Meanwhile phone Eve whispers to Victor to have his person undo what they did to try and interfere with the custody case. Brady hears the stress in her voice ... At the square CEO Chad ends a call after assuring the man on the other end he suspects the Titan stock will go even higher on his watch. Until the next meeting! He now runs into Gabi, who is close to tears ... At DiMera mansion drinking Stefan sarcastically reads Chad’s latest statement online. He smashes his glass over the nosedive in DiMera stocks and then imagines sultry Gabby telling him to take it easy ... Kate is pleased to be in bed with Ted and admits her last marriage started as friends and then evolved but he was killed. Now ... Ted wants another kiss ... Theresa walks in with Ted at the same time as Brady and scoffs the gloves are off. The lady judge returns and solemnly states coke was found where Theresa was staying. Brady is appalled. Justin gives guilt ridden Eve a solemn stare ... Abigail fears she will lose Chad if she is carrying the spawn of Stefan. Kayla tries to make her feel better. Teary Abigail now learns the test is conclusive cos they got samples from both brothers. Kayla was surprised she got Gabi to help collect the DNA. Abigail trusts her old friend without question ... Gabi hears that Thomas was happy to see Abigail when she came home. Chad notes Arianna is not old enough to understand anything. He tells her to give her daughter time. She admits she was cross at Abigail after what her alter and Stefan did to her and is trying to work on it. Chad wishes she would not keep working for Stefan ... Stefan storms into Kate’s room and announces the time has come for her to pay the piper. However, she does not want to share the latest deals on the table. Besides the harassment lawsuit Leo had against Sonny went away with him. Stefan threatens to out her to a judge and make sure Chad and Titan come tumbling down ... Gabi cannot let go of Gabi Chic. It is all she has! Chad declares she has people who care and deserves happiness. Gabi notes him going back to Abigail was the right thing to do but questions whether he is really happy. He is indeed. She feels the girl's recovery was rather fast. Chad believes she is a strong woman just like Gabi. He offers to have a word with Arianna. She praises him as a papa and he admits he would love to have more kids. Gabi wishes him happiness and goes on her weepy way ... Abigail decides to open the envelope alone. Kayla tells her the stress could take a toll but she can lean on her, Steve, all her loved ones ... Brady blasts Theresa for using again. She pouts he planted something simply to get sole custody. She tells the judge how he came over. Brady denies any wrongdoing. Theresa stands up and snaps what did she see in him! She warns she will never let him near Tate now ... The lady judge makes Theresa sit down and warns her what was found in her home is a serious infraction. Given her history and the risk to the child she recommends that her visitation be suspended. Theresa freaks and tells Brady she will fight him. JJ hangs his head. Brady is baffled ... Kate talks back. Stefan leers he would like her to help him destroy Titan and Chad in the process. She wonders why he is hell bent on destroying Chad. He has already lost many. She suggests he return to Europe, where his playboy lifestyle suited him better ... Gabi meets Abigail at the park and assures her she will feel better if she opens the paternity envelope. But she eyes her with coldness ... Back in court Brady believes Theresa relapsed. Theresa has another outburst. The judge threatens to charge her with possession. JJ suddenly stands up and declares they were his drugs. Eve gulps ... Stefan is staying in Salem! He warns Kate she will end up in Statesville if she does not follow his orders. She believes he is bluffing. Knock knock! Tis Chad, asking for a word. Stefan smirks like a devil ... Abigail would rather open the envelope alone. Gabi smoothly wonders what if it is bad news and reminds her she is on her side. Abigail agrees to open it with her and does just that.
