There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Previously on DaysCafe - Rafe agrees this is a compelling case. However, he is not familiar with state tax law, What is the punishment?The agent replies at least ten years. And he thinks he might be the right guy to slap the cuffs on EJ DiMera... - Sami is asked whether she will be faithful to Elvis as long as they both shall live. She pauses. Abigail frowns. Sami suddenly imagines groom EJ passionately kissing his former mistress in the garden as she casts her a devilish look. Sami hyperventilates, utterly crushed. Back to reality. Sami the bride gives EJ a cold hard stare. He innocently awaits her answer .... The story now continues - EJ is waiting for his bride to speak but Sami collapses in his arms. The kids cry out for mommy. EJ sits her on a chair as Abigail, Will and Lucas gather round. EJ is crouching before his beloved and begs her to drink the water from Abigail. Sami whispers what would she do without Abigail and adds she wanted this day to be special. Lucas questions whether she faked that faint to wiggle out of the wedding to EJ the clown! Sami pretends to be aghast. This moment means a great deal to her and she gushes EJ has no idea how much! - Aiden meets Hope at the pub to gala plan, She notices his file for Jen's case. He is happy to help. She teases he knows about her clan yet she is unaware of his and suggests he is secretive. Aiden sighs and diverts her by discussing the gala planning. Hope notices. He teases she was only interrogating. She claims it was an innocent question. He teases her with their original checklist. They are accomplishing the mission impossible together and it will be a gala to remember! - At the square, stylish Kate gets an unexpected call from CLYDE. He has Tammy Sue and Ollie on his mind! He claims to be concerned, given they changed their names and all. One does worry. Kate fears he has decided to show up in Salem! He talks parental pull. However ... She concludes he wants to surprise the pair. He does indeed, and cannot wait to see their expressions! -Rafe has just gotten the offer of a lifetime - to arrest EJ on his wedding day! He has been waiting for ages and loves the coincidence of getting EJ just when he is marrying his ex. Rafe calls for the arrest warrant stat. The agent also gets a call and Rafe drawls the judge has been waiting for this moment too. He takes the evidence and is about to go when his Jordy girl walks in, gasping they must talk! However, her timing is off, with Rafe's high priority request already setting things in motion ... - Marlena and Roman glumly play cards at the club and she hopes the wedding does not happen. She finds it highly irregular that Sami did not mind not having the family present. Something is certainly off! - Sami finds the strength to stand up and sweetly promises to make all the days of EJ's life .... memorable! The gang take their places again. Lucas complains to Sonny that Sami did not come to her senses after all. Sami and EJ are back in their places and she hastily says I DO. Abigail looks uncomfortable. EJ smiles like a lucky groom in love. Abraham announces the bride and groom have their own personal wedding vows to read. Sami sadly reads that EJ is her love, her life, and she drives him crazy but he believes their love is special despite the doubters. Lucas looks annoyed as she goes on. Sami coos the groom was always committed to them and showed her what they share is special. Why, she feels like the luckiest girl in the world! She promises to commit her whole heart and soul to give him what he DESERVES. Eerie music plays. EJ stammers he is speechless. He informs her how he is grateful to have such a passionate person as a partner. This is the start of their happily ever after and he will try to give as good as he gets for all the days of their lives ... Sami gives him a sly look. Abigail fights back the tears. - Giselle approaches Roman carrying her gala dress and senses this is not the best time. Marlena smirks. - Aiden insists he and Hope must high five their fait accompli. Father Luis approaches and Aiden boasts they planned the gala down to the last detail. Not exactly! The priest points out they are still missing the all important master of ceremonies. Aiden lets out a long sigh. - Cagey Clyde will be in touch with Kate when he has made up his mind. She wishes him the best with whatever it is. He drawls it will work out all because of her and ends the call. Then he sneaks a sinister peak at Kate's detailed background report. The sexy city slicker was no match for the clever country criminal ... - Rafe appreciates Jordan coming to have an intense conversation about the past but things are getting crazy. She offers to wait. He assures her nothing will change their bright future together and gives his girl a kiss. He now gets a call so she takes her leave. The agent comes back and Rafe laments the warrant is delayed. Hopefully this was not the doing of that DiMera! - Back at the wedding to remember ... Abraham explains that the rings symbolize commitment and fidelity and are therefore like vows. Best man Will happily hands EJ the rings.Sami hands Abigail her bridal bouquet and the girl clumsily drops her ring. Sami assures her not to worry, picks it up, slips it on EJ’s finger and speaks the words with this ring, I thee wed. EJ does the same for her. Abe pronounces the pair husband and wife and EJ kisses his bride. The guests applaud. Johnny cheers. Abigail is ready to faint. The violins play and Sami sweetly hopes this day was special for Abigail too. Abigail forces a smile and agrees the bride and groom belong together. Sami promises she will thank her for all she has done one day, her voice dripping with sweetness. She then makes EJ hug her maid of honor in gratitude. Sonny tells smitten Ben that Abigail looks beautiful. Will urges his better half to start snapping pictures. And so Sonny does! Lucas later muses he felt that she would not go through with it. It was so unlike Sami to faint. Abe points out he and Lucas are taking the kids to the arcade, as per Sami's request. Sami thanks Abe for the wonderful ceremony. He solemnly states he wishes for her happiness, though his eyes mirror his doubt. EJ clasps Lucas' hand and charmingly thanks him for attending. The kids chant CONGRATULATIONS and leave with Abe and Lucas. Lucas quips to have a nice marriage. With that, most of the guests in the small wedding vanish. Abigail is anxious to get ready for her brother's graduation but Sami insists she stay a while. She shoves the bridal bouquet in her hands again to go dance with EJ for their first romantic song. Sami gushes this is their happily ever after as EJ holds her in his arms and they slow dance in her favorite garden. - Aiden is at a loss. However, he says he knows people who know people. Hope is amused. - Giselle reminds Roman of their date to discuss the gala. She is smug to learn Marlena is attending alone and gets catty. Marlena gets catty right back, calls Roman a gambling man, and starts to go. Roman stops her at the door, to assure her that Sami is a tough cookie like her mom and is gonna be fine. Marlena appreciates it and wishes him luck with the date. Once she goes, Giselle calls her clingy, almost as clingy as her choice of gala gown! Roman is already bored. - Will asks lonely girl Abigail to dance, to show his appreciation. Sami suddenly interrupts, cos she wants a dance with Will. She insists Abigail dance with EJ, who has all the right moves! Will wonders about his mom, as she seems rather wired. She gushes she is getting everything she wants and is totally energized. EJ suggests Ben take over with Abigail and cuts in to dance with his bride. He kisses Sami. Sonny drawls it is his turn to dance with his partner and teases no matter what others think, straight folk have every right to get married, too! Maybe Will’s mom is with the perfect one. He sure found his soul mate! They kiss in bliss ... As EJ dances with her, Sami admires Abigail and Ben, how perfect they are together. EJ would ratha discuss Samantha and is sorry this was not exactly the wedding of her dreams. It is small. Nevertheless, at least they managed to get married without any interference from fatha. Bride Sami suggests their greatest moments are yet to come and kisses him. The pair stop dancing when Rafe and his State Department of Revenue agent appear. Sami acts shocked by the intrusion. EJ holds up his ring hand and gloats Hernandez is too late, he did not succeed in stopping their wedding. Rafe growls he is under arrest for tax evasion and handcuffs him hard as the horrified guests watch. Sami acts indignant and defiant with Rafe. She hits him with her bridal bouquet, screaming he cannot do this today! - Kate has summoned Lucas to the square and he wonders what was so important. She announces she found Jordan's real father. Lucas is not interested and says so. She repeats Rafe deserves to know her secrets. Lucas accuses her of being secretive too. Kate informs him that Ben is really Jordan's brother and God only knows where the secrets stop!Lucas is somewhat surprised. However, he has high praise for Ben, having just seen him at Sami's wedding. Kate gets catty about the drama. Lucas says there was none, despite Sami fainting. Kate doubts that was all. Lucas muses it was a happy event, not like the usual Salem wedding ... - Sami rages at Rafe for his petty and vindictive jealousy. Rafe drawls he is just doing his job. The time has come for EJ to pay for his crimes. She melodramatically kisses her groom as he is carted off and he tells her he loves her. She gasps she loves him too. Sonny offers to call Justin for Sami but she thinks lawyer EJ knows what to do. She informs Will and Sonny she must go to him and then thanks Abigail profusely for her friendship, handing over the tattered bridal bouquet cos she is next! Sami scurries off in her gown. Abigail gulps. - Aiden and Hope confer at the pub, realizing their work is far from over. But how and where to find a last minute MC? Marlena shows up and suggests Patty Stanger. Much to their delight, she offers to call her contact and does just that. "This is Mar." She laughs with her funny famous friend and asks for a favor. Hope and Aiden cannot believe their luck. - In The DiMera garden, Will, Sonny and Abigail discuss the wedding drama. Will woefully states EJ and Sami did not deserve this. Abigail quips EJ is no innocent. She suggests the dastardly DiMera deserves to pay for his past transgressions! Sonny thinks this is not the time or the place for such talk. Abigail is only sorry since she does not think Sami deserved this. Ben smoothly suggests the wedding planner is upset. Abigail apologizes for her mood, then realizes JJ's graduation awaits. Ben offers to see her home. Abigail apologizes again and scurries off. Sympathetic Sonny places a supportive arm around wistful Will, who just wants to get Ari and go home. Sadly this wedding was no different for his doomed mother than any other disastrous one ... - Lucas reads a text about the scandalous wedding arrest. He tells curious Kate it was state tax evasion and marches off to get the kids, who will need to be protected from the fallout. Now alone, Kate quietly commends her partner-in-crime for a job well done! - EJ is behind bars. Rafe advises him to confess. The agent warns him people do pay the price for tax evasion. EJ arrogantly dismisses this inconvenience. Rafe taunts it feels good to finally see him behind bars. Sami comes up behind Rafe, accuses him or ruining her near perfect day, and calls him a son of a bitch! Rafe faces his ex and drawls he does not give a damn about their special day, though he is relieved the children did not have to bear witness to the arrest. He suspects the kids will see EJ for what he really is one day. Sami rages EJ happens to be a better man than Rafe could ever be! - Kate stops Jordan at the town square and notes she looks happy. Jordan triumphantly tells her that she and Rafe are working things out and goes on her way. Kate cackles about Tammy Sue ... - Back in the Ozarks, the mountain man sits with big boss Clyde, who now has the background report on Kate thanks to him. He decides he has business to attend to in Salem and stares at the pictures of Tammy Sue and Ollie, aka Jordan and Ben. - Ben walks Abigail to her front door. She coyly suggests they finish their dance another day. He is looking forward to it, kisses her on the lips, and calls her the most beautiful maid of honor he ever saw. - Marlena giggles to her comedian friend that this gig is for a Catholic school so clean jokes only. It is a go! Aiden excitedly races off to boast to Father Luis. Hope calls him competitive. Marlena muses he is adorable. - Sami rages EJ the good has changed. Rafe righteously reasons he did not pay his taxes. Sami defiantly declares her wedding day was not ruined because she still married the man of her dreams. Rafe walks away. Sami assures EJ this really was her dream wedding. EJ, however, explodes. He thunders Hernandez had help and he knows exactly who the culprit was!
