There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Dan informs irate Eve he knew Jack too. Eve gets sarcastic about Jennifer. Dan is disinterested in her Jen hate. Jack and JJ were not alike but she suggests the doc is in denial! JJ is still listening at the door. Dan gushes the good kid can be trusted. Eve opens the door and JJ falls in. She rehashes what he did and accuses him of excuses and dishonesty. Dan now kicks her out! Eve announces JJ is not welcome in her home. She intends to expose him to Paige before he can hurt her and storms off. JJ laments the woman loathes him. Dan thinks it could backfire if she pushes Paige. JJ fears there is no future for him and Paige. Dan gives him an extra key to his place and offers to let them spend time there when things get to them. However, it does not mean anything goes. JJ promises to do the right thing, grateful. Dan stands his ground about JJ being a good guy. At the hospital, in a not so private room, Kayla confirms she was raped and therefore knows what Lucy is going through. She too knew her attacker. Paige is still listening and walks back to the nurse’s station, numb. Jen notices she is not quite herself and assumes she is uneasy about JJ and the party. Pale Paige gasps it is not JJ. Kayla comes out and now wonders what is the matter. Paige pretends she has a lot to study. They send her home to rest. But Paige stands there staring at Kayla. She stammers she should tell her something … She ends up thanking them for everything and they get back to work, oblivious. At the club, Ben cannot find an affordable hotel over the phone and the frustration shows on his face. Clyde overhears and offers him the cash! Belligerent Ben hands him his coffee and turns him down. Clyde adds no strings attached … At the square, Abigail gets a text that makes her stop and sigh. She then starts to send a text of her own. She cannot wait to see Ben and brings a smile to his face when her message is received. Shin leaves the pub after meeting with EJ and Sami. EJ teases her for her biz technique. She sighs when he suggests they take their time heading home. She laughs about Susan’s claims of evil. EJ decides they should distract his motha somehow. Sam sighs she could be right. She suspects EJ has been drawn into something dangerous. EJ dismisses the notion that Stefano poses a danger to him and suggests the kids be a distraction. Their sensitive children will see his motha as a kindred spirit. Sami smiles it is cuuuute how protective he is of his mother. He kisses her and notes he is protective of those he loves. Meanwhile at the mansion, Susan screams the evil she foretold is Kristen! Kristen glares daggers at her and snaps Sami is the only evil, the only danger. Sue calls her the spawn of Satan. Kristen tells her to get lost. Susan utters the three words that she feels describe Kristen the best – MEAN MEAN MEAN! She warns her she can get her locked up again. Kristen smiles a dangerous smile. It is beyond her how she ever outmaneuvered her. That was then, this is now. She threatens to swat her and holds up her phone. Stefano hears Susan’s rambling and wonders about the infernal noise. Susan panics and lets out a scream to wake the dead. Kristen taunts her with the phone and puts father on speaker phone. She tells him baby mama Susan is here. Stefano thunders what the hell is she doing in his house! Susan freezes in fear. There are vampires walking among them! Stefano frowns in his black suit. Susan makes the sign of the cross. Stefano thunders to leave his house now. Susan fumbles with the door and warns they have not seen the last of her. Stefano shouts GET OUT. And so she does … He promises Kristen he will have his people get her out of town. She appreciates it and agrees to get his will as asked. The phoenix thanks her. Kristen presses the secret latch and opens the secret drawer by the mantelpiece, removing the contents, then stares in horror at the brazen portrait of Sami and Kate watching her from the DiMera wall. It makes her see red. Vampire red … Abi meets Ben at the square and complains about another pr company suddenly claiming they wanted someone with more experience for a junior entry level position. Ben kisses her and suggests they celebrate her future job in that case. He has a surprise in store. Alas the square is suddenly filled with the sound of EJ and Sami giggling. They stop and face Ben and Abigail. Strained greetings are spoken until Ben announces they are late for an important date and must run! Sami wishes there was a way to avoid that pair! EJ gets a text and acts evasive. Sami offers to speak with mama Susan and giggles they can even bond. They will see each other at home and she flounces off after a kiss. EJ reads his text again and stares darkly … Back at the hospital, Kayla praises Paige and Jen marvels how smart she and JJ are. Kay cannot believe Eve is actually her mother … JJ takes Paige to his house, troubled about Eve not believing in him. Paige promises not to listen to her. JJ loves she is on his side. She loves him and they seal the deal with a kiss. He wants to go upstairs. She pauses and now shares she overheard something that bothered her at the hospital. It got to her but she would rather not gossip. JJ urges her to tell him. She admits it concerns his aunt Kayla. JJ grows strangely silent. Susan gingerly steps into the hospital. Maxine is hard at work at the nurse’s station. May she help her? She is seeking Dr. Marlena but she is no patient, she is a friend. Maxine explains she is at Mercy General and offers to give her a message. Susan is miffed. Maxine is busy. A door opens as a nurse exits and Susan catches sight of sleeping John. She sneaks inside and calls his name. He has a booboo on his head but is still handsome. She is sorry she cannot stay in Salem, for there is too much evil evil evil that is making her flee! She remembers their almost wonderful wedding and finds the perfect thing in her purse to leave behind as a sign she was here … Meanwhile at the mansion, Kristen pokes fun at the tabloid and mocks Susan's paranoia about evil evil evil. She does a perfect imitation. Sami appears and wonders how Susan could look just like that bitch. Kristen scoffs the bitch is actually back! Sami sighs. What did she do with Susan? Kristen pours herself a drink and assures her Susan is alive and well but she got rid of her. Sami now confronts Kristen for what she did to her holy brother and threatens justice. Kristen counters she turned EJ against the clan and there is a price to pay for such a transgression! Sami taunts he said the family was dead to him. Kristen taunts he said some things of interest to Sami that would make her want to run away and never look back! Sami soap stares … Ben and Abi are holding hands as they arrive at the town gate, flanked by yellow flowers. He admits he lied about being late. She is sorry they had to see EJ and Sami and only has eyes for HIM. Abi asks if he made plans. He did but is harboring doubts … At the pub, Eve is having her own doubts as she stressfully stirs her coffee. She spies Jen outside and springs into action. JJ is her target still. Jen forces a hi and Eve lays down the law. JJ had better stay away from her daughter and Jen must make sure of it, on account of those scandalous pictures proving his bad behavior. Jen talks setup and smells a rat … Dr. Kayla has recommended one-on-one and group counseling for Lucy over the phone. Dan walks into her office with the weekly case files. He mentions JJ. Kayla thinks the kid had a hard year. Dan hopes he will catch a break with his girlfriend and goes … Meanwhile Eve taunts Jen that she will not let her daughter follows in Jen’s pathetic footsteps as Jen tries to defend JJ ... Kristen the vampire smells blood and decides to enlighten Sami. EJ knew exactly what she had done to Eric. Sami smugly states she knows as he told her. Kristen exclaims to stand by her man and dares her to ask about his reaction to what she did to Eric. She gushes he LAUGHED when she told him what she had done to Eric that wicked night. Sami takes a deep uncertain breath, not wanting to believe … EJ arrogantly approaches Clyde at the park. WOT else did they have to say? Clyde repeats his desire to expand. EJ warns him to follow his orders or else! Then he goes. EJ’s thug emerges from behind the bushes. Clyde complains and suggests someone needs to make the boss understand the better way is to expand. Someone should show him the folly of his ways … At the hospital, Maxine informs Dan that a strange woman waiting for Marlena might have visited John in his room. Dan checks on the sleeping Salem patient. All seems well. Maxine now notices the crazy calling card on the bed. Tis the faded almost wedding picture of Susan disguised as Kristen the bride, John her leather jacket groom dressed as Elvis the king! Abi hopes Sami and EJ did not kill the mood for their celebration so Ben takes her by the hand to prove how much he is in the mood. He escorts her to a beautiful romantic room with a large bed. The splendor of the place surprises her … Kayla feels badly for JJ and everything he had to learn about Jack, including his violent behavior … Eve taunts Jen she will not let her daughter make excuses for JJ the way Jen did with Jack. JJ is Jack waiting to happen … At Horton house, Paige pouts about poor Kayla’s admission to a patient. JJ urges her to tell him. Paige wonders whether he is aware of that fact that his Aunt Kayla was sexually assaulted. JJ gulps … Stefano blasts EJ on the phone for going back to Samantha’s bed . EJ promises him more money than he imagined but make no mistake he and Samantha stay together and it is non-negotiable. The phoenix talks tough. EJ talks tough right back … Kristen repeats to Sami what EJ had said, that now Eric would have to come down off his pedestal and walk with the rest of the mere mortals. Sami kicks her out. Kristen insists EJ betrayed her by betraying her brother. And he was happy about what she did to Sami’s brother. She wishes her sweet dreams as she sleeps in his bed at night and haughtily walks out. Sami is about to EXPLODE! THE END! AHEAD ON DAYS: Sami wants the truth from EJ. JJ acts strangely … |
