Belle stops him and they get a clear shot of the time stamp and face of Jan Spears sneaking out of her room clearly NOT in a coma ... Nicole tells Rafe to keep the teddy bear as it was his birthday gift. He suggests when Eric returns they can double date, then admits it might be too much. But he wants them to stay friends. Nicole agrees and smiles she will see him soon. They share a woeful embrace ... Claire concedes Jan acted kind but was using her to break up her folks. She warns her to back off from her family ... Shawn smugly shows Snyder the proof that Jan Spears sneaked out of her room on Valentine’s Day. Belle makes him admit she got out before April 1. Snyder concludes the hospital is not really responsible for the actions of a homicidal maniac. Belle wants to go to the cops, but Shawn points out they need more proof ... - After Claire storms off, Jan concludes she will kill again to get what she wants ... They are friendly though she fears a love connection cannot be in the cards. They toast again and down their drinks.
