At Kiriakis mansion Victor is informed by Maggie that Sonny has someone new. Enter Viv grinning to get her a dirty martini. They stop playing cards ... Marlena leaves Abigail a message about a double appointment to get her mind under control. Meanwhile at DiMera mansion Stefan insists Laura let fake Gabi out. She refuses. He begs Gabby to come to him ... The jury has just found Gabi guilty of murder. She cries she is innocent. The judge hits his hammer. Justin makes her sit back down but then she runs to the judge gasping Abigail lied ... Stefan calls Laura a quack and urges Gabby to get out. He needs her. Mission accomplished. The temptress removes her glasses and gushes she missed him too. Then they kiss on the lips and he responds like a man possessed ... At the square Leo acts surprised. They passionately kiss ... Justin tries to reason with hothead Gabi and assures her he will appeal. He informs the judge and Trask suggests life in prison without parole ... Back at Kiriakis mansion Victor is irate when Viv makes herself a martini. Maggie wonders what she wants. To make amends. Victor reminds her of her threats against Titan and Sonny. She sweetly states she was hurt and wants to move on ... Leo fumes Sonny is being unfair but Sonny states sleeping with someone at the workplace is a bad idea. He adds Leo could still turn down the job if he really wants to be with him ... Trask tells the judge of all the felons is Gabi’s family. Justin suggests a monitor bracelet since Gabi only wants to be with her little girl. Trask adds she is no first time offender. The judge decides to remand her into custody until her appeal. Gabi is crushed ... Marlena informs Kayla she is currently waiting for Abigail and vows to help her overcome ... Stefan stops. Fake Gabi says to make looooove to her. He gasps they should get a luxury suite downtown. The she gets a splitting headache and tells him they should go up to his room. Stefan is worried about being in the house not only because of Chad but also because of Abigail ... Sonny lets Leo know they cannot have a relationship if they work at the same place. Leo wants the job he earned fair and square with his application. Sonny sadly states then he can no longer see him. Leo asks what he can do to make him change his mind. Sonny sighs he cannot cross such a line and is sorry. Leo snaps then he will see him at the office and walks away ... Prissy Vivian claims to want a truce. Victor snaps her son is no match for Sonny ... Stefan warns fake Gabi that Abigail’s love for Chad is intense and she could reappear in this house with the reminders of their life all around. Fake Gabi admits she remembers Abigail already came out ... Chad hangs his head as Rafe assures Gabi he will bring Ari to see her after he explains. Trask suggests Rafe should not have the chance to give his sister preferential treatment and suggests Statesville. Justin objects. Trask suggests the daughter might not even be safe seeing a double murdering mother. The judge agrees. Trask leers Gabi should not have turned down her plea deal and blames her lawyer. Then she takes her triumphant leave. Gabi cries she hates the beech. Justin sighs so does he ... Stefan assumed only Laura had been out lately in Salem. Fake Gabi fills him in on her and Laura having a power struggle and Abigail escaping to meet with Marlena. Stefan starts to panic. Fake Gabi assures him she did not confess to killing Andre at least. Stefan warns Marlena could send her to the insane asylum so she tells him what she heard Abigail say about the memory lapses and voices in her mind. Marlena deduced she had a case of D.I.D. Stefan knows what that means ... Kayla is relieved Abigail is getting the best help. Marlena thanks her and suggests she and Steve dine with her and John soon. Kayla would like that and takes her leave. Marlena sits back at her desk and realizes her glasses are gone. Now she knows the person who left her office was Dr. Laura and leaves to get to the bottom of the matter ... Justin is so sorry and heads off to start Gabi’s appeal. She cries to Rafe this is worse than what happened with Nick for she is completely innocent. Rafe assures her Justin will appeal and he himself intends to investigate until he catches the real killer of Andre DiMera. Gabi cries her heart out on his shoulder ... Back at Kiriakis mansion Maggie and Victor are alone again. He warns her that witch Vivian was up to something. They must be vigilant ... At the park Leo complains to Vivian that Sonny dumped him. She loves it and tells him his new mission is to work for Sonny aaaand ... Justin meets Sonny at the square cafe, sorry to say that Gabi was found guilty all because of what Abigail claimed. Sonny worries about Ari. Justin intends to appeal and Rafe will discuss Ari with both Will and Sonny. He sighs Gabi is being sent to Statesville ... Rafe urges his sister to be strong and now it is Chad’s turn to say goodbye. He vows to prove Stefan killed Andre and set up Gabi with his mystery woman. Furthermore he feels Stefan messed with Abigail’s mind. Gabi cries she cannot spend her life locked away for a crime she did not commit ... Back at DiMera mansion Stefan warns fake Gabi that Marlena might integrate her and get rid of the alters. Fake Gabi updates him on Laura agreeing to an appointment today.
