She lets her know they are on her side and uncuffs her, escorting her to a room where Romeo Rafe awaits. They kiss like lost lovers ... At Horton house Gabi is aghast by JJ's admission that he actually cheated on her. He asks for a chance to tell her his story ... Abigail glides into DiMera mansion to give Thomas his toy. They gaze at one another as she coos. But the door slowly starts to open ... At the Kiriakis mansion, Victor comes across Theresa passed out on her bed. He is unable to wake the frothing female up ... Rafe and Hope argue about her plea. She is determined to hide his and Roman's involvement. Rafe only cares about her and holds her close. Enter Justin wearing a suit and a long face. They wonder. He bears news of a last minute deal discussion ... The intruder into Abigail's almost moment alone with Thomas is Andre. He catches the girl off guard and lectures her for letting grandmother Laura and himself worry. Why would she run away and wot is she doing here? Before she can answer, they hear Chad ... Justin gives the good news first. He had two charges dropped. Hope wonders what the bad news is. The judge is Fitzpatrick of DiMera flunky fame ... Chad arrives to a room where Andre is standing alone at Thomas' bassinet. Chad insists he heard voices. Andre fibs he was talking to Tom. Chad is not sure what to make of it, also because he barged in unannounced. Andre apologizes and claims he came to discuss details of the Japan deal. Chad notes he has no time as he is busy with all of Bradley Bush's calls. He wants to take Tom to bed. Andre believes it is best to leave him here and promises to watch him whilst they bond. Chad is bewildered but agrees and exits ... Gabi gives JJ a few seconds to explain his sorry self. He gasps he was upset about Abigail when he was alone in Miami. Gabi pouts. JJ reasons his sister's drowning disturbed him so he got drunk at the bar and alas has no other memory of that night ... Victor calls Dr. Kayla to come to the house right away. Theresa seems to have overdosed ... Andre lets Abigail know the coast is clear and she comes out from behind the door where she was hiding. She thanks him for not revealing her presence to Chad. Andre sighs she was not supposed to be in Salem yet. But she just had to see her baby and needs to check on her mom - from a distance ... Andre does not approve. Abigail hopes they are still friends ... Rafe lets Hope know what Justin is doing for her and they hug. Everyone is on her side. She feels she would be lost without Rafe. Jen comes in carrying a garment bag and the cousins embrace ... Gabi suspiciously asks JJ how he can be so sure he cheated if he was not even awake! He admits he woke up nekid alone in his room but his one night stand left him her phone number, thanked him for the great time, and suggested he call her again. However, she did not leave her name. He believes he picked her up at the bar and Gabi screams about his blackout affair which was followed by a night with her ... At the Kiriakis mansion Kayla pumps Theresa's stomach ... JJ assures his girl he r-e-s-p-e-c-t-s her and begs for forgiveness ... Rafe excuses himself for a coffee ... Hope calls Rafe her other rock. Jen knows and has a few outfits for her to choose from for her day in court. Family comes first. Always ... Andre reminds the fair Abigail he kept her secret and might one day ask for something in return. Abigail agrees without hesitation. She had wanted to run away and left a note for Chad, which she then handed to Andre, explaining she feared she would never get better. Andre had warned her that Chad would hunt high and low for her. She asked Andre to help her disappear and he kindly obliged. First he whisked her out of Salem and then added her name to the manifest of the downed Miami flight. Abigail now appears ready to remain in Salem. Andre calmly explains death is supposed to be permanent and here she is on haunting ground ... Abigail merely wanted to see her son and returned his favorite toy to him when she found it. Andre praises her as a motha. She reaches to pick Thomas up as she longs to hold him. However, Chad ends a call and arrives at the closed door. He reaches for the glossy door handle, dismayed to discover it has been locked ... Andre opens it as he bangs and explains he wanted no one to disturb Thomas. He hastily excuses himself ... Gabi laments she loves and hates JJ. She accuses him of being a bonafide cheater for he cheated on her as well as the late Paige! She screams she never wants to see him again and slams the door behind herself. JJ hangs his head ... Victor has orders for Kayla about getting groggy Theresa to the hospital. She must admit her under an assumed name. She can call Shane and Kim but not Brady or anyone else. He warns her she would rather not know why. Kayla will follow his orders unless this case is confirmed as a suicide attempt. In such cases there is protocol. Victor gets it and is grateful she saved the day ... Justin informs his client Hope that he has Andre asking the D.A. to drop some charges as they speak ... Only murder 1 will remain. His case will be to argue temporary insanity. He will tell of all the terrible things that Stefano did to her and a person can only take so much ... Jen arrives home and is sorry that Gabi got angry at JJ when he told her of his one night stand. Abigail watches from the window. Jen later gets a strange feeling and stares at the same window. No one is there ... Kayla calls Kim about Theresa. She will be alright but it was an overdose. Shane is with Kim at the pub. Kayla suggests the parents come to see their patient daughter as this may have been an actual suicide attempt. Theresa needs help. Kim gasps Brady called them and they are coming to town. She now woefully complains to Shane about what they did and they make for the hospital ... Chad has had enough of work. He checks on his son, surprised his lost stuffed toy turned up in his bassinet. Perhaps it was there all along ... Tired Theresa opens her eyes at the hospital and perceives her worried parents. She whispers she is sorry, she was not thinking. Shane asks why she would do such a thing. She gasps she has got no way out. Shane the super spy offers to help her. She blames her past actions for everything she now has to pay and begs her parents to make certain that Brady and Tate stay away from her to be safe. Shane agrees and asks her to promise not to do this again. Then they have a deal ... Hope almost dares to hope ... Romeo Rafe declares they shall overcome and hugs her ... Meanwhile Andre DiMera the master manipulator arranges the chess pieces of his game and assures the spirit of Stefano that justice shall be his. Tomorrow there shall be a white knight. Of course Rafe and Roman's delightfully detailed crimes could be used by him another day but tomorrow ... Tomorrow the sword of justice will fall upon fatha's killer. Then all will see the new town villain, who is no longer a DiMera. The dapper devil grins as his blood red silk tie glows ... END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Hope's supporters rally round her. Adrienne supports Justin. Eduardo makes a move on Kate. More is revealed about the new players in Salem. |
