BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS Sonny and Paul are at a table at the club together, having coffee. Sonny states he felt it was the right time to come home for Victor and the clan. Salem will always be his home. Paul smiles it feels surreal having him back. Sonny is sorry for not staying in touch. Paul knew he needed a break. Sonny now opens up about missing Will. He sighs he regrets so much that happened before he left and blames himself. Paul suspects he too played a part ... At home Victor informs Maggie they now know for a fact that Summer took Tate and tells her about the toy found in the room at the other hotel room her note led them to. Maggie has an idea on how they can find Tate ... At the pub Caroline is trying to get Theresa to stay strong and keep the faith. Theresa cries on her shoulder, regretting she did not get more from Summer. Too much time has passed and she has another meltdown ... Meanwhile John and Brady are investigating at the hotel room where Tate must have last been before leaving Salem. "Claire" must have been the alias of the abductress. John and Brady ask the clerk questions. They discover the woman with brown hair and a British accent only checked in for a few hours and was with a baby when she left. BOOM! Meanwhile Maggie wants to get Caroline the psychic involved. Victor quips her visions are gone but Maggie thinks the connection that Tate is her great grandson could help. Victor wants not to stress her. So he says. He steps away to take a call from Justin and sneaky little Maggie makes her own call. Redheads are never predictable ... Maggie calls Caroline on her own and summons her to the house. It is about Tate ... Brady shows the hotel employee a baby picture but the employee cannot say if it was him. Brady starts to snap so John interrupts. Brady is sorry. John believes they are closing in ... Marlena visits Gabi and Ari at the house and smiles Ari reminds her of Will. How she misses him! Gabi assures her she tells her daughter about Will always. She gushes other dad Sonny is back in town. Marlena wonders whether Paul knows ... Sonny insists Paul is NOT to blame for his problems with Will. He simply needed some time to mourn. Paul heard he had a good Paris life. Sonny admits he exaggerated about his great life in Paris and asks Paul about working with John. It is rewarding but the Tate case is troubling. Sonny agrees and now asks if he has a busy social life. Paul gushes he is flying solo and asks about Sonny. Sonny feels like he might never be ready for love again ... Theresa and Caroline are with Victor and hopeful Maggie at the house. Victor frowns. Caroline the clairvoyant would need an object so Theresa hands her Tate's pacifier. Maggie feels they should go to the room where he last was. Her Greek hubby grimaces again ... Paul asks Sonny about his professional plans. He plans to help the family and complains about dangerous Deimos. Sonny declares he would do anything to help Victor ... John summons Paul back to work. Paul and Sonny agree to have lunch another day ... Gabi is thrilled when Marlena informs her of her and John's wedding plans. Marlena makes the moment even better by inviting Ari to be her and John's little flower girl. As soon as Tate is found, they will wed ... Caroline the clairvoyant is closing her eyes at the park where Tate was taken ...Then she is in that last hotel room. Alas she senses nothing. Victor suggests she stop ... Sonny is now with Gabi and has Arianna are on his lap at the house. He has missed his angel and grins this is better than video chats. Gabi is happy as a clam he came home ... All of a sudden Caroline starts to feel dizzy. A vision cometh and it is connected to the phone! Brady glances at Victor. Theresa and Maggie wait with bated breath. Caroline's vision is muffled and she hears not what is being said but Victor was the caller on the phone with the person in the hotel room! Pause. Brady wants to know what she saw and she is not sure what to say! Victor seems to sense she saw him. All eyes are on the matriarch ... Sonny gushes Gabi looks great and is happy to hear she is seeing his cousin JJ. Gabi admits she worries about her guy cos he is obsessed with trying to find Abigail. She does not get how she could leave her child. Sonny was sorry to hear about Abigail and tells curious Gabi he has not been contacted by her. Tis a sad state of affairs. Gabi teases Sonny about his love life. He explains he did no dating in Paris. And now in Salem? She teases him about Paul. He smiles ... Paul joins John at his desk. John updates him on the latest. He has to go out of town for a while and wants son to run the agency in his absence. He is ready. John now gets a lead on his computer and goes to the Brady, Victor and Caroline group. Caroline lied she saw nothing in that vision! John updates them on his hot lead. He has been tracking single women traveling in the right time period with a baby and narrowed it down to three, one of special interest for she fits the description the hotel clerk gave. He and Brady and Theresa can catch a flight to Indianapolis in a couple of hours. The ISA is involved. The name of the woman they want to find is Lauren Cartwright. Caroline covers her mouth with a hand. Victor grimaces again as Maggie sits innocently, unaware ... John returns to Paul and asks him to check out the connection between Deimos and the Chopin group Greek thug while he is away. They discuss Sonny's return. John fears Paul could get hurt again but Paul smiles not this time ... Gabi is all for Paul. However, Sonny states he is not ready. He knows Paul is a great guy. Sonny repeats he is here for the family. He and Paul caught up and he calls him a friend. He hugs and kisses Ari on her head ... John takes Maggie out of the room to ask her a few questions about Summer. Caroline is now alone with Victor and tells him she SAW him taking a call in the past. She saw it when she touched the phone connected to the kidnapper in this very room! Victor insists he is innocent but she knows better! He growls to keep the hocus pocus to herself. Brady comes in and hears the raised voices. Victor covers they are all on edge and gives Caroline a dark stare ... Sonny somehow seems to be withholding something ... John sits with Marlena at the square cafe. She asks where he is headed to now in the world. He brought fancy flowers so she knows what to expect. He drawls he is following a solid lead on Tate. She begs him to stay safe. He will and wants her to remember him by ... sweet kiss alert! ...Victor and Maggie return home. She wonders whether he is cross with her for contacting Caroline. He denies it. She suggests Caroline was hiding something. He denies that too and tries to make her feel better by mentioning the surgery that will make her walk again, suggesting she rest ... Brady is baffled he could not find anything online about a Lauren Cartwright. Theresa is good to go and tells him she could not tolerate another disappointment. He reminds her when they won against Kristen and gives her a pep talk. He wants that fierce female Theresa to be part of his team again and they embrace ... Sonny reads Arianna a space story and Gabi asks why he is smiling. Because it reminds him of the first time Will made Ari pancakes They were such cute bear pancakes that Will would not eat them. Gabi feels Will is watching them smiling and Sonny gets choked up. He gets back to the story ... John valiantly vows to find his and doc's grandson. When he gets back they will have the biggest wedding Salem ever saw! The first time they wed was 30 years ago. He thinks she looks even more stunning than then! I love yous and he kisses her before leaving for his flight. Marlena urges him to stay safe. Her eyes are filled with worry ... Caroline gives Brady and Theresa a heartfelt goodbye. Meanwhile Victor drinks at home alone and remembers. He remembers the phone call he made to his flunky - the woman with the British accent - to make sure nothing would go wrong. Back to reality.
