Will thanks phone Adrienne for hiring him at the Spectator. Sonny asks who the new hire is and is surprised to hear it is Will ... Viv sips her martini at the club. Paul walks out and runs into Leo. He has not seen Sonny. Leo wishes him a good night. Paul now calls Kate that Vivian has done nothing odd so far. He is done tonight. Kate suggests he stay on her for she trusts neither Stefan nor his mother ... Chad wants to know who the woman with the dark hair in the footage was. Stefan warns he might regret asking ... Marlena calms Abigail down in her office and asks what she is afraid of. Going mad ... Stefan states the woman Chad saw in Hong Kong was Gaby. Chad gets mad and rages like Stefano. Stefan is sorry he does not like the answer and elegantly walks out ... Abigail brings up Ben. Marlena advises her to breathe and explain what has been happening. She is not sure though there are lapses in her life. Marlena asks about the frequency. Longer and now she has lost days. Marlena the emotional healer wants to help. Abigail admits she knows not how she even ended up in Hong Kong. Marlena starts to look worried ... Sonny assures Adrienne he likes how she helped Will. They are both moving on. She teases him about liking Leo. Sonny smiles and blushes. She wishes him all the happiness and has to get ready for her romantic French restaurant dinner with Justin. Justin walks in and complains about his bad day, adding he wishes he could crawl into bed. Sonny makes himself scarce ... Paul and Will celebrate Will’s new job with a beer in the room. Paul updates him on Kate hiring him to tail and expose Vivian. All she did was have martinis today. But Paul will be patient and it will pay off ... Leo sits near Vivian, who is there to meet her son, and goes to a more private table so Sonny will not see them together. Stefan updates Vivian on his Hong Kong trip going to hell ... Marlena asks Abigail how much she can remember. That Kayla wanted her to have tests. She was in her office and then woke up in Hong Kong with no memory of flying from Salem. Stefan had stated they were on a business trip. She felt like she had been in a deep sleep and was wearing a wig. Marlena asks why. Stefan had said it was a Gabi Chic promotion. Then she woke up on the stairs in her house with more confusion. Eerie music plays as she gasps what has been happening to her?? ... Will has read all about Vivian burying people alive but Paul already knows. Will is worried about him. Paul promises to be careful and asks what they can do tonight. Will smiles stay in and kisses him ... Vivian has heard all about Laura taking over Abigail and taking her home. She wishes her unhappy son had heeded her warnings. He sighs he might never see his Gaby again ... Kate comes across Chad standing over the upset chess table and asks who the sore loser was. He explains what Stefan admitted but he denied offing Andre. When he asked him about the woman with dark hair he lied it was Gabi. He now updates her on what Abigail claimed in court ... Marlena talks blood tests and MRI, the fact that Abigail’s were normal. Abigail admits the episodes started after Andre died. She also had dreams about him. She checks and finds a Hong Kong stamp on her passport, which means that was not a dream ... Adrienne massages Justin’s shoulders and reminds him of their romantic date night. He wonders what time the reservation is for and assumes she made it ... At the club Sonny has spied Vivian and complains to Leo about the loon ... Vivian is dismayed that Stefan is still pining after fake Gabi, who is not even real ... Kate asks Chad whether he believes what Abigail said. Cos she doesn’t. Chad is at a loss and knows they are missing a piece to this puzzle ... Marlena asks Abigail if she confided in Chad. Not yet as she came right over when she came to on the stairs. Abigail attempts to remember more. Marlena tells her to breathe and think back to what she was doing before. She remembers hearing voices about unlocking the door and admits to Marlena said voices were all in her head ... Justin, who made no reservation, surprises Adrienne with a romantically set table with burgers. She loves it. He promises work will never come first and they kiss in bliss ... After the lovin Paul asks Will what is on his mind. He laments he might have lost his ability to be a good writer. Paul points out it is his passion like the awesome article he wrote about him. His writing is award worthy. Will calls himself neurotic. Paul teases he is within his rights after all the drama. Will wonders what he first thought when he met him back then. Paul grins he thought he was a hot guy who asked good questions. Will smiles. The mood is light ... Viv can sympathize with Stefan losing in love. She feels empty as Victor chose her over cream puff Maggie ... Sonny informs Leo that Vivian even threatened him but he is not worried. He now leaves for a walk with Leo ... Vivian drinks up as Stefan checks his phone ... Will praises Paul for his fearless confidence. He wonders where it comes from. Probably his baseball days. However he has had his lion’s share of insecurity when it comes to relationships. He laughs how lousy he was at asking out a guy back in the day. He had commitment phobia and feared being alone. Will admits he felt alone in Memphis. Paul points out now they are both in a better place, beyond his wildest dreams. They share a poignant kiss. Meanwhile Leo kisses Sonny goodnight at his door and wonders whether he should join him inside. Sonny pauses until Leo talks connection ... Chad continues to complain to Kate about Stefan. Kate wonders whether Abigail was brainwashed by him. Chad starts to wonder and goes to see if Abigail is awake yet ... Abigail stammers there were voices and laments like Laura. Marlena asks her to explain what those voices said and whether they sounded like anyone she knew. Like her. And they were addressing each other. Marlena asks about any hallucinations. Not that she knows of. Abigail now realizes she knows exactly what is haunting her and waits with dread ... Paul has enjoyed his and Will’s pillow talk. Will teases there is still enough time to watch Viv at Doug’s Place. Paul tells him he saw Leo, who was meeting Sonny. He hopes they are happy ... Inside the Kiriakis foyer Sonny pops his head into the living room and bids his friendly parents goodnight. Then he sneaks Leo up to his room ... Stefan sits alone at the park, seeking some fresh air. He sighs ... Chad returns to Kate, baffled by Abigail’s disappearance. He knows not where oh where she could be ... Marlena would rather not say what ails Abigail yet. The girl suddenly gets a splitting headache and then sits in Marlena’s chair, primly putting on her glasses. Dr. Laura sternly warns Dr. Evans that Abigail was not yet ready to hear that she has dissociative identity disorder. Eerie music plays as Marlena returns her stare ... STAY TUNED! |
