| Thursday, May 12, 2011 up by 5 pm est May 11 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! Romancing the Stone - Replay of Sami pulling the trigger as the two Rafes approach her. She shoots the imposter in the shoulder! She leers at him to stop whining and calls him a damn liar. "You're not Rafe!" The imposter calls her a b*tch and starts to lunge. Rafe grabs him and renders him unconscious with a few well placed blows. Sami gasps in relief. Rafe soon has him tied to a chair, the gun in a drawer. Sami grazed his shoulder on purpose. Real Rafe wonders how she knew the other guy was not him. She gazes at him and explains she just knew. Her prayers were answered at long last, and he came back to her. "Yup," he grins. The only problem is that he has no memory of her! He is sorry but assures her she seems most memorable nonetheless. Sami giggles and thanks him. She offers to tell him anything he wants. She knew something was off with the imposter all along! She tells Rafe they must have made the switch when he had the car accident. Rafe 2 was telling the story of what happened to the real Rafe. Those dastardly DiMeras! Rafe is shocked people would have done such a thing. Sami cries that Ally sensed it. She informs Rafe she has 4 kids and they love him. He is glad to hear it but still wonders why the DiMeras switched him. Sami explains EJ did it to break them up, as he knew she would never leave him. Rafe whispers that the first thing he remembers is being locked in a cell and the older guy with the beard and accent. Sami concludes it was Stefano. He must have given him a drug to erase his long term memory, as he did to her stepfather (John Black, that is!). Rafe wants to call the cops on the wackos, but Sami disagrees. He is surprised to hear he is a cop. At least that explains why he keeps sizing up situations. She informs him he was also FBI and a great agent. He now works with her dad and uncle, who are cops. Rafe does not understand her reluctance to involve the police just yet. Sami states EJ is also the father of two of her children, Johnny and Sydney. They both love Rafe, and EJ hates that, which is likely why he did this. If they told her cop dad and uncle what EJ has done, they would arrest the DiMeras. However, she knows EJ could disappear with fake passports and take the kids, like he already once almost did. Had it not been for Rafe, who stopped them, they would have gotten away with it! Sami thinks they should continue with the charade so the DiMeras do not realize they are onto them. Rafe soon returns from moving the bound and gagged prisoner into the bathroom. Sami hopes he trusts her. He assures her he will follow her lead. for now. She knows she can get through anything with him and proceeds to dial EJ ... - Chez Maggie, she smiles that Victor made her feel very appreciated. Treasured and loved, he points out. A man with a stone cold heart would not have made her feel like that, so what is the problem? Maggie recounts how he threatened to stop seeing her if she dared let Chloe stay at the house. He drawls he just wanted to win, but the redhead is not up for such things. She decides they were not meant to be. Victor gets choked up, admits he is sorrier than he can say, and departs, his head hanging. When he is gone, she laments she too is sorry. - At the Cheatin Heart, Brady does not feel like talking to Nicole DiMera, but she points out she saw him with his strong arms around her sister. Brady notes that for a happily married girl, she sure seems jealous right now! Nicole denies it and claims she does not wish to see him get hurt. Her sister is not the sweetheart everyone thinks. And she manipulates men! Nicole lets him know that she is still there for him. Brady snaps he does not need favors from her and is not interested in being kept on ice. They are over so she should move on and also stop throwing her sister under the bus! He keeps drinking and she wonders what he means. He drawls he is not going to go to a hotel room with Nicole so she is wasting her time. Nicole assumes he is now interested in Taylor. He warns her to leave her alone. Nicole informs him her sister is more like her than he realizes. She tells him to have a nice life and waltzes out. - At the mansion, replay of EJ informing Lexie of Nicole's blackmail. Lexie lectures him for getting sloppy. He thinks he was arrogant. She realizes he cannot tell Tay and thus ruin her image of him. EJ murmurs he wanted to be the man he saw in her eyes. He looks ready to cry, and asks her not to repeat any of what he has said to Taylor. Lexie agrees to keep her silence. EJ thanks her. Ring ring! Tis Samantha. He asks what he can do for her. Sami states she has something to discuss with him. Lexie steps out of the room. EJ immediately notices something off in Sami's voice. She pretends things are not going well with Rafe. EJ is all ears. She gasps things are not getting better and she does not think they will be able to work through it. He pretends to be ever so sorry. She asks him to keep Johnny and Sydney for a day or two, for she needs to get away for a couple of days before the divorce. EJ asks if Rafe is presently at the apartment. No and he is not likely coming back. EJ states he is not surprised and adds he did not feel comfortable leaving the children alone with him, given the way he was acting after the accident. Sami asks him to let her be the one to tell them Rafe has gone. She will be back in a couple of days. EJ drawls for what it is worth, he is sorry. Click. Sami loses it and throws things. "God I hate him so much!" She cries as Rafe holds her in his arms. She shyly thanks him. He is sorry she had to go through that. Sami just wanted to make sure EJ was not suspicious. At least this will give them time to figure out what to do, assuming they are in this together. Rafe is troubled he cannot remember them. Sami cries it is not his fault. She asks him to help her. He will do anything he can to help her, and he too longs for revenge! Sami mentions waiting for Will to text her. Rafe has no idea who he is. Her oldest son, in high school. He drawls she cannot be that old. She giggles she got started early. Will is in love with his sister, the lovely Gabriella. Rafe sniffles, overwhelmed by how much he has lost and cannot remember. Sami insists she will find a way to make things right for them. - Maggie is home alone and calls her daughter. She was just thinking about her dad and misses being with family. She woefully glances at the door. - At the Kiriakis mansion, Brady helps himself to a drink as Victor barks at someone to get the job done in Shanghai already. Brady wonders what he is doing, getting involved in Titan biz. Victor points out they made up. Brady points out Titan is not his. The Greek tycoon laments he has not changed a damn bit! He implies he is a sneaky snake in the grass. Brady adds he also has no compassion, but who does that remind him of?! Exit cocky Brady. Victor muses damned if he isn't right! - Victor returns to Maggie's kitchen for a chat and a new revelation. He admits he was just punishing Chloe as well as the redhead due to his own loss, what with Phillip leaving. He emotionally announces that Maggie gives him hope and he would be a fool to give her up, with her beautiful, heartwarming smile. Maggie cries and throws herself into his arms. She later must take a phone call regarding work. Once the call is over, she is surprised to hear Victor say he is leaving. He explains that talk is cheap. He might have been overly confident. He confesses the desire to change is not the same as the ability to change. Maggie wonders if he means he will not be able to change. Exactly! The redhead asks when they will see each other again. The Greek tycoon drawls they will run into each other as it is a small town, tells her he is sorry, and walks out. Maggie covers her face and cries. - Back at the mansion, Lexie snickers about Sami and Rafe getting a divorce. And to think she was actually feeling sorry for bother EJ! He hands her a note and asks her to pass it to Taylor. He wants to let her know she was not played for a fool by a complete bastard. Lexie agrees and hugs him. He seems to have a white picket fence dream in mind, though that is not an option for him. Both he and father have seen to it. She advises him to remember that the next time he meets a girl like Taylor. Exit Lexie. - Lexie runs into Taylor at the pier. The devastated girl was trying to enjoy the beautiful night. Lexie gives her the envelope from EJ. She will see her at home ... Alone, Tay gingerly pulls the note from the envelope and reads. "Dear Taylor, I want you to know something. I will always love you." She shakes her head and fights back the tears. - Nicole awaits EJ on his bed, clad in a black negligee. He walks in shirtless and tells her to get out. She assures him she is not interested. However, little Johnny will run in in the morning to greet them. The last thing they need is for him to go home to mama Sami and report that they are no longer sleeping in the same room! EJ frowns. They get under the covers and he reminds her to stick to her side, Nicole gets close and tells him she has to keep tabs on him. He pushes her back on her own pillow and tells her to go to hell. Nicole turns over with a smug smile. - Back at the safe house, Sami reminds Rafe he sensed this was the place they fell in love. He wishes he could remember it all. She assures him he will. He stares at her and grins slightly, his warm eyes now appearing to focus on her earrings ... Next on Days of Our Lives "What are you going to tell them that really happened that day?" Hope asks Bo. Dead Lawrence puts his hand on Carly's shoulder and calls her Fraulein Von Leuschner "No!" she gasps in horror. RAFE If he doesn't get it, he could die. SAMI Let him! Meanwhile, faux Rafe looks up, still bound and gagged. |
