Wednesday, March 19, 2014 Episode 12,298 - A woman resembling Nicole bumps into Rafe at the pub and he gallantly picks up her handbag. Seated patron Kate greets him, impressed by his moves. She purrs Jordan would be proud if only she were around. Rafe suggests she tell her direct cos she is staying in town! Kate pouts her red lips and assumes it was for Rafe that she remained. - Ben is working at the club when Jordan arrives with news. She looks worried. She explains this time it is different and so she has decided to stay in Salem. Ben cannot believe she is staying in town for the guy. Jordan stands firm in her decision and refuses to give him up! - At Horton house, JJ knows his pals are playing him. Ben and Rory eat more chips and deny it, Meanwhile at school Paige gets another friend request and sanctimonious Mary Beth sees the latest message about Paige being awesome. Paige thinks it is a joke, that JJ is just trying to be mean. Mary Beth concludes JJ the stalker is harassing her friend and should be expelled. She urges her to call the cops and report him too. Back at the house, JJ still suspects his friends of mischief. Bev becomes indignant and leaves in a huff. Rory tells dude to lighten up and follows the girl. JJ sits between the yellow cushions on the couch. He remembers he has a history test tomorrow and forgot his books in his locker. Time to go back to school ... - At the ornate house of Kiriakis, Brady scoffs at his picture with John and stares at the bar with a sigh. Will he or won't he? He saunters over and lifts a decanter with a shaky hand. He suddenly smashes the glass and decanter down and both shatter. He does not need it, he growls! Not one drop! He now sends a text and goes on his way, ready for greener pastures ... - Theresa tells Liam that was not a good pickup line but he pleasantly denies the pickup accusation. After all, they both work at the hospital. He laments he already made the mistake of getting mixed up with a coworker, Jennifer. Theresa turns. Now he has her interest, this rebound guy Jenny ditched for Dan the man. She admits she worked for Jen Jen and they are NOT friends. Liam asks about that but Theresa has decided her life has changed and she should therefore not be gossiping about Jen Jen. But Liam the smooth talker keeps going, from Jen to JJ the juvenile delinquent. Liam is seated on the bench, Theresa standing beside him as they laugh at the Hortons together. That is how belligerent almost boyfriend Brady finds them. He snaps is this her new friend?! - The test results are in and so Abigail and EJ wait with bated soap breath. EJ stands beside her and Abigail wonders. Dr. Garcia informs her it was a false alarm and she is definitely NOT pregnant. Abigail becomes emotional and covers her mouth with a hand. EJ asks the doctor for a moment and asks how Abigail feels. She weeps she is relieved and can breathe easy again. But it feels off, she was so sure Sami was right! However, now it seems it is finished - all of it. There is no Abigail and EJ anymore. EJ blinks. Dr. Garcia returns and explains the girl's symptoms were merely the manifestation of stress. She repeats she is not pregnant. Abigail quietly thanks her and walks to the door. EJ thanks the doctor for her discretion and goes with her. - At DiMera mansion, Stefano has just received Sami's news of the May wedding. She snaps she does not give a damn about his blessing. Nothing will stand between her and EJ anymore! The phoenix chuckles and pours himself a drink. He drawls of course he is happy she makes Elvis happy. Sami suggest then he give EJ his freedom and let them move out of the mansion! Suited Stefano is even more amused. He dramatically declares he feels that deep down the mansion is exactly where Elvis desires to be. Sami is exasperated. Stefano reminds her he is all about having la familia around him. Moments later ... Ring ring. Tis Dr. Garcia calling and the phoenix is pleased, though not surprised to hear from her! - Once they reach the town square, EJ and Abigail must go their separate ways as his car is parked elsewhere. The girl with the ponytail sighs she knows they were a mistake for he loves Sami. Her being pregnant would have spelled a disaster for them both. Tragic music plays and she sighs they should keep on walking. She starts to go and he stops her. EJ now tenderly tells her that when she finds someone and falls in love, he wants to tell the young man how lucky he is! He smiles and vanishes from view. She watches with a heavy heart. - Theresa the temptress introduces Brady to Liam the sales rep. Brady is clearly jealous. Liam politely excuses himself for a call. Brady tries to play it cool but Theresa looooooves that he is jealous! Brady is about to leave in a snit but she stops him. She and that guy were talking only. She thought she and Brady were all about fun. Brady grumbles he had that in mind when he texted her, yet she ignored his text. Theresa did not see the text. She purrs if she had, she would have given slick salesman Liam his walking papers right away. - Back at the pub, Rafe sips his coffee and will not confirm Jordan stayed for him. He doesn't have to. Kate sweetly recounts how uptight Jordan was with her at first, then relaxed. She notes Rafe seems satisfied with Jordan and her honesty, assures him she is happy for him, gives him a friendly kiss, and waltzes out, her head held high. Rafe grins. Outside, the diva wonders what her enemy is up to now and goes on her wicked way. - Ben warns Jordan not to trust the Rafe guy. She can only trust HIM. She notes it used to be true but that was then, this is now. Ben thinks she is fooling herself, there is a huge risk, and suggests she reconsider. - At Salem High, Mary Beth repeats her pal should report JJ's sorry behind, then races to band practice. Paige intends to stay away from him. As though on cue, JJ appears and says hi. She takes him to task for his messages but the teen has no idea what she is referring to. She calls him a creep and a jerk for lying. JJ stares. What message? It goes from bad to worse. She acts like he is trying to attack her when he tries to stop her from leaving. JJ innocently wonders what he did that was so wrong. Paige blasts him for his sarcastic message that she was awesome when he really does not like her. He swears he did not send it. Paige snaps he cannot be her friend and storms off. JJ takes out his phone, gets what happened, and curses Rory and Bev under his breath. - At the town square, Abigail wipes the tears from her sad eyes. Jordan approaches and asks if she is alright. Abigail pretends she is and is upbeat about her staying in town. Maybe she and Jordan and also Gabi can get together again. Jordan urges her to share what has so upset her. Abigail will only say the roller coaster ride is finally over. Jordan respects her privacy but hopes she is alright now. Abigail thinks she will be. Jordan smiles about new beginnings and Abigail agrees. Jordan spies Rafe and gushes new beginnings sure are special! - Stefano drawls the doctor has been most helpful! Dr. Garcia purrs it was her pleasure. If there is anything else she can do, he only needs to say the word! Stefano is grateful, ends the call, and EJ arrives, asking about the whereabouts of his bride-to-be. Stefano stares. WHO?! EJ squints at him. - Brady admits he may have overreacted. He is admittedly in a strange mood today. Theresa suggests they change that, hit the liquor store, and head to her place. Brady suggests they do something other than drink. Something crazy unpredictable! Theresa teases she has an idea on how to break the monotony and gets closer. She hopes he is interested! Brady is clearly attracted to her charms. - Stylish Kate enters the club, only to get a long distance call from Chad DiMera, who is unseen and unheard. She becomes rather stressed and assures him she will do as promised. She wonders how his own life is at the moment. - EJ accuses fatha of losing his hearing. Naturally he seeks Samantha! Sami appears in her fitted dress and EJ ushers her into the foyer, unable to keep his hands off his fiancée. He kisses her passionately. Stefano dangerously watches with disdain. - Bev and Rory are coming out of the pub when JJ confronts them. They make light of sending the silly messages in his name. JJ complains Paige called him a creep. The pair point out it was only a joke so JJ should be laughing but he is not laughing. Bev bitterly accuses him of having straight and narrow disease and Paige on the brain. She leaves with loyal Rory, promising to give her admirer a ride home, as JJ shouts he does not care about that girl! The teen protests too much ... - Rafe saunters over to Jordan at the town square. Abigail tells them to have fun and goes. Rafe notes she was down. Jordan assures him she will be fine. Rafe sighs he has got problems of his own and teases there was this girl who changed her plans to stay in Salem for him. How can he show his appreciation? She would rather he keep it simple and so he gives her a romantic long kiss, dipping her like in the movies. Abigail woefully watches, then goes on her lonely way. - Sami yelps and giggles when EJ takes her into the bedroom. She giggles even more about his father's secret sexual problem. EJ reminds her to keep it a secret. She wonders where her man has been. He just wants to show her how much he loves her, plays with her hair, kisses her, and exclaims they are getting married! Can she believe it?! EJ is over the moon. Sami cannot believe it either and squeals in delight when he pulls her onto the big bed. - Theresa has taken Brady back to the house of Kiriakis. Brady suspects manservant Henderson was in a foul mood due to the broken glass mess he made. They find themselves alone as the hot fireplace sizzles in the background. Brady wonders what Theresa's great idea is. She seductively places her arms around him and dares him to guess, a naughty glint in her eye. - Jordan giggles. Rafe hopes they are still on for later. For sure, after she checks on some patients. He wonders what she wants to do as he holds her in his arms. She teases it is a secret. He will await her text! They now go their separate ways. Ben emerges in his jean jacket with a scowl. - Abigail sees a happy couple with baby outside the pub and stares, remembering Sami's offer that they find out with a pregnancy test. She slowly and sadly takes out her phone ... - After the loving, Sami and EJ revel in their togetherness, nekid under the sheets. She loves this exuberant mood of his. EJ excitedly announces they must go on a date. Sami laughs and agrees. He explains he simply craves having her with him after those months apart. They kiss in bliss and she promises there will be no resistance. They kiss again and he gets out of bed for a quick shower. Sami smiles and admires the view until ... Ring ring! Tis Abigail the downtrodden. She bears news. - Downstairs, Stefano is at his chess set. He is pleased to get a call from Katarrrrina. She sighs she will be there tonight and warns he might not enjoy it the way he thinks. He ends the call and chuckles one never knows! Then he takes another drink and gets back to the endless chess game. - Sami questions if Abigail is sure she is not pregnant. She is sure as the blood test done by the doctor was negative. EJ's shower is heard in the background as Sami asks if she was alone. Abigail changes the subject, pretending she has to go. Sami is happy for her. The girl glumly thanks her for all she did and ends the call. Wet towel-clad EJ emerges. Sami informs him that Abigail called and is not pregnant. And she is super relieved. EJ dries his neck, his back to his beloved, and becomes tense. Sami calls the cheating loser she hooked up with a jerk. EJ grimaces. - Theresa teases she can be accommodating in many ways. Hot blooded Brady is ready to take her upstairs to his room but she would rather remain here in the living room. Now! Brady gets it. He takes her to the couch, where they kiss passionately and paw at each other, seconds away from giving into temptation, in plain scandalous view ...!
