ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Link Only! FROM HELL! Tuesday, October 20, 2015 Episode 12,701 Beware of copycats. These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At DiMera mansion, as Don Stefano sits and watches, Andre hounds Aiden for not getting rid of the police evidence against Chad as he had been ordered. Aiden is highly suspicious of the DiMeras. Andre threatens Chase. Aiden offers to get him the money to settle the debt he owes them. Andre smoothly states he owes more than what Hope is worth, except she has a hefty life insurance policy which would make her worth more DEAD than alive. Aiden returns to his office and stares at said life insurance policy on his computer. Recalling Andre's wicked words, he nervously takes out a notepad and starts to sweat ... Rafe informs sleeping patient Chad they have just buried poor Will. The D.A. is against him but Rafe thinks this dastardly DiMera is the wrong man. Of course the Kiriakis D.A. cares not. Rafe knows Chad had no motive but what did he miss in this investigation? Hope enters. Rafe insists Chad would get even instead of mad. It does not add up. Hope suggests he spun out of control. Rafe does not think so. Hope places her hand on his shoulder and warns him the writing is on the wall. Chad will be charged as soon as he opens his baby blues ... Ben the loon is startled by Abi's light hand on his heavy shoulder at their apartment. He has been stirring his coffee a loony long time. Abi noted he was tossing and turning last night and even called out for help while he was sleeping. Ben is relieved he did not say more and gets agitated about papa Clyde rotting in jail. He claims Chad attacked him cos of her. She acts sympathetic. He intends to ease her stress and hopes she will agree. They sit on the sofa and he holds her hands as strange music plays. He urges her to leave this apartment and move into the new house with him. NOW. Abigail agrees and they embrace. If only she knew the dangerous truth! She smiles sweetly and states she has a wedding meeting with Theresa. They gush and kiss over their upcoming wedding and she slowly departs. Ben closes the door with a sigh and is about to get ready to go when someone knocks. Two police officers ordering that he come with them right now no questions asked ... Rafe casually invites Officer Lani to join him at the pub. They eat and chat. She admits she is not very patient and would rather be a detective without a uniform. Rafe thinks she is in the right place. She thanks him for praising her. He replies with charm. Lani finds out the pub is owned by Hope's former mother-in-law. She offers to help fill in while Detective Hope is on her honeymoon. Rafe drinks his coffee and grins he will keep her in mind. He covers his hurt well ... Andre visits brother Chad in his room, promising that he and fatha will keep him safe. He sits at his side and wickedly warns him he will OWE him when he gets off ... Aiden is investigating the serial killings online when Hope arrives at his office. She asks if he is hiding something and he closes his computer, lying he was looking into romantic honeymoon locations. Fancy Hope is happy to hear he has a financial advisor to make sure he does not overspend again. His problems are her problems since they are to be wed in fewer than three weeks. She sighs about all the stresses surrounding Ciara, with Caroline having been unwell and the loss of Will. He tries to make her feel better and she alludes to putting personal before professional, unlike Bo. Aiden promises she will always come first in his world and gives her a hug and a kiss. His eyes, however, are not smiling. Hope wants to show him her wedding planning list. He explains he is expecting a client. She will get going but suggests he get a best man. He states she is his bff. She suggests Rafe. That seems to make him nervous but Hope does not notice. She leaves with a spring in her step and he sits back down with a sigh, asking himself what the hell he is doing. Andre has silently entered and solemnly asks what is troubling him. Hope has not seen the sneaky DiMera ... Ben is taken to a room at the station, where Clyde awaits. He is being extradited to Florida today to face murder charges and had his attorney arrange this last meeting. Clyde asks the cops to let them have their last moment alone. Ben complains about the cops. Concerned Clyde assures him they are alone here now and may speak freely. He believes Ben needs him more than ever. He gives him an intense look. Ben pauses and then wonders whether he did kill the guy who would have testified against him. Clyde talks full disclosure and accuses him of hiding something about Chad. Ben stands up and rants about Abigail and the baby. Clyde wants him to come clean right here right now, no one will hear. Eerie music plays. Ben blurts out Chad was onto him. Clyde does not understand. Ben laments he walked in on him trying to kill Dr. Evans. Clyde quietly asks what she ever did to him. Ben now admits she did nothing like the others he killed except for Will. Clyde's eyes widen in shock as Ben unburdens himself about killing them ALL. It felt like a movie to him. He tells the tale of Chad driving him crazy by hanging around Abigail. So he followed Serena and strangled her, setting up Chad by dropping his bloody napkin at the scene. Next came Paige. He had spiked the whisky in Chad's hotel room to cause his blackout . And then he killed her. He placed a DiMera flower on her body. He clenches his fist and complains about Abigail defending Chad. Clyde wants to hear more. Marlena, as per Ben, should not have helped Chad but then he got lucky when he attacked Marlena. Cos Chad walked in and that was the face Marlena woke up to. Clyde gets choked up as he asks about Will. Ben breaks down about him finding the telltale necktie in the trash. He knew it was him, he could see it in his eyes. He cries he had no choice and remembers Will's pleeeeease, his last breaths. Clyde quietly cries as Ben finishes by revealing Chad was onto him, hence the brutal beating. But he hates what he did. Clyde looks ill and covers his mouth with a hand. Ben hopes he understands. Silence ensures ... Andre taunts Aiden and advises him to eliminate Hope to settle his debts. He suspects he is a psychopath. Aiden explains he is not he is just desperate to save his son. Andre continues to taunt, then questions his ability to do anything, a dangerous look in his eye. He might not even have the ability to do this ... Back at the station, Hope notices Rafe conferring with Lani. Rafe explains they do work together. Hope has something on her mind and brings up Aiden, who is missing a best man. Rafe makes a joke. Hope is serious and asks HIM to consider. Rafe will only promise to say yes if he asks him, acts like they have no issues, and Hope hugs her best buddy. Rafe is not smiling, though ... Ben begs his father not to turn him in cos he could not be without his Abigail. They are about to move into the new house. Clyde agrees to take his secret to his grave to protect his son. Ben stands and the two men dramatically embrace. Clyde's eyes are filled with horror, however, about his beloved boy being a serial killer. It was simply not the kind of send off he had been expecting. Ben is the son from HELL ... Aiden wants to know why they want Hope dead. Andre claims they care not for her and merely want the money he owes them plus interest. Aiden sarcastically wonders how he can be guaranteed he will not threaten his son again when he wants someone else removed from the face of the earth. All of a sudden Rafe arrives. Andre slinks out. Aiden lies he was here as Stefano is refusing to pay his legal bill. Rafe asks what he thinks of Chad. Aiden agrees Chad is being framed and the killer could still be out there. Rafe now brings up the wedding and tells him to feel free to ask if he needs anything. Aiden asks him to be his best man. Rafe pretends to be surprised and says yes. They shake on it as ominous music plays. Rafe goes with a grin. Aiden sits down, rubs his face, and removes the notepad which is now covered with his notes on the killer case ... Clyde cries he cannot lose Ben again. They cry their I loves yous. Clyde calms his son by stating it will be alright, they are going to arrest Chad. He seems to feel it is poetic justice. Ben now asks about Clyde's truth and Clyde starts to speak about what went down with the witness. But the cops arrive and cart him off before he can continue. Clyde cries he cannot leave him now but they pull him away despite his protests. Meanwhile Abigail has happily agreed to be Hope's bridesmaid as they confer at the pub. Hope woefully laments about Will not being there. Abigail admits she had wanted to make him the godfather of her unborn child. It all feels surreal. Hope admits she could not have made it through these tough times without Aiden. She has no idea that Aiden the almost copycat killer has just entered his own name as the beneficiary of her 5 million dollar life insurance ...! THE END |
