BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS Deimos the smooth operator has summoned the suddenly demure Nicole to his mansion. Mediterranean music plays in the background. Champagne awaits and he suggests they celebrate ... Chloe comes into the club to meet music man Phillip, sorry for her lateness. She feels queasy in the club and would rather have this meeting held in private. He casually drawls his place or hers ... Chad has not slept or bathed much and looks hung over when crisp lawyer Belle arrives at the mansion. The downtrodden DiMera tells her about Thomas his son being caught up in a custody battle with his stepmother Jen. Belle wants him to clean up his image. Literally. He wants to hire her ... Jen has escorted cousin Hope home. She helps her settle on the sofa after Hope ends a call with dad Doug, explaining she will see him later with Julie. She feels feeble but acts tough. She asks Jen what is the matter, perceiving her somewhat stressed demeanor. Jen actually wants to hire AIDEN to sue for custody of Thomas and says so. Hope is horrified and winces ... Ciara and Claire bump at the square and Claire says she now works for Chloe, it is her start she feels. She is waiting for them to give her songs a chance. Ciara wishes her dressed down friend well ... Chad holds the fire poker and pours coffee. Belle believes they can make a case against Chad, who hired an inexperienced nanny. In addition these days sober Jen might seem more stable. Chad must prove he is a great father. He will do as she suggests and she accepts the job. Chad smiles like a Cheshire cat ... Jen is wearing a white dress to contrast with her wicked plans. Hope is stunned she is serious about hiring someone who attempted to kill her. Jen uses the R word for the first time in her life RUTHLESS. That is what she intends to be for Thomas. Hope wonders whether she just wants to punish Chad for Abigail disappearing. Jen does not deny it. Hope warns her she will not win with Aiden ... Deimos and nervous Nicole are now holding glasses of champagne. He announces things have changed for he made a deal with Victor, giving him Titan. In return their feud is over. Nicole demands to know what exactly Deimos gets. The mansion and some money as he wanted. Nicole notes that is not all this is about. He admits this celebration is for her and she looks down, increasingly uneasy ... Pregnant Chloe does not know she is with child yet and excuses herself to lie down in her hotel room. Claire comes and offers to accompany her. Phil agrees ... She makes a face and he tenderly touches her back, sitting faithfully at her side ... Belle comes up to music man Phil at the club, looking for Claire. She is as cold as ice. He informs her she left with Chloe. Belle is furious as his main investor that he hired her talented daughter to run errands for the likes of Chloe! He thinks she should talk to Chloe about Claire and asks her not to tell Chloe SHE is the big investor. Belle taunts he wants to act like the man in charge and he barks he IS the man in charge ... Diva Chloe is reposing in her hotel room, giving eager Claire administrative orders. She sends her across town for homeopathic medicine. Chloe now stands uncertainly and also departs. She knows what she needs ... Suited Aiden is at his office looking seriously at a file when Jen comes knocking at his open door. He thinks she comes to blast him but Jen is here to HIRE him ... Hope has updated Rafe on Jen's idea. He calls her cousin crazy. Hope laments the lack of proof they have against Andre or Aiden. Rafe insists he will find proof Aiden wanted to blow them up. Hope asks him not to take any more unnecessary risks ... Deimos declares he has changed for Nicole but she knows about payback impulses. He reasons alas they are human. However, they are smart enough to overcome. He adds she makes him a better man. She notes he did not give Victor back everything. The Greek gushes he wants to love and look after her. Nicole melts as he gets closer. He murmurs he wants to give her everything her heart desires and takes her hand. He moves in for a kiss and they proceed to deep kiss and make out on the sofa ... Phil wonders whether Belle is going to pull out, leaving him high and dry. She assures him she wanted him to get his chance. He assures her he did want Claire to succeed. But Belle is not happy he did not sign Claire yet. Phil insists he supports Claire's dream but Belle believes college would help her understand the business side of music. He suggest she support her daughter's decision but Belle hates her getting coffee for Chloe. They bicker and Phillip bellows she used to be his daughter too! Pause ... Rafe fibs he will back off. Hope begs him to take a step back and touches his chest. She would rather they focus on the future and leave the investigation to Roman. Rafe agrees and kisses her ... Chloe comes home with a pregnancy test in a paper bag ... Jen audaciously announces she wishes to hire Aiden to sue for custody of Thomas cos she feels Chad is an unfit father. He anxiously asks if she spoke to Hope. She refuses to discuss Hope with him. Aiden turns her down. Jen points out he could prove himself by helping her. Aiden is aware he hurt Hope and this would hurt her more so he politely declines ... Rafe and Hope stop kissing on the sofa when Shawn and Ciara come in. Rafe is out of breath and gushes he has to get to the station. They thank him for being a hero. Rafe proudly adds Hope was also a hero. They saved one another ... Chloe is soap staring at the pregnancy stick with her beautiful bothered eyes ... Nicole and Deimos get hot and heavy on the sofa until she sits up and takes off, gasping she cannot. Demos finds himself alone again ... At the station Commissioner Roman is calling for intel on the explosive company he is trying to trace. Rafe enters and he explains John is helping him on another level. Rafe points out he promised Hope he would not go after Aiden or Andre. Roman realizes he loves her a lot ... Ciara and Hope are deciding on a movie and Shawn is glad Ciara is home. Hope asks her daughter about Chad. Ciara states it is a tough time as Abigail remains missing. However, he is managing. Hope feels the need to nap. Shawn must go to the office to work and tells Ciara to call him if needed. She wants to get groceries and also goes, noting now Aiden is out of their lives ... Shawn stops at the club. He overhears Phillip warning Belle she will start a war with Claire. He snaps to mind his own business ... Ciara stops by DiMera mansion to check on Chad. He is clean and dressed. He tells her about his court case. Ciara gushes she is here for him and will do whatever he needs. He thanks her with a smile and she blushes ... Deimos goes for a walk. He spies Chloe sitting alone on a park bench, staring into space. He wonders what is the matter. Chloe cannot look him in the eye. She gasps to mind his own business and storms off. Deimos soap stares ... Nicole leaves Dario a voice mail but she has only Deimos on her mind. She sips coffee at the square and starts to text ... Jen is also at the square and Chad suddenly stands in her way ... The gloves are officially off. Chad has heard that Jen met with Aiden! Jen just wants Thomas safe. Chad talks tough. Abigail would be appalled and he will see Jen in court! Aiden is reading online that the explosion Hope was in is under investigation ... Meanwhile Roman informs Rafe he is about to meet with forensics for an update. Rafe will try and stay true to his promise. He will stay out of this case, unless Aiden makes another move ... Home alone, Hope has a nightmare that she needs to shoot Aiden to save Ciara and wakes up in pain. No one is there and she lies back down. But she feels the pressure of her predicament.
