Then she stares at a promotional picture of Brady ... Gabi confronts Jake in Rafe’s kitchen. He is exasperated she gave Sami the letter back but swears she can trust him. He did not give the letter to EJ cos he loves her more than anything. They kiss in bliss ... Rafe assures Ava that Gabi and Jake plan to get their own place. All that matters is THEM. Ava sometimes wonders whether what they share is too good to be true, given her history. Rafe reassures her and they embrace. He now seems to be her world ... Nicole notices the call on Brady’s phone that came from Kristen and concludes a tech expert could trace it. Then Kristen can confirm Sami slept with Lucas ... At the square, Eli has overheard exasperated Lucas, who pretends he was babbling about Allie ... Sami reads Kristen’s detailed letter about her affair with Lucas and decides to destroy it in the fireplace. She stuffs it in and finally finds the matches that Kate moved.
