Kate lets out a woeful sigh as Snyder stands in stunned silence ... Gabi blasts Lucas and insists Jake wants her not Kate. Besides Kate would not appreciate an act. Lucas insists Jake belongs at Kate’s side now. Gabi pulls rank as current owner of DiMera mansion and orders him to pack up and get out of her house! - Sami returns to John and Marlena’s muttering about Nicole. EJ calls, unseen and unheard. She is miffed he cancelled the money that was supposed to save her life and wonders what she is missing. Oh oh ... Nicole apologizes for the interruption. Rafe insists she stay and speak with the friend she came to see and excuses himself. Ava alludes to their affair. She is aglow and Nicole giggles with her, but then thinks she should go. Ava probes, sensing a problem. Nicole admits Sami saw her at the Salem Inn with that guy. Ava concludes that guy was Xander cos Rafe just went to see him at the Salem Inn and she was there as well. Nicole urges her to say nothing to Rafe, then realizes he has just returned with his shirt on. Ava innocently offers him coffee as Nicole cringes ... - Xander knew not Julie had such security in her house and admits he does not remember stealing her bottle. He offers to pay, and she demands two hundred in cash. He asks Jack and promises to repay him. Businesswoman Julie is against Jack helping him but accepts the money anyway ... Sami would like to know why EJ would withdraw the funds that were supposed to save her! He seems to allude to a reason. Enter Lucas. She lies Marlena just returned and hangs up. Lucas mimicks EJ, then senses something. Sami is scared EJ knows what they did. Lucas doubts it and now shares his own woes. Kate is unwell, cannot see or remember what went down, and believes she is still with Jake ... Blackmailed Snyder confirms Kate has amnesia and cannot see. He talks tests and specialists and argues the brain is a mystery. However, a positive outcome is possible. Jake asks what he can do. Kate wants the good doctor to answer so he claims she needs support from her most significant loved ones. Jake digests as the duplicitous doctor continues to do the diva’s bidding ... - Xander assumes he may remain. Julie says no but concedes this is Jack and Jen’s house so she cannot take back the offer dapper Jack agreed to. Xander hopes for a hug from the matriarch, who takes a step back instead ... Lucas updates Sami on Jake helping Kate and admits Gabi booted him out of the DiMera mansion. He wants to stay with her. Sami protests. Tis not the right time for she plans to prove Nicole cheated on Eric ... Nicole leaves in a hurry and Ava downplays her discomfort to Rafe. He hears Ava confirmed they were now a couple, and she starts to sense his hesitation ... Snyder excuses himself. Jake asks Kate how she feels.
