BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS At the Kiriakis mansion Kate is frozen. Deimos the devil stops the piano. He taunts there were so many rumors of his demise plus the wedding that never was, then Nicole was accused of his death! At least Kate did not finish all his champagne he says. She regains her composure and hugs him, exclaiming she is so happy he is alive. However her eyes mirror her fear ... Andre is with Chad at DiMera mansion. Chad apologizes for accusing him of any wrongdoing. Andre is aware he loved Abigail. Chad admits he is lost without her. Andre notes she is not coming back so he should let go and raise his child. Chad wonders how she seemed when he last saw her. Afraid at first. But the more she spoke the more strength he saw. Chad thinks Andre feels betrayed by him. Andre asks is this a ruse? Chad insists he knows for a fact that Andre did not do anything to make her disappear. He asks him to help find her and adds he would give him anything. Andre is all ears ... Jen stomps through the square and sees Ciara sitting at a table alone. Ciara is sorry about Abigail. Jumpy Jen needs her assistance! She wants to hear all about Chad and what he has been saying. Ciara suspects he has hired some private investigators. That is all she knows. It soon becomes evident that Jen and JJ believe Chad is hiding something, perhaps even Abigail! Ciara snaps she would know since she knows him well now! He is upset. Jen will not back down so Ciara gets defensive with her deep voice. She accuses them of condemning him for being a DiMera. Jen questions just how close they are ... Andre is touched and tells Chad he will seek information from his underground sources, though he wonders whether Chad would want to know if it is bad news. He elegantly pours himself a drink and advises him to be prepared. Chad plans to stay positive. Andre gets a glint in his greedy eye as his brotha offers him ANYTHING he has for bringing her back. Chad hopes he can trust him. Andre replies as much as he can trust HIM. He slithers out to get started. Seconds later Chad calls his flunky to follow him. All of a sudden Stefano's suited ghost appears at the chess table. He suggests his son must be mad to trust the likes of Andre! He refers to himself as the voice of rrrrrrreason and urges him not to trust Andre who might know nothing. Chad, however, senses there is something. Stefano now suggests Abigail might never recover. What kind of mother would she be for Thomas??? Jen probes Ciara's feelings for boss Chad. Ciara overreacts and continues to defend the DiMera. Jen cries she just wants her daughter. Ciara snaps he only wants the same and storms off ... Kate demands to know where Deimos has been and why did he not contact them. He acts elusive and corrects her on what happened down by the river. It was no accident as she pushed him on purpose! She counters why would she want him dead? To get the mansion and his money. She calls it Victor's money and he laughs it is all hers now. She has the whole fortune thanks to the forged marriage license. He alludes to the fact that he no longer has feelings for her. Kate strikes a pose and pouts. He stares into space, no longer interested in her coy glances and feminine wiles. Kate argues they still make a great team and tells him she tried to find him, they all did. He quips how touching and questions her heartbreak. He is mad as hell she took his Helena ring and intends to destroy the document she forged. She implores him not to ... Chad makes one last move and mutters CHECK. Stefano vanishes as Ciara enters. She complains Jen thinks he is hiding Abigail. Chad already knows. He just wants to focus on finding Abigail. She asks what Andre said. He is not sure about him or anyone now. She gasps her too? Chad assures her she is the one person he trusts. Besides his father, who has been coming to him ... She can relate as she used to imagine Bo a lot before ... Chad thinks this is different as he thought he hated his dad. She reminds him he is still his dad and wonders what advice he gave today. To put Thomas first and not at risk with Abigail. He asks Ciara's opinion. Ciara slowly suggests Abigail was afraid she would not get better and perhaps did not want to put him and Thomas through any more pain with her presence. No one wins it seems ... Chad replies he wants to keep the woman he loves safe. Ciara asks as a prisoner? No just safe with doctors. She would also will be able to see Thomas. Ciara suggests she does not wish to be found if she went on her own and left him that letter. He would rather not think that. Ciara notes there is nothing more he can do. Abigail will come if and when she is ready ... Kate wants to make the marriage real. No and he does not love her. She suggests being a power couple. Not interested. She wants more money. Deimos has decided he is done with her. She thinks cos she shoved him. Partly but there is something else. Anyway it is still a NO. She trash talks Nicole. She hisses he cannot trust the faker who once married her son for money. Kate continues. Nicole got close to him because she was doing Victor's bidding. Nicole is nothing but a con whereas she has her cards on the table. They could have a mutually beneficial arrangement. Deimos is listening. She wants to go to Vegas. Deimos wants to know how soon she can pack. She smiles slyly but perhaps she should not be so smug ... Kate coos he will not regret it. He quips he hopes she will not try to off him as he sleeps. Separate bedrooms. Agreed. They go to get their suitcases ... At the pub Jen complains to Caroline about Abigail's predicament. Caroline points out her daughter might be doing what is best for her. Jen cries she worries she is not ok. Caroline knows she will come home when she is ready. God will lead her back when the time is right. Meantime they can pray. She tells Jen to keep the faith and she nods ... Ciara invites Chad to go for a walk and have ice cream. They can take Thomas. She manages to convince him to come for fresh air. She goes to get Thomas and he woefully picks up his wedding picture ... Kate is on her phone with her assistant about the flight, all packed. Deimos joins her and has decided to go to bed early. There will be no I DO. Matter of fact he would not marry her if his life depended on it! He lied just like she lied that Nicole pushed him in the river! He thunders to GET OUT! She calls him a fool to care for Nicole. He threatens her to leave Nicole alone or else! He could get her locked up for a long time for attempted murder! She calls this a mistake. He calls her his biggest mistake. The door is shut ... Chad has decided to stay home in case someone calls. Ciara disagrees and he gets annoyed. He does not want to go out for ice cream, he wants to wait for his wife at home! She is sorry and leaves with Thomas. Chad regrets his rudeness and goes after her ... Andre listens to loud classical music in his room and likes what he reads online about a charter plane going down, all on board losing their lives. Hmmmm he marvels with wicked delight ... Kate is down but not OUT. Still standing in front of the Kiriakis door she calls someone to meet in the morning and help her settle the score ... Meanwhile Andre is on his phone needing help with what has to be the perfect plan. Details to come soon. Discretion required. Andre now giggles to himself that the girl is so yooooooung and it will be so saaaaaaad ... Chad approaches Ciara at the square and sits beside her on a bench. He is sorry for blowing up. She says it is okay. He would hate to lose her friendship and points out he would not be able to go it alone with Thomas, who is nearby in his stroller. Ciara happily places her hand on his and promises he will not loooooose her. Chad fights back the tears. Jen appears and sanctimoniously soap stares ... THE END!
