he has to go. Nicole lets him know how she refused her TV producer boss’ request to follow the lead of the big scandal story. She does not wish to hurt Eric! He leers he hates the sight of her and does not even care. She suspects the truth is he cannot help but think about her. Eric soap stares. At the pub, Roman confirms to Marlena that Kristen just got released! She gasps then where is she? The blonde believes the judge was bought by Stefano. Roman assures her the crooked cat is wearing an ankle monitor. Marlena suddenly gets worried about Brady and places a frantic call. Meanwhile in the park, shirtless wonder Brady finds himself the focal point of Kristen, who gushes she is happy they are together again at long last! Brady peers at her without so much as blinking. He stands up, astounded she was released. She flashes her ankle monitor. He gasps why is she here? She pouts he has no idea? He leers he hates her. Does she wish to abduct him like Daniel? If so, bring on the thugs! He can handle all of them! She looks ready to cry. It was a misunderstanding. Brady bitterly remembers her past lies. He is finished with her and her lies! She insists the words she is about to speak are true this time! He shakes his determined head and clenches his fists in fury and frustration. She realizes he is enraged but she always thinks and dreams of him. And he should care because? Because she speaks the truth!She weeps they were to wed on that day! She has had time to reflect and the Brady she fell in love with would listen. She yearns to make things right! Brady can scarcely believe the audacity. He dramatically declares it is too late! It is too late for him, too late for her, and too late for John, whom he put in a coma. It all comes back to just the three of them! Eric now answers his phone to Marlena, who seeks a meeting at the pub. And he should bring Nicole. It concerns … Kristen. Later … Marlena and Roman are at the pub with Kristen and Eric. Marlena requests an update on their testimony at the hearing, then drops a bombshell. The judge let Kristen go! Oooooo. Roman promises to keep them in the loop but must get back to his police duties. Marlena laments it is unfair that Kristen is out free after what Eric had to endure. Eric is more worried about Brady and suggests Marlena look at his office, he will head to the house to find him before his worst nightmare does. They walk out and go their respective ways. Nicole ignores the fact that she is being ignored by Eric and clicks after him regardless. Abi catches her breath outside the club and flashes back to Will not wanting her to see his secret writing. She gets a phone call and lets the press know she has nothing to say. Meanwhile Lucas has been doing some digging and discovers via the phone the owner of that mag is Victor Kiriakis! He now knocks on Will’s door and admits he came as he seeks to understand. A frown creases his brow. He already has a pretty good idea … Abi confronts Sonny at the club for not forewarning her. He is sorry and blames himself, for he was the one who got Will the writing job! He tries to swear her to secrecy but Abigail is not in a sympathetic state of mind. Sonny reasons Will would be destroyed as he does not want to feel dependent. He assures her Will did not provide the publication with her name. That came from another source. This is news to Abi … Meanwhile, Lucas has just dropped a bombshell on Will at the apartment, shattering his glory. Victor Kiriakis owns True Vista! Will gasps Victor? … Abigail wants the name of the person who revealed her name to the magazine. Sonny grows silent. In a matter of seconds, she realizes it was Sami and takes off like a bat out of hell before Sonny can stop her. He sighs. Sami taunts EJ for making it personal. He pours himself another drink and notes she stole the company from him. That was business and she is still out to send him to prison. Sami admits she was a bad girl and argues the company is the legacy they are leaving their children. Dangerous music plays. EJ wonders WOT she would give him in return for the help she so desperately desires. She assumes he wants her in his bed even with such blackmail! EJ drawls wrong answa and walks out the door, ignoring her pleas to stop. She curses and gets a call from Shin, gasping of course things are under control. In reality, however, nothing could be further from the truth … Brady confesses to Kristen he fell into a dark abyss of addiction and hatred. He turned his rage on his father as he was responsible for bringing her into his life. He held him responsible in his drunken high stupor. He even seemed to get addicted to hating his own self ... Then he tragically killed his father, who is dead in his endless coma. Kristen tries to cry no. Brady insists he is gone and not coming back. That means HE killed him! Brady weeps and Kristen disagrees. He gasps he must live with what he has done just as she must live with the knowledge that she was at the root of this hell! That makes her dead to him too! Then he goes. Kristen does not dare follow but gets an outlandish idea … Woeful Will wants to be aloooooone. Lucas would rather stay. Will laments he needs no one’s help and opens the door. Lucas agrees to go and reminds him he is but a phone call away. Once alone, Will pouts. DAMN IT SONNY! Eric is informed by Henderson the butler that the house of Kiriakis is empty. He enters to leave his brother a note and is dismayed to discover Nicole has followed him all the way there. She explains she wants to find her friend Brady. Eric gasps he does not want her near him, though his hooded eyes betray the depth of his desire. She returns his hot look and gasps he does not even know what he wants! She leans her slim form in the fitted pink dress seductively against him. Eric is overwhelmed and whispers to get out. He shoves her out the door and closes it. Then he tries to catch his holy breath … EJ walks through the square, not smiling. Suited Lucas comes alongside him and calls him Don Juan. EJ snaps go to hell. Lucas wants to talk. EJ suggests he talk to Will about decency instead. Lucas will not listen to his psycho spin and accuses him of sleeping with Abigail while being engaged to Sami only for his needs! He destroyed them all! EJ gets sarcastic about Will’s need to have his cover story. Lucas brings up Victor. EJ does not get it. Lucas snaps Victor owns that magazine and therefore really socked it to EJ this time! Sami is desperate to find EJ and throws open the front door. There stands Abi, who throws a slap across her face, calling her a BITCH. Sami slowly wipes her face, out for Abigail’s BLOOD. Sonny gets home to glum Will. He wishes to say something. Will thunders to stop treating him like a child! Sonny’s soulful eyes are filled with remorse. Marlena gets to Brady at the square. He confirms he already spoke with Kristen. She is now gone. But where, wonders Marlena. Meanwhile Kristen is at John’s bedside, his chart in her hand. She greets him and gushes life is strange. Now she knows exactly what her next move is going to be. She smiles a mysterious smile ...! THE END |
