Bo ushers Hope out to the park for a candid conversation. When they arrive birds sing in the background but crows are also heard ... Rafe is at the square on his way to the ER to take a statement from a victim in ER. The dedicated detective is on the move ... Kayla cries a bit in her office and informs Steve that Bo is telling Hope now. Steve sighs he never imagined the couple would end this way. Kayla is grateful Steve brought him home. Steve now shows her the recent message he received from his unknown enemy. Kayla has had enough and texts the enemy back, claiming to know who they are. The enemy replies that is serious. Steve suggests she has made a bad situation worse but Kayla has no patience for such games. She tells him to decide what to do next and leaves for a group of interns who are expecting her ... Marlena is at the town house leaving Sami an urgent voice mail. She admits to John she still cannot reach her daughter. Something is simply not right ... Sami is captive in a DiMera style castle room/dungeon in Salem. Andre arrives with his goons, who stop her when she tries to escape. Sami is furious. So is Andre, who threatens to leave her there if she does not give him wot he wants ... Hope gazes at the beautiful serene park, then gets stressed about her misjudgment call on Aiden. She laments she wishes Bo had never left but cannot blame him, for he was held against his will and tortured. Bo gets choked up and starts to say they took away time. Hope woefully wonders whether they will ever be the same ... Andre rages at Samantha for stealing what rightfully belongs to the DiMeras. Sami sticks out her chin and snaps she IS a DiMera. Andre dismisses EJ as fool who followed his passions. He knows for a fact that Samantha took the information from the DiMera safety deposit box and demands it back. He wants the account numbers and passwords presently in her possession. Sami is not scared so he ups the ante by threatening to make her lose another child. Sami eyes him and states Stefano would never hurt her DiMera children. Andre coos perhaps not but HE is not Stefano ... Back at the town house John has been working the phone with ISA contacts though he has nothing to report to worried Marlena, who still senses her daughter is in danger. John strokes her back and points out they would have heard if anything had happened. Marlena agrees to go see Eric and steps in the bedroom to get ready. John now has an unexpected visitor. Steve. Patchman updates him on the bizarre threatening texts he has been receiving and asks his buddy to use his ISA resources. John drawls he is no longer with said organization as he quit. This is the first Marlena has heard of it! He acts like he wanted to spend more time with her and gives her a kiss but still she eyes him suspiciously. They can speak about it later. Once she exits to meet with Eric, Steve states he knows exactly what happened cos he knows the inner workings of the ISA. They must have fired his sorry ass! ... Back in the dim Salem dungeon where Sami is being held, Andre claims to be handling all of fatha's business, at his request. Sami scoffs and suggests he is after the DiMera empire and money all for himself but EJ beat him to it by amassing all the account numbers and passwords. Andre slyly asks why she speaks of EJ in the present tense. Sami answers they will always have a spiritual connection. Andre cackles about her overactive Hollywood imagination ... Bo promises nothing will ruin what he and Hope share and asks her to forgive him. They weep and emotionally embrace, agreeing to stop apologizing ... Sami defiantly offers to make a deal with Andre, which would see her sharing those numbers for half the fortune for her kids. Plus she would want Stefano to be left destitute for what he did. Andre refuses to be play and counters she can live if she gives him the numbers! How is that for a deal! Sami is equally stubborn so he warns she will stay here forever and sweeps out ... Bo wonders whether Hope is ready to move on. The soap heroine with the broken spirit still has nightmares about Aiden attacking her. She also cries about moving on when he was being held hostage. Bo holds her and sighs they do not have the luxury of time ... Andre stalks Marlena at the park and announces he needs help. She already knew he was in need of therapy. He snaps he was referring to his wacky sista-in-law aka her missing daughta. Now he has her full attention ... Hope suggests they still have time on their side. Bo gets a text from Kayla and hastily excuses himself, leaving Hope in tears. She does not see how he falters when he walks and clutches his head in pain ... Andre accuses Samantha of stealing the contents of a DiMera safety deposit box in Zurich and accuses Marlena of knowing all about it. She snaps to tell the Swiss authorities and is about to leave when Andre drops a bombshell. They have Samantha and she is not being cooperative. Marlena soap stares ... John and Steve enjoy a beer together the way buddies do. Patchman points out they were trained by the best in the spy business, aka the ISA. He proposes they partner up to start their own private investigation firm. Together there is no case they cannot tackle. John muses he has the money, having just sold Basic Black and so a deal is born. John suggests they call their company Black Patch and the dudes laugh and cool shake on it. John wants Bo in too but Steve suggests they wait with that ... Bo runs into Rafe at the hospital and asks him to go to Hope, who is in a bad way at the park. He is here to meet with Kayla. Rafe dutifully takes off. When he arrives at the park, he places a reassuring arm around crying Hope's unhappy shoulders. She laments she has lost Bo. The damsel is utterly devastated ... At the hospital Bo admits to Kayla he could not tell Hope as she was not in the best emotional state ... Marlena asks Andre what he wants. Passwords. She explains the DiMeras can change said passwords by contacting the bank, then starts to suspect Andre is attempting to go rogue on his father. He counters by claiming Stefano could harm Samantha. Marlena storms all the way to the mansion, sends Stefano's chess pieces flying, and rages at him regarding Sami. Stefano is stunned. Andre says to ignore her and implies she is intoxicated. Marlena exclaims Stefano needs to change his own passwords with the bank and make Andre release Samantha. Stefano stares darkly. He does not take kindly to a chess interruption. He replies he will handle it. Marlena hisses he had better and sweeps out. Stefano is not amused. He demands Andre tell him what the hell is going on. Andre acts innocent, lies someone is trying to cause a rift in the family, and assures fatha he will take care of it. Then he slithers out. Stefano scowls ... Hope cries that Bo pulled away. Rafe senses something is off ... Steve receives a mysterious text summoning him to Room 204 at the Salem Inn. When he arrives, no one is there. Just endless flowers ... Bo decides he does need to tell Hope as he is running out of time and leaves Kayla's office to find her again. Alone, Kayla breaks down over losing her brother ... Bo now spies Rafe and Hope, who have arrived at the hospital together. Rafe has placed his coat on her to keep her warm and gets her a cup of coffee. Bo observes the pair and half smiles through his sorrow ... Marlena arrives home to John and announces that Andre has abducted Sami. Meanwhile Sami looks around her dim prison and suddenly gets an idea on how to get out. They will never see it coming. She smiles slyly ...! THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Bo and Hope justify their love. Rafe is caught off guard. Steve and Kayla are caught up in romance. Theo is told he has a sister. |
