The computer suddenly frees up and she suggests a glitch. The songbird sweetly offers to drive him out for dinner. She dangles her corporate card. He growls to go dine with Brady. He adds she drove him home and did not return to the pub, where he was waiting. Turns out she did not see his sweet text and apologizes. She was tired and turned in early. Phil snaps at least she did not spend the night with him. Chloe gets offended. Phil apologizes. She assures him he is the one she wants but he must trust in her. He agrees to grow up, calls himself lucky and kisses his dream girl. If only he had headed home too instead of getting mixed up in Sami and Lucas’ mess ... Sami screams like a banshee as Lucas swears he did not give Philip the letter! Sami does not buy it ... - Ava came for Nicole, who sadly states Rafe offered his shoulder cos Sami murdered her marriage ... Lucas is crushed by Sami’s doubt. Back in Rafe’s cozy kitchen Gabi claims she put a key logger on Phil’s computer. She will get all his passwords and more. Jake is mighty impressed. He will neva forgive Samantha and bids sister a good night. Then he lifts the lavish Tuscan necklace he had bought for Sami for being such a wonderful wife ... Sami denies her marriage is done. Lucas reminds her EJ ordered her out of the mansion. She points out they are passionate peeps. EJ appears. Sami dismisses Lucas, who departs hanging his head. EJ declares her bags are packed and dangles the expensive necklace she left in their lavish bedroom ... Kissing Chloe and Phil area about to go. Lucas comes by to discuss something urgent. Chloe will see Phil at home. Lucas now updates Phil on EJ giving Sami the boot. Alas Sami believes he was the one who gave Phil the letter. Phil offers to enlighten her. Lucas laments her loving EJ more, so he has no hope in hell ... EJ drops the necklace and cruelly calls it payment for services rendered. Sami picks it up from the floor and smiles she is staying. She is Ari’s grandmother and Gabi owns the mansion so she will let her stay. EJ coldly claims he cares not if she remains, but they will never reconcile. She smiles he still loves her and goes to see Gabi ... - The Gabi hisses the plan was her idea! Jake argues he has better CEO experience. Gabi blows up because he does not want her as his boss. He argues she is his girlfriend, and it would be weird working under her. Ooooo ... Lucas sighs Sami chose the bad guy again. Phil tells him t’was a major mistake and walks his unhappy brother home. Seconds later his Titan computer downloads sneaky software and restarts ... Nicole thanks her friends but would rather be alone. Rafe reminds her he is always a call away. Ava flashes back to Nicole being overprotective about her pal Rafe. She believed Nicole wanted him then. She now remembers Rafe’s denial that he felt romantic about Nicole ... Jake changes the chill by getting frisky with Gabi and they head to the bedroom ... EJ speaks to Stefano’s silent portrait. He vows revenge on Samantha for humiliating him. Phoenix music plays ... Sami knocks at Rafe’s red kitchen door and calls out for Gabi. No one is there. All of a sudden a black gloved hand chloroforms her from behind.
