Monday April 28, 2014 Episode 12,326 - At the apartment, Gabi goes to the crying baby and leaves a legal document on the sofa. Tis the first draft of the custody agreement drawn up by Aiden. Enter Will. He takes a sneak peek at said custody agreement and frowns. He keeps reading in sheer horror. Gabi returns with the baby and Will is close to tears that she would try and take his daughter away from him! She demands the papers back. Will wants her to stop acting like this is nothing, when it is tantamount to cutting him out of their daughter’s life. She denies it. He snaps she had her lawyer reduce his visitation to every other weekend! Gabi insists she does not wish to keep him from his daughter. Will now comes to a logical conclusion. This was the doing of NICK! - EJ is impatiently on his phone, complaining to his man about the ferry waiting area cameras not being in operation. He slams down the phone, then looks at the damning photograph. He flashes back, then remembers that particular picture was from another time he and Abigail were at the cabin together. That means it was another day altogether. He calls flunky Carmine, ordering him to get that proof! - Nick has just been ambushed by Ben at the park, believing him to be a threat to the Abigail of his dreams. He rages to shut his mouth and stay away from her, ready to rough him up. Push comes to shove between the two. Abigail jumps between them and exclaims what is Ben doing! Ben remains belligerent, adamant Nick was harassing his friend. Abigail assures Nick she has this and he goes in a huff about her overprotective pal. Ben still believes the guy was harassing her and would appreciate a thank you. But Abigail does not have one. She no longer seems to believe in the notion of a knight in shining armor. - At the hospital, Jordan updates Marlena on their mutual patient feeling fit enough to conquer the treadmill. Jordan now realizes she missed an important text from Rafe. Marlena teases that would be very important! - At the pub, Nicole wants Rafe to make Liam go away and tells him to just do it. Rafe laughs he was not thinking illegal, though. He asks for the whole truth and promises not to judge. Silence. Rafe wonders what she has gone and done now. Nicole is very sorry she took advantage of their friendship and should have known better. Rafe realizes she does not want to spill. He gets even more worried. She explains she will figure a way out. Rafe assures her he knows how she can do it too. - Dan explains to Eric at his place that he does not think Theresa was alone or calling the shots in his setup. - Jen notices Liam standing in the cabin doorway, watching her. She smiles why did he come? To see her and talk. He shuts the door and confirms he followed her all the way to the ferry. Jen suddenly decides she should catch the ferry back so they will have to talk while they walk. He blocks her path. The fair Jen gasps what is he doing? - EJ is on his phone again, triumphantly ordering a photograph of every single person who boarded the ferry on the day and time in question. He now knows it to be the correct day and on that date the cameras were fully functional so he expects results shortly. - Jordan blushes and gushes. Marlena could not help but notice the happy couple together at Will and Sonny’s wedding. He is quite a guy! Jordan is too shy to share more but agrees. Marlena goes and Jordan gets back to her text. - Rafe suggests Nicole confide in Eric about whatever is troubling her. Most of the time honesty is the best policy after all. Nicole slyly smiles and flashes back to her document misadventure. She decides he is right and thanks him for being a friend. He thinks the same of her. They go their separate ways and he wishes her luck. - Nick is walking and texting at Horton town square, hanging his head. Maggie the shopper wants a word. She can see he is upset and urges him to open up to her. He admits at times it gets to him the shoddy way people in this town treat him. The redhead is sympathetic. Nick would rather not stress or obsess and boasts he will soon get his happily ever after in Salem. Things are going his way. He gets a call and excuses himself. Then he kisses his aunt and goes on his delusional way. She whispers to take care. - Dan and Eric go over the seriousness of the situation. Eric still suspects Theresa the terrible, but Dan thinks the bad actress did not seem guilty when he accused her. She was clearly not the mastermind. But if Anne were, he cannot imagine she would keep the planting of those pills in his apartment a secret from her flunky. The mastermind must hate him a great deal. Eric suggests involving the police. Dan would rather wait. He feels he can unravel the mystery on his own. He knows there is someone who could help him connect the dots. If only she would! - Liam implores Jen not to shut him out. She bids him sit down for a glass of water. He gasps it will not help. She asks him to tell her what troubles him. He chants she knows already, she knows! Jen blinks her baby blues. - Jordan flounces into the pub with stars in her eyes, her cheeks aglow, and kisses Rafe. She is sorry she was late. He notes he is busy too with his full police caseload. Then there is the matter of his sister Gabi, who has lost her mind! Jordan thinks it is love. Rafe doubts it. Jordan sweetly suggests he talk to her. The girl does look up to him. Rafe notes like her brother Ben looks up to her ... - Abigail refuses to thank cowboy Ben for attacking her cousin. It was a family argument. Ben will not say he is sorry and saunters off. Abigail now gets a call from nurse Maxine. The girl hopes she got her message! - Gabi denies this was Nick's idea and claims she too was surprised. The lawyer just started with a tough agreement as a negotiating tactic. She suspects EJ will do the same for Will. Will emotionally insists he would never try and keep their daughter out of her life. Gabi promises Will things will work out well and leaves him with the baby. Will holds the pink baby in his arms and makes a frantic call. - EJ's phone rings. Tis client William with a problem. He needs a few minutes of his time to go over the custody chaos. EJ will be there shortly. He locks the Abigail picture in the DiMera desk drawer and heads out, leaving the door to the living room open. - Nicole almost bumps into the bank employee at the square, who hands her the photo of Jen, which her "husband" dropped at the safety deposit box. Nicole now realizes the loon's target is Jennifer - that is who he plans to tell what she had done. She takes off to track her down. - Liam has something to tell Jen and calls them friends. He then gets mad that she only acts like Dan is in her world. He calls him an addict cos there were pills in his place! Ominous music plays. Jen gasps how did he know that ...? - Will starts to open the door, thanking EJ for coming so fast, only to find Marlena standing there. He stammers he put the baby down for a nap. She is content to stay and visit with him then. Will presents her with a gift from him and Sonny. Tis a beautiful photo of the three of them at the wedding. Marlena is much moved. Enter EJ, drawling he came as fast as he could. EJ explains to the curious grandmother they have something to discuss. Marlena sits primly on the sofa and suggests they proceed. She promises not to interrupt! - Gabi walks and talks with Nick at the town square. He makes light of Will misunderstanding the agreement. It was simply standard wording on the part of the lawyer. Gabi thinks they should be less cut throat, then mumbles Will thought Nick was behind it. Nick quips of course, then points out Will does not want to fight. In the meantime, she has her great lawyer and also him. He hugs her and vows not to let her down. She acts like she believes him. He kisses her. - Nicole is trying to get an answer at the Horton house front door but Jen is not home. Maggie opens the door and Nicole insists she needs to know where Jen is. - Jen wonders whether Liam overheard something at the hospital and notes it would not be professional to gossip. Liam leers he worked hard to make things right and no matter what she would not believe him, even after he put those pills in there. Jen's eyes widen in horror. YOU! - Rafe explains to Jordan that Ben issued him a warning. She is sorry he is such a hot head. Rafe calls him concerned about his sister. - Bartender Ben tries to keep himself busy at the club as he flashes back to attacking Nick. Abigail was wrong. He just knows that guy is nothing but trouble ... - Nicole is desperate to know where Jen is, who she is with. - Jen gasps why did Liam plant the pills? What else could he do?! She tossed him aside for the guy who will only break her heart again. Jen screams how could he do such a thing to Dan! He cries he wanted her to love him and breaks down. She means everything to him! Liam is finally showing his true colors and they are all shades of LOON. - EJ quietly reads over Gabi's proposed custody agreement as Marlena calls it absurd. EJ confirms one does always ask for more than one hopes to get. However, he cannot say this is standard. He also wants to know what else Will might know about Gabi and her lawyer. Will explains Nick was present at their meeting though Gabi swore he had no say in the document. EJ muses not in their presence perhaps. Will wonders. EJ advises him to keep his perspective. Will has a bad feeling this situation could deteriorate. EJ insists he will protect his interests. Nicholas Fallon is a non-issue. Of that he is certain. They are simply getting started and he is confident Nick Fallon will not pose any problem. - Meanwhile a copy of the surveillance photo is printed out at an office. It shows Percy - the bird watcher in the woods - standing in line at the ferry waiting area the day the damning photos were taken, a few people behind Abigail! - Nick is kissing Gabi on a bench, wishing they could be aloooooooone. They are interrupted by a familiar voice. GREETINGS! Tis Percy, with final lab reports for Nick to sign off on. So he says. Nick assures Gabi she is his top priority. - Rafe is seeking to understand why Jordan's brother would talk tough with him, issuing him a warning. Jordan blurts out it is because she told him she LOVES Rafe! - Abigail storms up to working boy Ben at the club. She was not finished! He was and is busy working. She declares she will wait until he is done working. Unshaven Ben keeps his back to her and she accuses him of threatening Nick. Ben turns around and notes no guy should ever talk to her that way. She snaps she was trying to make a point. He drawls so was he. - Maggie suggests Nicole call her new pal Jen herself. She did but got no answer. Nicole implores her to tell her where Jennifer is right this minute. - Dan informs Eric how glad he is that Jen is now at the cabin, getting some much needed peace and quiet. It gives him comfort, it does ... - Jen points out she and Liam merely had a few dates. He considered her his last chance girl. Three strikes and he was out! He rants they are all the same! He thought Jen would be different and he would be able to put the pain of the past behind him. He had no choice. What else could he do?! Jen wonders what he did, her eyes filled with dread. He admits he was enraged. She deduces he made the mean posts and doctored photo of her. Liam does not deny it and blames her blind faith in Daniel. He had to make her see that she was choosing the wrong man! Jen suspects Liam knows what he did was wrong, hence his appearance at the cabin. She promises his pain can go away. She will help him find help and this will all be over. He gets a strange look in his eye and agrees he wants this to be OVER. - At the town square, Percy politely thanks Nick for his signature and walks away. Nick gets back to glum Gabi and tries to put her fears to rest. Everything will work out for the three of them - him, her and Ari. She needs to trust in him. Gabi is still not smiling. - Dan complains to Eric about his inability to get answers from Theresa the terrible. Eric jumps up with a new idea. - Maggie finally admits that Jen is at the Horton cabin on Smith Island. Nicole soap stares. - Jen gently tells Liam they can head back to Salem together and get him some help. But that is not what he has in mind. He dramatically declares it is too late for him as well as her and whips out his gun. Jen gasps in soap opera horror as he eyes her like a loon with a death wish. Dangerous music plays ...
