She sits up in bed and remembers him wanting her to remember their amazing love. Ben stirs and their eyes emotionally lock. She opens the door to the singing birds and calls him a gentleman kidnapper. She vows to wed Theo. Ben cannot accept it. She decides to walk back to Salem but stops when he begs her to stay ... She gets the boxes out, noting nothing will come between her and Theo. Ben gets her to agree to stay for just one plate ... Belle returns with Eli. Claire and Allie assume they are free. Belle warns they will have to tell Eli everything, including where Ben took Ciara. No can do ... Ben and Ciara eat the cold Chinese food and Ben offers her General Sau’s chicken just like their first date. It became their trademark. She laughs she is not likely to remember from food. Ben brings up past moments. Ciara warns tis not working and she will not fall for him again. He agrees she can go after she has finished her gourmet Chinese breakfast, but he senses he is close to a breakthrough ... Paulina wanted to help. Lani blasts her and brings up Price Town. She suggests she wants to buy Abe and the family’s forgiveness, but their love cannot be bought. She tears down the reward poster and crumples it. Paulina is hurt and calls her cold hearted. Lani denounces her again. Abe tries to stop her. Paulina will pray for Ciara, is sorry and departs. Abe now lectures Lani for going too far ... The wedding drama duo get a lecture from Belle. There is proof they were plotting with Ben, so they could be facing prison. Is Ben worth their liberty ... Ciara promises to send help when she gets to Salem but warns Ben he will be arrested. Ben insists she open the last fortune cookie. Tis like their first date. The first fortune was good things come to those who wait. Then Ciara opened hers, which said the date would conclude with a kiss. That moment marked their first real kiss. - Back to the present. Ben insists their fortunes from that day came true. They were destined to be together. Ciara starts to look a little mesmerized ... Tripp and Chanel are relieved to see Allie and Claire at the station, until Eli explains they must stay until they cooperate. Belle cannot change their minds. Tripp and Chanel beg Belle to do something after Eli escorts them away ... Lani points out Paulina played them. Abe argues this time she tried to help. Theo wants to focus on Ciara but refuses to have breakfast first. He is desperate to get to his almost bride before he loses her to Ben forever ... Ciara claims she feels nothing and stares at the singing birds outside. Ben uses the F word. Fate. He tells her of the fortune cookie sign he got when she was presumed dead. He still feels her love and is desperate to reach her. She blinks back her tears and agrees to read the last cookie so long as that is the end of it. She takes out the fortune and Ben waits with bated breath ... - Belle goes to appeal to the D.A. Chanel insists she and Tripp do something ... Abe sits with Lani at the pub and reminds her Paulina took a loss to do the right thing for the town. He senses Lani and her aunt still love one another and wonders why she cannot forgive ... Theo comes to see Paulina and thanks her for helping him locate Ciara. She just got a call about the missing bride's location ... Ciara sees the fortune simply says yes. Ben is surprised. Ciara heads for the open door as Ben hangs his handsome head in sorrow. But then something wonderful happens. She remembers his fortune cookie romantic proposal and the memories come flooding back. Ben jumps up and begs her not to fight the feeling. She pauses and remembers the most important fortune of all. Will you marry me? Then she gasps and gazes at her destiny.
