Episode 12,324

- Sami drops by the apartment, much to Sonny's surprise. Will says his bad, he forgot to say she was on her way. Sami stammers about not wanting to come off pushy. The guys laugh in unison. She is there to
see Gabi. Will explains she is not home and might not be back for a
wee while. Sami scoffs she must be with Nick! Will solemnly folds his arms. Sonny states at least she and Nick are not running around in secret. It is best they went public. Will adds he has also mentioned the custody agreement so soon there will be no more walking on eggshells. Sami is pessimistic and confesses she did a bad thing. She overreacted when
Gabi defended Nick. Will admits he has pushed her buttons too. Sami decides to call Justin to help with the legal paperwork. Will informs her
EJ has offered to help them with that. Sami notes EJ did not mention it
to her and appears miffed. Will exclaims this is not about her and asks how it ended between her and Gabi. He stands by Sonny, his hands on
his shoulders, and would like to know. Sami evades the question and blames Nick.
- Nick introduces legal eagle Aiden to Gabi at the pub and boasts he is Abigail's cousin. Attorney Aiden suggests he and the girl confer alone but brainwashed Gabi insists Nick must stay at their table! Aiden now learns the living arrangement she and Will have and wonders why she needs a lawyer. Gabi updates him on her earlier desire to move out, the fact that
it made Will want a custody agreement. Nick notes "WE" want to protect Gabi's rights as a mom. Aiden gives him a strange look. We ...? Nick smoothly gets to the topic of Sami the wild card. He presses Gabi to repeat what Sami told her. Gabi glumly states she called her an unfit mother. Aiden purses his lips in legal thought. That would be the same Sami Brady who was on trial for murder? Nick grins. Gabi is now asked about her earlier relationship with Sami. She got real mad at her when she was pregnant and almost made her lose the baby!
- JJ cannot believe Paige failed to mention Stanford. She gushes she just found out, He laments that means 4 long years far away in California.
She explains she naturally accepted as it is one of the best programs in
the country. JJ gets bitter about her not going to Salem U, grumbles about her girlfriend acting like he is a loser, and gets back to his cleaning duties. Paige is perplexed by his reaction.
- Theresa is at the hospital, hyperventilating and desperate to talk to Anne about the hearing results. Madame Milbauer scowls Dan is still a doctor. Theresa gasps was anything said about her? Anne gets miffed she keeps panicking and complains no one on the hospital board will ever convict Daniel the drug addict or Jennifer Horton the b*tch. A doctor happens by. Theresa pinches her boss lady and whispers she hates him too. She pulls her to the office to discuss, away from the hospital staff. In Madame Milbauer's office. Theresa is terrified about the key she no longer has to Dan’s apartment. Anne wants to know where it went. She acts like she lost it and hopes she told no one about it. Anne impatiently assures the panicking girl she did not.
- Nicole meets Deborah, Liam's ex spouse at a club. Nicole thinks she resembles ... The ex assumes she is referring to his current obsession. Nicole shows the woman with the long, thick blonde hair Jennifer's picture. The ex thinks she looks even more like than the original object
of his obsession. Liam apparently attempts to recreate the relationship he once had and lost. Nicole is worried but now understands. She tells the
ex the tale of Dan and Jen. The ex explains Liam does not take well to rejection. She now tells Nicole her sorry tale of Liam sweeping her off
her feet, only to try and make her into Lindsay, the one that got away. In the end, she requested a divorce and he got scary crazy. Nicole is aghast. He has gone crazy all over again! The ex elaborates. It started with petty stuff, but when she started dating again, he caused trouble and set her up to look like a drug addict. She knows it was him though she was unable to prove it. Nicole wants her to come forward. No can do. She finally got
her life back. He could ruin it still. He is the kind of man who would destroy anyone who dared stand in his way. Nicole's eyes flicker with fear. Deborah deduces he must have something on her. She warns her
to take care and protect herself.
- At the apartment, Jen has shown Dan the damning bottle of pills. Liam grins like a loon as he listens. Jen wants to talk turkey with Dan, acting
as though she believes the worst. But the worst, in her view, is the clear truth - that the man she loves has been the victim of a setup! Alone in
his room, Liam the eavesdropping loon is livid. Jen suspects the temp cleaning lady must have been a plant. It was all set up by the same
person who drugged him. This creep has broken in more than once! Dan holds her tight and agrees the evil doer will not win. Liam shakes and
cries by Jen's picture. Operation destroy Dan and Jen has backfired!
- Sami is thankful for the coffee chez Will and Sonny. She wonders whether Gabi might be afraid of Nick. She knows only too well how evil he can be. Perhaps she feels she must play along. Will replies that could be, though she is very attracted to Nick, much as he hates to think of it. Sami shudders. Sonny thinks it is hard to believe that anyone could be attracted to Nick, though he does have a bizarre hold over Gabi. Sami
gets snarky about him having a criminal record. Will alludes to her fiancé EJ getting away with his crimes and refers to his dangerous daddy. Sami gets defensive about the comparison. Sonny puts his arms around them both, talks neutrality, and goes to check on the baby. Will gets his mother a glass of water. Mother and son are both sorry. Sami now picks up and admires the crystal heart, calling it sweet. As soon as she finds out it
came from Nick, she puts it down in disgust.
- Dan is dismayed by the lack of security cameras in his building. He will get the locks changed. Nancy Drew Jen declares they should leave the locks and install their own cameras to catch the culprit. Daniel finds her spunk sweet. She calls him a good and honest man. He loves her and kisses her. She gushes the tough times have made their love stronger. They kiss the way lovers do. Meanwhile. Liam the livid loon kicks a
chair and trashes his tiny room. He then grabs a pair of scissors and
stabs Jen's photograph with vicious abandon again and again and again...
- Gabi would rather not be confrontational but is still concerned what
Sami might advise Will and Sonny to do. Nick adds Sami is engaged to
EJ DiMera. Gabi is up against some powerful people. Aiden peers and asks about Gabi and Nick's relationship. They are close friends. Aiden thinks then there is a problem. He gets his notepad ready and reminds
Mr. Fallon he was legally convicted of kidnapping, a felony. In family court, the judge might not think his 4 years served was enough. Nick
gets miffed. Aiden adds they might also be concerned about someone
with his history being part of a child's life. Nick amiably announces there is no need to bring him up. He thinks Will and Sonny would not. Aiden is curious how he can be so confident.
- Paige goes after JJ and apologizes for upsetting him. He crankily congratulates her. But she will be gone from Salem for 4 years! She does not get why he is so bothered. JJ walks off, concluding they are not good enough for her in sleepy Salem ...
- Dr. Dan the meticulous medicine man sits at his computer, ready to call up the prescriptions he has written, all of which are on his computer. He vows to prove that prescription planted in his place was fake. Jen wants
to involve Hope and Roman. Dan suggests they wait until he has proof. He intends to find the truth, whether it was Theresa or someone else! Liam decides he has lost Jennifer forever.What to do? He glances around his trashed room, looks at the man in the mirror, and tells him he knows what he has to do ...
- Sami alludes to Nick being like the devil. Will suggests he may be trying to change. Sami warns him not to believe him like Gabi. Sonny points out Nick is still holding all the cards. Sami refuses to give into the loon's every whim. Will agrees with Sonny and sighs what other choice do they have? Sami gets a mischievous look in her eye and it makes Will nervous. Very nervous.
- Nick is certain his past will not hurt Gabi's chances of getting custody
of her daughter. Aiden is not so sure. If he were representing the father... Control freak Nick reminds him he is representing Gabi and continues to do all the talking.
- Paige sits down by JJ and promises they can be pals, Skype, and spend time together when she visits home. JJ thinks it is hopeless, however, and leaves with his ladder.
- Nicole asks Liam's ex what might be able to help her. As it turns out, devious Deborah kept the key to their joint safety deposit box. If Liam
has anything on Nicole, it would probably be in there. Nicole thanks her profusely.
- The locksmith is changing Dan's locks. Jen wants to stay and head to
the cabin later. Dan insists she go, get that water heater fixed as planned, and enjoy the beautiful spring day. She agrees and leaves after a kiss.
Dan gets back to his computer. Liam is back in his room. The cabin it is, says he!
- Will urges his volatile mother in the animal print dress not to go and make a bad situation worse. She will not but she will not let Nick keep
her son from Ari. EJ would feel the same way. Will questions EJ's
DiMera methods. Sami makes light of it, calling her fiance a fabulous father, and flounces out. Will knows she is up to something. Sonny wonders what. Will knows not, nor does he want to! Sonny sighs.
- Gabi reads Aiden's rough draft of an agreement. She pouts it sounds
like she would not be letting Will see the baby much. Aiden tries to
explain she could be as generous as she wanted with visitation after.
Nick thinks this is really just about keeping Sami at bay. Aiden is ready
to get the papers drawn up and reminds Gabi that he represents ONLY HER! Exit suited Aiden. Nick claims to be pleased to have someone looking out for Gabi and her rights.
- The locksmith has finished changing the locks and no one will get in now! Dan is ready to check his printout of prescriptions against the hospital records. He goes with the bottle of pills in his pocket.
- Nicole is all alone in the park, flashing back to Liam threatening her.
She tells herself all she needs is his phone to delete the picture. However, she also needs the original shredded page and thanks to Deborah, knows exactly where to find it. She holds up the little key with glee.
- Liam is lurking outside Horton house as Jen leaves in her sweater.
- Dan arrives at the hospital as Anne barks into the phone that is she is
on break. Theresa is in her office. Moments later, Dan dramatically bursts into the office and thunders this is over! The girl in the red dress gasps
she knows not what he means. He rages he knows what Theresa did and this time he can prove it by jingo!
- Gabi enters the apartment. Will updates her on putting the baby down for her nap. And his mom left her a gift bag from Baron's. Gabi is not interested. She announces she was with Nick and they were getting a custody agreement. She now walks into the other room. Sonny stares in silence. Will holds his head high. Let the games begin!
- Sami walks through the town square, busy with her phone, Nick in
hot pursuit. When she gets to the isolated town gate, he calls her just the person he wanted to see. She glances up from her phone and replies she
is busy. They can talk later. The unshaven genius insists they talk right here right now ...
- JJ gets home and calls Bev to hang out tonight cos he and Paige are done!
- Pretty Paige woefully wanders around the town square, remembering when she and JJ touched hands.
- Theresa jumps up and insists she did nothing. Dan declares the time has come to call the police. Theresa stops him and cries it was not her. She swears it ...
- Jen is already at Horton cabin, writing a check for the workers when
she hears a noise. She looks out the window and wonders who ...
- Nicole the sneak starts to unlock safety deposit box 055 at the bank when someone comes up behind her and stops her with his hand clamped over hers and her key. She gasps, finding herself face to face with Liam! Needless to say, he is not in the least bit amused ...
