There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At DiMera mansion, EJ and Sami swoon and kiss again en route to the bedroom. He starts to carry her. Ring ring! Now the Romeo frowns and she looks uncertain. She has to check in case it is one of their kids calling. EJ agrees and sighs to take it when she realizes it is work. Sami drops the phone and smiles naughtily. When they get to the grand bed, the clothes start to come off and they kiss with wild abandon. He gasps her name and wants to see her eyes. I LOVE YOU. She loves him too but pauses. He takes her face tenderly in his hand and she confesses she is scared to be needy. Without him she would not survive. EJ notes the others who came before him were heartless bastards, but he wants her to have his soul. Matter of fact, he would not even want to have one without her! The rest is for her to decide. At the park, Abi asks Ben where he got the cash grab from. He defiantly dares her to check with Chad! She seeks to get the full story about the thousands he handed to Jordan. He sighs it was not his. She wonders did it belong to Jordan? He will not elaborate and complains about Chad’s return changing things. Abigail insists this was all about him not Chad. She will back off but points out he would want answers if she suddenly came across a bunch of cash. He understands. She decides they should drop it, then sits on a bench with her boyfriend and tells him how troubled Jordan appeared when she last saw her. Ben hates the secrecy between them and cannot comment. She gets he is protecting his sister. She would do the same for her sibling. They smile they are close to perfect and he kisses her. More than once. Chad gets a big hug from leopard Kristen at her room. She is thrilled to see her baby bro. She soon finds out Chad is anti-EJ and would not save him again, if he were given the chance to take another bullet. He wonders why she is not staying at the mansion. She sighs it is a long story and so many Salemites are now against her. Life can be so unfair! Chad notes Dan and Eric are not exactly dishonest dudes. He is quite concerned. Kristen quips he is acting like she is a terrible person. He wants the best for her. She purrs thank you, gets herself a drink, and assumes the exposure of EJ’s affair with Abigail was what brought him to town. Chad tries to play it cool. Kristen insists EJ should be held accountable for betraying them both and drinks up. Chad is listening. He sits with his drink and praises her sixth sense, all her advice he should have taken once upon a time. She sits beside him and announces her latest advice for his ears only. She knows he is here to get revenge and he is right. Matter of fact he should hurt his enemies harder and not let them see him coming! That includes keeping friends close, enemies closer. Eerie music plays. They toast to that. Theresa catches up with hurried Eric outside the pub and wants to know the status of the drug that was not working on John so far. Perplexed Eric peers at her. They are all praying. Theresa suggests John could wake up a kinder gentler John. She suggests it would be best for him to forget that fateful night. Eric deduces she remains fearful of the final argument John and Brady had over her marrying him in Vegas. Theresa pretends to be scared John will poison Brady against her. Eric reminds her the poor man’s life is at risk. He suspects she was the sole cause of the fight between Brady and John. Ring ring! Marlena has summoned Eric to the hospital. He does share with the curious cat still pestering him outside the pub that the drug is not working so far. Then he goes. Theresa breathes a sigh of relief and thanks God. Now she is off to find Brady … At John’s room, Dr. Dan admits to hopeful Brady and Marlena that time is running out for John to come to, even with the miracle drug! Brady suggests it is new so the window could still be open. Dan sighs it may have closed already. Marlena is saddened it was all in vain. Dan has no answer. Outside the room, Brady thanks him for trying. Dan implores him not to do anything impulsive. It would not get John back. Brady promises to only deal with Eric today. He is done with Kristen and Theresa. But he does step into the elevator with intense haste, his eyes blazing with hatred. At the park, Ben’s break is officially over. Work calls. Literally. Abigail follows him faithfully back to the club and he happily gets her coffee just the way she likes it. She smiles. Enter the Chadman. He tells Abigail her money is NOT good in this establishment! In John’s hospital room, Marlena watches and waits but alas nothing changes. Eric arrives and he is sorry. They share an emotional hug. She thanks him for at least giving her hope and putting his own justice on the back burner. She now talks about the justice he deserves against Kristen! She soon sits at the bedside of her soul mate and notes they have endured much. She cannot believe it is about to end! Not like this! It breaks her heart and yet she must accept it. However, things can change on a dime in the wonderful world of soap supercouples … Dan has headed to the Kiriakis mansion to get Parker’s stuffed bunny and ends a call with the lad, having found it. He opens the heavy door to depart, only to come face to face with Theresa. He scoffs she is here for Brady but he does not need her kind of comfort! Theresa realizes the billionaire heir is not home and decides to go find him to make him feel better. Dan notes her relief is too evident. She will eventually have to confess what she did to John that fateful night! Brady storms over to Kristen’s room. She coos hi. He retorts with an angry BITCH! IT DIDN’T WORK! Kristen staggers back, stammering it might take time. Brady blasts her for wasting their time with the drug, which is as worthless as she is. Kristen claims the doctors are not knowledgeable enough. She urges him to believe her. She loves him and wants to make things right! She also wants him to know the truth about that night. He glares daggers at her and dares her to elaborate. She calls him a good man and son to John. Brady rages not to say anything about his honorable comatose da. He feels responsible for his present state. She reasons things can be fixed. He doubts that and denounces the she devil for taking advantage of their desperation. She whispers she just wanted John to wake up for him. He laments there is no hope and he is losing his da. Kristen insists there is still at least one thing she can fix. His unnecessary guilt about that night and she can do it right here right now. Brady blinks … EJ wants Samantha’s heart and soul and intends to dedicate his life to making himself worthy. He longs to hear the three words from her lips that he has already uttered. Why, this is their time! Chad apologizes to Ben. Ben is not interested and steps behind the counter. Chad now asks Abigail to give him a chance to explain. He woefully admits Will’s article made him see red and he lashed out in anger. Abigail understands he was hurt. Chad touches her hand and assures her he is aware she did not set out to cause him hurt. Ben stares icily at the scene. Chad promises to be a better man and not blame others for his mistake. He realizes he and he alone ruined their relationship. He now takes his elegant leave. Abi gets back to Ben but he refuses to believe the guy is sorry. Abi points out he should not antagonize the boss. Besides deep down Chad is still a nice guy … Outside. Chad is smug about his sister’s advice. The suckers will not even see him coming! … Sami teases EJ for his cheesy line about this being their time. He grabs her and she giggles as they roll around on the big bed. She sighs her heart and soul are his. He wonts all of her and she finally whispers the three words he was waiting for. I LOVE YOU. They kiss in Ejami bliss … Outside the Kiriakis mansion, Dan taunts Theresa about her paranoia concerning John’s prognosis. He perceived her panic! She quips he must be high on hospital drugs. Dan drawls he knows her secret and sarcastically wonders was she the one who whacked John into his coma? Eerie music plays. Theresa soap stares. Marlena holds John’s hand as she whispers and weeps about having to say goodbye to the man she loves. She woefully puts down his hand and then gasps it moved, unless her mind is playing tricks on her. In fact his fingers are indeed moving. Eric in the background, she stares at his eyelids… Romantic music plays as EJ and Sami slowly and luxuriously make love with their bodies, hearts, and souls … Fade out … Marlena gets all choked up about John not letting go of her hand. It is a miracle! Eric sends a text … Kristen is about to enlighten Brady about who hit John when he gets the text. Dan also gets the same text, Brady informs Kristen it concerns his father … Marlena gasps John’s name through her tears of joy as his eyes slowly but surely open ...Dan drops a bombshell on Theresa the terrible. It appears, as they speak, John is coming out of his coma. Therefore, the jig is up! THE END AHEAD ON DAYS: Nicole thinks Eric should sock it to Kristen. Jen accuses Dan of bad judgment. Again! |
