At the pub Aiden attempts to avert a visit to his dusty old house. There is nothing to do there. Ciara is still pumped and wants to go with pal Chase ... At the house of Kiriakis Victor the Greek scowls when his man Damon updates him on Clyde's brazen drug dealing close to the town church! Victor gives him the official go ahead on their own plan but he wants him to keep it ...clean. Rafe has just arrived and recognizes Damon, who goes way back with the detective. Victor notes Hernandez works for him now. Damon is really relieved. Rafe is amused he had him rattled. Once the goon goes, he proceeds to probe Victor ... At the square, Ben says how grateful he is to Clyde for bailing him out. Clyde insists on finding him a lawyer for family fights for family. He wonders what DiMera did to provoke him. Abigail appears, her eyes as round as saucers ... Chad acts bored when Jordan drops by DiMera mansion to plead her case for Ben. He bitterly remembers seeing Rafe kiss her and it makes him mean ...Eric has many photos to show Jen in her office and she cannot help but notice Serena in one. He assures her she would be willing to sign the release and Jen teases they seem to be involved. Eric confides his concern and tells her all about her run-in with Nicole the night of the new club opening ... Dan is in his shower. Nicole has opened his door to Serena, who merely wanted to drop off Mel's book. Nicole wants her to stay ...she has peace talks on her mind ... Serena can choose the place and time. Serena senses there is something else and Nicole does not deny it ... Back in the hot steamy shower, Dan wonders where oh where Nicole is... Hope states Ciara has that class trip to San Francisco while she intends to visit Shawn and Belle in Tahiti. Ciara and Chase want them to make time for the detour. Ciara will not let up ... When she steps away with Chase, Hope apologizes for her daughter the future lawyer or rock star. Aiden is amused. Hope assures him she will explain that they should not go, then wonders whether their presence at the house is what Aiden secretly wants. Aiden replies without hesitation. In fact it is the last thing he wants ...Rafe has a bad feeling about what Damon is going to do for his boss. The Greek grumbles to forget about him and focus on the club he hired Rafe to manage. Rafe enlightens him on a new trucking company showing up with their usual deliveries, at a higher cost. Victor grimaces and gets even more uncommunicative ... Abigail was not able to see Ben in jail and worriedly wonders what happened. Clyde discreetly steps away for some calls. Abigail seeks the whole story. Belligerent Ben admits he slugged Chad a few times but will not reveal his reason for doing so. Chad is pressing charges. Abigail wants to help. NO ...Back at the mansion, Chad the cad drinks up and accuses Jordan of only wanting to convince him to drop his charges against her brother ... Serena is suspicious about Nicole's sudden about-face. Wet Dan now walks out clad in his towel and she gets it. She excuses herself, embarrassed for the interruption. Nicole boasts they were being civil. Dan is impressed. Nicole naughtily grabs his towel and one thing leads to another on the leather sofa ... Eric explains to Jen that he wants nothing to do with Nicole but does not want her to come between him and Dan's friendship. Jen is sympathetic ... Aiden tells Hope he was worried about Chase going back to the place where his mother died. She is convinced the boy needs closure, they both need her and Ciara there for support. And so a trip is born! Aiden decides it will only be a few-hour visit, long enough for Chase to bid the old beach house goodbye. Hope gives him a hug. Aiden's eyes are filled with dread ... Clyde comes back and announces he will escort Ben to the club, to pick up his things ... Jordan states Ben is sorry. Chad states he intends to teach him a lesson. He loses his cool and kicks her out. Jordan does not understand where his hostility is coming from ... Clyde and Ben get to the club. Ben remains uncommunicative about what Chad said to make him pound him to a pulp ... Victor calls Clyde to a meeting at the park, in the clearing by the fountain in 20 minutes. They have things to settle ... Dan and Nicole cuddle on the couch and engage in cute talk about snowball fights. Their plans are interrupted when the medicine man is summoned to the hospital. Nicole now calls Serena about their peace talks ... Serena, who has been surfing the net on Nicole, sarcastically suggests she come on down to her hotel room ... minus a lock pick ... Jordan runs into Clyde, who suggests she is to blame for Ben's fight. Jordan decides to find out for herself ... She admits to her brother that Chad was acting like they were over. It does not seem to be about Ben, though, something else ... Abigail gingerly approaches Chad at the square, to ask what made Ben explode. Chad warns her that Ben is disturbingly possessive of HER. Abigail cringes and heads home. Jen is horrified to hear that Ben has attacked Chad before. He needs help. Abigail announces she will not break up with the man she loves, she will help him. She rushes out,a woman on a mission. Jen sighs with worry ... At the hospital Dan discovers another doctor took the case so he is off the hook. He calls Nicole and leaves LEGS a message about their snowball fight. Game on at the park ...Before Dan departs, Eric runs into him and would like a word. He broaches the subject of Nicole, not wanting her war with Serena to ruin their friendship. Dan grins the girls are good now. Eric's eyes flicker with doubt ... Ted is at the town square, playing the sleuth in his hat and sunglasses disguise. He is on the phone with Nicole, advising her to find the Hartford project folder on Serena's computer. Nicole is not so sure it will be scandalous enough. Ted tells her to copy everything on her computer cos there is bound to be something juicy ... Nicole now enters Serena's room with a smile. Serena mentions her sordid story online. Nicole notes both she and Eric have since moved on ... Serena must step into the other room to take a work related call. Nicole notices her laptop left on the bed and inserts her key. Then she copies and waits for it to finish ... Clyde is at the park all alone. He assures his man on the phone that the Greek would not go after him in a public place ...Jordan hopes to help Ben. He explains Clyde has him covered. He is concerned about her, however ... Chad the cad is outside his club. Rafe has been waiting for the punk. He angrily accuses him of ruining good guy Ben's life. Chad will not back down. He calls Rafe Victor's doorman. Rafe will not be provoked. He admits he and Jordan are ancient history but she deserves better than the DiMera. Perhaps she will finally see him for the scum he is when he sends her brother to the slammer. Rafe walks away. Chad gets to thinking ... At the pub, Aiden assures himself Hope and Ciara will only be at the old house for a few hours. Nothing will go wrong ... Clyde is caught off guard when Damon appears at the park instead of Victor. Clyde is standing casually. Damon dangerously mutters he has a message from Victor and aims his gun at him, at pretty close range. Then he fires three shots. Clyde staggers back and falls into the snow, unconscious. Bullet holes ooze blood. Damon leaves him for dead ... THE END Ahead on Days Will unburdens his cheating self. Sonny makes a decision Serena flies at Nicole! |
