Aiden gazes at sleeping beauty Hope. She wakes up wearing only a smile and her jewelry ... Aiden and Hope come together for more lovin as the sun streams in their expensive hotel room ... In sunny San Francisco, Paul finishes a friendly conversation with some Japanese fans, then gets back to grandfather by the fountain. All of a sudden he spies JOHN ... Chad enters Sonny's office. Sonny wakes up on the sofa as his phone buzzes with another message from Will ... Will is at the apartment alone without his socks. Zoe sweeps in and hands him his next assignment - a profile of Clyde. Will thinks she must be joking. The editor talks tough. Will agrees to do the article on the condition she let him have all the replies to his Paul story online ... Ben arrives at Horton house for a heartfelt conversation with Abi. He hopes she is not upset with him. She sighs she was worried about his situation, though she surely is not judging him ... Clint ends his phone call with boss lady Kristen and assures her he will get that target. Kristen cackles and threatens him with death if he fails in his mission. Clint now greets Theresa by the nurse's station. Hey baby! She snaps to get lost and calls him a bastard ... Brady is en route to Italia. He orders his unseen pilot to keep going despite the danger of the turbulence, the fact that the landing strip is too short. The billionaire heir declares he is relieved Mel did not join him on what is already proving to be a dangerous mission. Meanwhile stowaway Mel is tossed around like a rag doll, unbeknownst to her boyfriend ... Chad gathers Sonny spent the night at the club and tells him to go to Will, talk things through. He recites their wedding vows. The ones he can remember anyway. Sonny realizes he is right ... Paul is perturbed by John following him and angrily refuses to speak with him. His grandfather intervenes and speaks Japanese. He can see that John is Paul's father when he looks in his eyes ... Ben and Abigail share a tender embrace ... Clyde curses his flunky over the phone outside. He wants the job done damn it ... Paul introduces his grandfather and John in Japanese. John greets the wise patriarch in Japanese, explaining he knows a few sentences. He bows slightly. Grandfather decides they should speak and steps away. Paul folds his arms defensively. He huffs he has nothing to say so John should say what he came to say and then leave ... Bathrobe Aiden pours coffee from a silver pot as he gets an update on his phone that astonishes him. Walenski - the mafioso whom Ben might have been asked to be a witness against - was stabbed to DEATH in prison. Hope hears, unseen, and slips into the bathroom ... Ben berates himself for taking the dirty money. Abigail reminds him he had it rough and does not blame him. Ben is also uncomfortable about taking any assistance from Clyde, who was the root of all his problems back then. Abigail believes he needs Clyde's help in this case and it is the least he owes him. Ben gets the call about Walenski's luck running out. ... In Italy Dr. Mandrake has something to say to Ms. DiMera ... Kristen cradles and coos at baby Christopher. Mandrake watches mother and child and mutters he should find another donor, just in case. She insists it was meant to be Theresa and does not care about the risks ... Clint catches up with Theresa at her apartment and sweet talks her into taking him back. He starts with expensive jewelry and then a copy of a 2 million dollar check he won. He wants to make her his queen! Theresa excitedly agrees to travel away with him and goes in the other room to pack her bag, eager to escape from her Salem existence ... She will worry about that California judge another time ... The plane shakes as Brady hangs on, buckled up. The pilot is instructed to land and then take off again. He will await his next orders in the Greek islands. Brady is filled with confidence as they fly close to Kiriakis country ...Meanwhile Mel must do battle with an inflatable raft that falls on her ... As Walenski is now a dead duck, the Florida authorities have dropped their interest in Ben ... Clyde is back on the phone and tells his flunky to thank the fella for a job well done. He also wants to make a cash contribution to the family. He struts around in his shiny black shoes like a wannabe mafioso ... Hope brings up Ben's lucky break with Aiden, explaining she overheard. Aiden has an extreme reaction to her wanting him to break client/attorney privilege EVER. The dedicated detective senses something is amiss ... Sonny comes home and Will greets him. Sonny regards him with his soulful eyes and states he wants to talk. Will marvels he would love to talk ... They sit and Will announces their marriage is THEM and he knows he made a mistake. He takes Sonny's hand as they sit on the sofa and assures him he understands he was wrong to be so riled up about Paul. He vows to join Sonny for marriage counseling as he originally asked, admitting he initially refused out of fear ... John explains his past as a priest to Paul and notes prior to becoming a priest, he did not want Tori to leave Salem. He praises her her beauty and dignity. Paul scoffs and refers to how he acted like he hated him. John declares he was wrong to make assumptions and assures him he never hated him ... The plane lands briefly. Brady is on the move ...! Kristen cuddles her baby and insists he is HERS! They will save him with Theresa's DNA and then get rid of her once and for all ... Paul blasts John for being unfair to him like the others after the scandal broke. He did not even know the whole story. John begs his son for a start over ... Will begs Sonny to forgive him ... Clyde and his slick black shoes stop by to see Ben, seeking an update on his situation. Ben updates him on the dangerous criminal getting killed in prison. Clyde points out he would have tried to do the same to Ben to silence him. And he must have had many enemies. He would do well to avoid questionable characters ... Paul gets indignant and snaps it is too late! He storms off. His grandfather goes after him and nods at John the father in understanding ... Chad approaches Abi at the hospital and asks for the latest on Ben. She softly states what happened to big bad Walenski. Chad thinks it is too convenient and gets sarcastic about no one caring about one bad guy eliminating another with a hit. Abi quips Chad's family knows all about such things ... As Theresa packs her Salem life into her bag, Clint calls Kristen with the good news. She smiles a nurse will assist Mandrake with the procedure and then Theresa is going straight to hell ... Sonny agrees he and Will have to talk but he should shower first. He steps out of the room. Will gets a call from Zoe that the big email of his Paul article responses should arrive soon. She suspects he is planning another Paul article. Will does not deny it. She reminds him to write the Clyde story first. Agreed. But Will is amazed by all the responses ... John fights back the tears ...Ben goes to class, Clyde grins after him ... Abigail informs Chad that EJ told her he had hired a hitman to off Nick. Chad exclaims Gabi pulled the trigger. Only because she got there first but EJ showed her the 2 million intended for the hitman. Chad becomes indignant and thunders he is NOTHING like his brother, storming off. Abigail blinks ... Theresa bounces out with her bag and asks Clint where in the world they are going. He grins somewhere she is gonna get the surprise of her life ... Mel neutralizes the rowdy raft and grabs at the doorhandle which comes off. She feebly says Brady's name, stuck in the compartment ... Kristen puts down her wine when there is a knock on her castle door. Assuming it to be the nurse, she opens it only to find Brady on her doorstep. She whispers his name.
