There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS: Ciara finds Chad fast asleep on the sofa. She hears the baby cry as she tucks him in, telling him he deserves better. She now slips out to see crying Thomas ... Hope is at the cabin alone with groceries. She flops on the couch and woefully hugs a cushion. How to start soul searching about who the man in her life should be? Meanwhile mama has cooked for Rafe and Dario but Rafe is not hungry. He would rather read his case notes. Mama gets miffed ... At the station Aiden approaches D.A. Justin with his documents. Chase is changing his plea to not guilty by reason of insanity. Aiden talks rehabilitation. Justin gets sarcastic and points out he prefers to prosecute rapists. Aiden blames the DiMeras. He adds he has Hope's support. Justin now gets a mysterious delivery. An envelope with no return address ... Roman gets to the station with Kate, who is surprised to see Aiden standing around very much alive. Roman wants her to tell him all about Deimos' alleged murder down to the last detail ... Nicole heads to the townhouse to update Victor on her failure with Deimos. He scoffs he knew it would amount to nothing and notes she was only his plan B ... Aiden leaves the station and Roman sits Kate down to talk in private. She is annoyed he said "alleged." He replies thus far there is no body. She insists she bore witness when Nicole pushed Deimos into the raging river. Roman gives her the evil eye and questions her sincerity so she produces the footage she took of Nicole and Deimos' fight on her iphone ... Justin opens the letter in his office with the door closed. Tis a brief and blunt note from Deimos, who is ordering the release of a thug who happens to be a repeat offender. He calls this the test Justin must pass to prove himself. All the evidence MUST be destroyed. Justin shreds the letter and starts to sweat in his suit ... Victor snaps Justin will not fail like Nicole. Nicole snaps she was just trying for Maggie and colorful Maggie appears, having overheard ... Roman grins that is all she has? Kate lies she then dropped her phone and saw Deimos hit his head on a tree, after which Nicole pushed him! Roman is trying to keep a straight face as Kate cries. He questions how she happened to be recording and why she did not intervene. Kate sniffles she was simply jealously tailing her husband. Roman soap stares. She explains they were just married and flashes the ring she stole from Deimos' pocket ... Chad hears the baby monitor and Ciara gushing about Chad the great dad to baby Thomas. He is touched ... Aiden calls Hope after filing the papers. He asks to see her. She sighs she is out of town to think things through. He deduces he is one of the things she is thinking about ... Mama asks for help with a guest room for she has a friend coming. Rafe is in a snit but agrees to help, though this is the first he has heard of the latest visitor to his house ... Nicole has told Maggie the whole sordid story of her attempt to set up Deimos. The redhead is furious at both Nicole and Victor for playing such a dangerous game. Nicole regrets she did not take Deimos the bastard down. Maggie is aghast as Daniel would not approve ... Roman's reaction to Kate's wedding news is DAMN! He finds out she thought Nicole was the wannabe mistress her new groom went out to meet. He muses that would be a motive for Kate to want him dead. Kate reminds him Nicole tried to kill before and he reminds Kate she did too. Kate continues to play the part of the weeping widow to perfection as her mascara runs. Roman concludes one way or another he will get to the bottom of the matter ... Hope is very vague but Aiden hopes she will not change her mind about his Chase plea. He adds he loves her, looks forward to seeing her, and ends the call ... Mama boasts her acquaintance Blanca helped at the clinic in Mexico. Dario grins he will get a job soon to contribute as Rafe glowers about the new guest ... Justin is wearing white gloves pouring over the evidence on the criminal he has been ordered to give a clean slate ... Meanwhile Maggie is lecturing Victor for what he did. However, he believes Deimos must be stopped and Justin will be the one who will get the job done. Upset Maggie wheels herself away ... Justin now calls Uncle Victor, disturbed by Deimos ordering him to cover up for a repeat offender. The tycoon tells him to man up and do it! And so Justin places the bags of evidence in his briefcase and heads to the house to see Deimos ... Ciara has a sandwich tray for Chad. He takes two aspirin and she updates him on Chase, how she saw him looking pathetic at the hospital, which made her suddenly feel safer. She suspects that makes her sound like a terrible person. Chad gushes she is wonderful and should never forget it ... Justin arrives at the Kiriakis mansion, where Roman is waiting and searching. The commissioner updates him on Deimos, though no body has been found so far. Justin wonders who the main suspect will be if the murder story is true. Nicole ... At the Edge Nicole complains about not being able to help Maggie. Dario argues Maggie did not want her help anyway. He is relieved Nicole did not end up dead like Helena. She is just glad she is done with dangerous Deimos. So she thinks ... Kate flashes back to her final moment with Deimos, and how he fell into the river with a big splash. She had made no move to help him ... Aiden arrives at the hospital about to visit Chase and gets a call from Kate about a legal matter. She insists on seeing him tonight and purrs she will make it worth his while ... Nicole wants to buy Dario a drink and appreciates his support She calls him a nice guy and he grins she does not know him well enough yet. Deimos better leave her alone or else! Nicole still seems nervous about Deimos ... D.A. Justin has his doubts about Kate's convenient story as does Roman, who wants to know how Justin seems to know so much about Deimos. Their investigation was hush hush. Justin would rather not say and excuses himself, tightly holding his briefcase ... Mama and Rafe are good but he reminds her his relationship with Hope is his business. Mama gushes she is going to get some groceries. She innocently hopes he will be home when Blanca arrives ... Hope unpacks another bag of groceries at the cabin. She is drawn to the old pictures and places a kiss on her finger, touching the photo of Bo with her ... Chad chomps the sandwich and Ciara is sorry Abigail did not want to see him. He wishes he could fix it the way he usually can fix things ... Justin comes to the townhouse for a word with Victor, who insists Maggie can also hear what he has to say. He sighs he did as Deimos ordered but it was in vain and rather risky now that Deimos might be dead. Victor's keen eyes widen with interest ... Kate meets Aiden at the dark park to talk about the big money she claims she can pay him for a favor. It is a little illegal. Aiden turns to leave until she tells him she would pay him a quarter of a million. Now she has his full attention ... Dario asks to drive Nicole home but she wants to stay and then walk home. He gives her kiss on the cheek, hoping to see her sooooooon ... All of a sudden, Roman appears asking Nicole to come down to the station. Nicole gives the accompanying officer a nervous glance, not knowing what to expect ... Ciara offers to go see Abigail. She can argue Chad's case and also see what kind of condition her cousin is in. Chad would love that. She whispers she would do anything for him ... Rafe opens his door to Blanca the blonde beauty. They smile and shake hands as their eyes sparkle ... Back at the cabin, Hope is fast asleep on the sofa. A figure approaches. Tis BO. He greets Fancyface with a grin and offers to help her figure things out. Hope is stunned to see him standing before her ... Justin updates Victor and Maggie that they are looking for a body and Nicole is a suspect, according to Kate and Roman. Victor is upbeat but suspects it could get tricky ... Kate informs attorney Aiden she was almost married to rich Deimos but Nicole killed him soooo she wants him to get her a marriage certificate dated yesterday. He calls her cold. She alludes to his own illustrious history and awaits his answer with a wicked smile. Aiden smiles back ... Nicole does not understand what the cops want with her. Roman solemnly states according to an eyewitness SHE murdered Deimos Kiriakis! Nicole blanches at the BOMBSHELL ... THE END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives: HOT! Bo, Larry and Stefano help Hope cope! |
