She is back from her big story in Chicago and could not call cos ... Eric gets his charger with a grin and calls her cute. They kiss over the bar in bliss ... Kayla asks Steve about his Abigail encounter. He updates her on the girl lamenting losing the man she loved. She claimed she fought with Chad who did not believe her. But then she claimed Chad’s actions were worse than Stefan’s. Kayla sighs they now know what she meant. Steve regrets letting the girl get away. Kayla assures him it was not his fault ... Replay of Ciara sweetly thanking Tripp and deciding to expose Claire. Claire does the math when Wyatt comes looking for his phone and reads the text about her being a cheating beech. She panics Ciara! ... Tripp tells Ciara he wishes she would not have done that. He cares not who Bella’s new face is but he worries she might be the winner and things will change ... Miguel updates his boss on the phone in Spanish and English. He will be back to the club when the drugs start to do their work on Lucas ... Inside Chloe wants a selfie of herself, Brady, Eve and Lucas. Brady wants to take Eve on their date and offers to pick up the club tab. Chloe refuses after all he has done for her. He assures her she will have her own suite. She talks work. He feels all will be well for a few days. He arranged for Maggie to take care of Tate. She calls it crazy. He calls it fate and reminds her of the engagement ring he still carries around. Eve kisses him and he smiles where to? Spring in Paris! At the loft Claire gasps and complains to Wyatt about sneaky Ciara getting into his phone! They are both busted ... Ciara refuses to back away but Tripp reminds her of the reason she entered the contest. She is not the real insecure one it is Claire, who only pretends to be confident! Claire is in a bad way which was why he voted for her. He assumed Ciara was way ahead. Ciara will consider but first she will confront Claire. She wants him to come. Eve and Brady happen by. Ciara drops her bombshell about Claire cheating. Eve is baffled. Tripp insists it is true. Ciara enlightens them on someone helping her and heads off with Tripp to confront her ... He smiles he feels the same way and promises they will get it right this time. They pinky swear ... Ciara screeches at Claire for cheating just as she did when she thwarted her letter to Theo. Wyatt apologizes as she blasts him too. He blurts out he wanted to get her back cos if she lost by one vote ... Tripp and Ciara are disgusted. Wyatt points the finger at Claire cos it was her idea ... Brady assures Eve he had nothing to do with Claire cheating. Eve feels like a fool. She hisses she will never trust him again ... Claire denies lying to Tripp cos Theo never helped her cheat. He never asked about Wyatt though. He is appalled she made him look so bad to Ciara. She reasons she would be the better face of Bella anyway. Ciara snaps it was a contest which she won and she stole it! She triumphantly adds she told Eve and Brady but not the name of her flunky ... Brady swears he did not do it. Eve calls him a cool liar just like before! He does admit he advised Claire her to use her social media followers but ... Eve thinks that is plenty proof. Brady urges her to believe he did not do it, nor did he encourage Claire to cheat ... Back at the club Lucas starts to slur ... Eve assumes Brady wining and dining her was just to get back her share of Titan. Brady begs her to stop. He starts to hyperventilate it was not him and she wonders what is wrong ... Ciara tells Wyatt to get lost. He reminds her they had fun together and is sorry. She sniffles he is just sorry he was caught. Tripp tells him to get out. First he gets his cell phone back. Claire offers to resign as the new face of Bella but Ciara gets even madder. She will not make this easy for her. Claire gets tears in her eyes ... Miguel informs his boss on the phone he is headed back to the club ... Eve angrily deduces Brady has been drinking on the sly. He denies it ... Claire woefully apologizes and admits she was jealous of Ciara and Tripp getting closer as a couple when Theo was halfway around the world. She cries they must hate her and is sincerely sorry. She swears she will never do such a thing again and retreats to her room. Tripp gives Ciara a look and she lets out s sigh ... Lucas decides to slow dance with Chloe at the club. They are the last ones left. He laughs he wanted to get in touch for years but feared she would reject him. She can relate but wishes he had called her cos he was on her mind. He could always bring a smile to her face. And his jokes were second to none. He remembers it well and roguishly refers to their compatibility in other ways. He also appreciates the operatic sacrifice she has made. She loves this life in Salem with Parker and has no regrets, especially about their romance. Lucas now steals a long kiss ... Brady denies drinking. Eve disagrees and denounces him. But Brady is in bad shape ... Back at the pub Jenny hears her phone is charged. Eric locks up. She sees all the messages from Hope and gets a live call from Kayla. Kayla is sorry to say there is an APB out on Abigail. Jen is horrified and wonders what her daughter did ... Ciara is sorry she was so mean to Tripp before. He calls her the new face of Bella. She admits she wanted to make him jealous but will no longer do things like that cos she does not want to be another Claire. Tripp wants to go back to how they were before and they kiss ... Lucas feels he and Chloe should spend the night together. She reminds him one has to wait a while after a relapse. No need to move a relationship fast. Matter of fact romantic Chloe likes the idea of courtship. Lucas laughs he can court! She walks him to the door and agrees to see him tomorrow. He teases he will court her starting tomorrow. However, the minute he is gone Miguel emerges from the shadows. Chloe gasps in surprise. He is sorry and had hoped she would cooperate but ... Brady gasps he feels strange. He tells Eve he would do anything for her. She scoffs he can drink himself to death for all she cares and turns away. The soap hunk starts to sway and goes down! STAY TUNED |
