She touches her new jewelry with a smile and then impatiently answers Lucas’ call. He wonders what happened to Kristen’s letter to EJ. She complains Gabi and Jake saw it and are aware of the affair. Gabi did not let him use it against them. She boasts in the end she burned it. No one will ever know! Lucas makes a snide about EJ finding out ... Gabi lists all of Jake’s good qualities and concludes they can show the DiMera dummies what they are missing. She will have Philip offer him a Titan job. Then when the prodigal son screws up again she will take over as CEO so she and Jake can bring down DiMera together ... Brady has much on his mind. Nicole apologizes for making him hire Xander. He wants to do the right thing for her and for Eric. Nicole snaps she might not even have a marriage ... Theo spies Chanel weeping while walking at the square.
